Salesperson Mr. Singh was very nice an knowledgeable. Delivery people were excellent. Even took my old couch down to the disposal room in my high-rise.

Sales staff were ok, but not my favorite, fairly pushy, but ultimately very helpfull I will update once it is delivered and comment on quality

He spent extra time with measurements to help us determine best furniture for our space. Amber in Appliance and TV department was also very knowledgeable and provided excellent customer service. My husband and I have been shopping at the Queensview Drive location for over years. We recently went back to buy a bed and our salesperson Sawsan was Fabulous. Just bought my first piece of furniture officially and it was from this location. I was immediately approached by Sawsan who took so much time and put in so much effort to finding me the perfect couch. Not only that, but I genuinely enjoyed her company. Funny and intelligent woman. Also, we were assisted by an Arushi. Also loved her. Can't wait to come back next time I need anything!

I went to look for a mattress and bed for my new place. Brayan welcomed me with a great smile and real desire to help he asked me specifically what I'm looking for, spent a lot of time explaining the difference between each and every type of mattresses, then when I asked for recommendation he explained further till I got what I'm looking for. I would recommend going to that branch and it will be a good and pleasant experience if u meet Brayan and definitely will find what u r looking for

I just moved to new place and was looking for good furniture for my house. The lady over phone named Arushi was so sweet and she gave me proper time from her busy schedule and resolved my queries regarding my furniture stuff. Surely gonna come and have a look in a store too.

I had a great experience at this location, I was helped by a young lady named Shy. Shy was very knowledgeable about the products and she also found me a great deal that was inside my budget range. Great customer service, great staff, and great pricing. Thank you Shy for our new patio furniture we love it!

I had 2 experiences (the good and the bad one) while buying my furniture. The advert "Don't pay a cent". Terrible experience talking to flexiti to approve the financing (waited 25 mins for them to pick calls) was transferred to 3 different agents with each of them asking me same questions all over again) and transferring me to the 4th agent. I gave up with the 4th agent after 48 mins on phone.please go with other payment methods.you might have to pay instantly unfortunately.
The good part. Bryan (Leon staff) was just exceptional, impeccable product knowledge, great service. I hope to meet him on my next purchase.

Abdullah and Mahirah were very helpful at the Nepean Superstore, being very accommodating with our multiple changes and different purchase choices! Abdullah went out of his way to get us all sorted out and billed correctly. He was as helpful even when we visited before.

Sawsan. Is. Hands down the best I have ever encountered at this location. She went way above the call of duty for me and my wife to get us exactly what we needed.
She was extremely happy to accommodate us in finding the best price and coverage to protect the items we bought. We are definitely repeat customers and will seek to be assisted by her again. 11 out of 10 stars for Sawsan and her amazing work that she does.

In December 2021, we were in the market for a new sectional sofa set and so we dropped in at Leon’s Kanata. We had the pleasure of meeting and working with Sawsan Rabaa, who was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products on offer. We finally chose a right facing model sofa which required a special order. Purchasing special order furniture at that point in time is not without supply chain challenges, but from start to finish, Sawsan was straightforward, patient, helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we were informed and well taken care of. We are very grateful for Sawsan’s help and will definitely seek her help and advice with any future furniture purchases. We also want to give a shout out to managers Toni and Jessica for their invaluable help as well. With regards to the delivery of our new sofa, the guys were great and the tracking system is awesome! All in all, we could not be happier with the product and services provided by Sawsan and everyone at Leon’s, Kanata!

Ordered a couch and called the store to inquire about status of order. Spoke to Abdullah who was very kind, patient and personable. He helped me receive my order prior to the original estimated delivery date. He answered all my questions and was very pleasant throughout.
