Ordered bedroom set June 27th 2023.received bed and dresser in September. Dresser had damage. Received mirror, night table and replacement dresser February 3rd! Insanely long time to wait! Never using Leon's again.

The delivery crew were very prompt, courteous and efficient.
Even though we didn't arrange ahead of time for them to take away our old fridge a quick call to the store and it was all taken care of.
We are very happy with the service!

Good team in Bracebridge. Sales staff were polite and engaging, helped us pick our furniture set and explained the product differences to us in a very digestible way.
The delivery team were very pleasant and respectful of our home. They assembled and placed our furniture perfectly, thank you.

My family and I went in for the Black Friday sale on appliances. All serious about buying. We talked to one guy to let him know that we’re here to buy and said he would be over in a few minutes. We went over looking around at prices and to make up our minds on what final brand we want. He didn’t even come over. He was too busy talking to someone who wasn’t a customer. We walked out he didn’t even try to say anything. Because his attitude. Leon’s lost out on $3k plus we went elsewhere. Leon’s has gone downhill seriously.

The sales team are very friendly, and made our shopping experience enjoyable, and the delivery team were very friendly, funny, and a pleasure to talk with.

If I could get this store zero star I would sold us a couch that was not made right it could not be fixed the way they dealt with the situation was horrible worst customer service ever The options they gave us to fix the situation was a joke I will never shop here again

I bought a washer and dyer set and had it delivered. It turns out the washer that didn't have a feature I really would have liked. I called my salesperson Jeff and he said he'd get back to me on what could be done. Jeff called and told me Leon's gave me the option to return it and buy the model that did (the feature) and including the matching dryer. I so appreciate the desire shown by Leon's and Jeff to achieve my satisfaction towards my washer and dryer purchase. So nice especially these days when I would safely say most establishments would have said tough luck. Thank you Leon's and thank you Jeff. I am so grateful for your considerations.

Noah of Leon's was excellent. The delivery men were on time and professional. But due to circumstances beyond their control, l did not receive it for just over 2 months.

We have been purchasing furniture and appliances from Leon’s for the past 30 years and have had zero negative experiences. We relocated in October and purchased a new living room set. At the time of purchase we were given a delivery date of approximately 3-4 weeks. With the increasing number of COVID cases, and the closure of many manufacturing plants, our delivery was delayed. Leon's in Bracebridge never misled us at any time. They were completely honest with what was happening with the delays and we understood it was completely out of their control. As we were waiting for our order in January we received a flyer for a similar set (although a much, much lower quality) from Bad Boy Furniture in Barrie, which guaranteed a 3 week delivery despite COVID delays. We cancelled our Leon’s order, with no issues whatsoever and ordered from Bad Boy. While waiting for our order, Leon’s contacted us to advise our initial order was received and wanted to see if we would be interested in repurchasing it before they sold it. Of course we said yes as there was no comparison to the quality of furniture. It would take pages to summarize the "disastrous" experience we had with Bay Boy Furniture, what a nightmare! It resulted in involving our credit card company who investigated and processed a chargeback. Not only did Leon's offer to hold the furniture until the issue was resolved, they honoured the sale price from the initial order, without us asking. Nick and his staff at the Bracebridge store were professional, courteous, knowledgeable, understanding and empathetic. I would rate their customer service at 5 stars! We received our furniture yesterday and are ecstatic! We absolutely love it! The delivery crew was incredible as well! I love their new “in real time delivery tracking app”. It told us exactly where the truck was and when the furniture would be delivered. WELL DONE LEON’S! I recommend them 100% You won’t be disappointed!

I have contacted everyone possible at this company. I was a loyal customer for years. I had a stove fail on me and I tried to access the warranty that was sold to me by leons. ACCESS DENIED. I was unable to recieve any help from anyone at this location. I feel robbed. I purchased a warranty and it is invalid and useless. COVID is not a good enough excuse for lousey service. I have had to pay for the replacement out of my own pocket and leons bracebridge has lost the business of myself my friends and my family. BE WARNED. WHEN YOU PURCHASE A WARRANTY FROM THIS LOCATION YOU WILL RECIEVE ZERO HELP AND THE WARRANTY COMPANY THEY USE WILL NOT RESPOND TO YOU IN ANY WAY AND YOU WILL END UP SPENDING MORE AND WAITING LONGER TO REPAIR YOUR APPLIANCE.

Returned a dresser and trying to get a refund. Keep getting the run around. I ordered online and was delivered through local store. I called the local store to get a phone number to inquire about the refund. I was told that they can't give me a number to call. Just leons. CA. I go there but they tell me to call the local store. Still no refund! Been over 2 weeks

Better prices than home Depot for appliances and they will sell you what they have on the floor no 7 to 10 day wait.

Wished the selection was better, but I also get it about the area size as well. Our sales guy was chatting with us and said they would be back in a sec and then when we finally left he was with another potential client.
All good though.we live in a goofy time now

Typical big box store. They have a great selection of products to choose from so just about everyone can find something that suits their taste. They have awesome sales and promotions all the time. The store is clean and well stocked. The staff is friendly and more than willing to help you but they don't hassle you or follow you around like other stores sometimes do. The only reason it didn't get the 5 rating is due to the fact that they never seem to have anything in stock in-store.

The customer service and attention I received from Steve, Pete and Jeff was incredible. I cannot say enough about how unbelievably well I was treated in recovering what was a huge error on my part - they did nothing wrong at their end! I ‘goofed’ up my order for our cottage big time and not only did they handle it (and me) with tremendous care, but moreover, they helped me with an additional purchase I was making for my new home in Toronto. I had visited another furniture store to purchase a Tempurpedic bed and felt the information I was given was not necessarily truthful or trustworthy - I felt they just wanted to make a sale and nothing more! Steve, Pete and Jeff spent literally hours with me purchasing new chairs for my cottage and as well, provided me with professional and knowledgeable advice regarding the bed. I felt so well informed that in the end I asked if I could somehow purchase the bed and adjustable frame through them and have it delivered to Toronto - they made all the arrangements and I slept in my new bed less than 1 week later in Toronto! All thanks to the TEAM! If I can, I am ordering everything I can from Leon’s Bracebridge - they deserve all the success they receive! Congratulations and thank you! Your willingness to provide exceptional service is evident in everything you do and I cannot say enough about how much I appreciate great service and all of you!

Both last year and this year, I purchased various products from Leon's Bracebridge and am thrilled with the consistent excellent customer service by the whole team. Pete especially was wonderful to deal with and not pushy like so many other retailers. Great team work by all! I would highly recommend this store to anyone.

This is the Leon's to go to in the Muskoka area including Orillia-do NOT go to the Orillia location. Buy from this store and your stuff will get delivered as promised. We bought a fridge and freezer, oven, washer and dryer, couch and two chairs from the Bracebridge store after the Orillia location failed to deliver leaving us with no furniture/appliances for Christmas. Bracebridge has proper trucks and experienced drivers who can handle the north and its challenging roads. Our sales rep is Keano. He stayed on top of things and followed up after delivery.

We had our new fridge delivered today! I was having a hard time getting all the plastic off so I called to see if there was a secret. Denise, the Customer Service Manager, came right over and installed the handles as well as removing all the plastic! Thanks!

Hello to all. I am writing again and i up the stars to 5 cause cause Leon's Bracebridge did get back to me on this matter. I took me this long to rewrite a review cause of my health. We were able to get everything sorted out and i would like to thank Denise for the call back. Would i recommend Leon's Bracebridge i would have to say yes. I bought a $1000 couch last April, due to work reasons had to move. Now I need repair on my couch and unless I drive from Guelph to Bracebridge I am S. O. L.

Buyer beware.you better not move or you are wasting your money because no one can help you or stand by their product. I also bought the extended warranty but since it is under a year old it doesn't apply.

DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!

The prices where wayyyyyy off and the pressure of the sales person was not welcome. We will NEVER return and I recommend that if you like to spend your hard earned $$$ on highly over priced furniture and appliances- go there!

Sometimes you find that 1 store that goes above and beyond your expectations. Leons Bracebridge is that store! I have always found their service, is unmatched. But this week it went beyond my favorite furniture store. When the manufacturer of my washing machine didn't stand up to the plate, Steve at leons sure did. He spent a countless amount of time fighting for us, then when our service guy never showed up Steve knew enough was enough. And he took care of it. I can't thank steve enough for all his patience. There is not a doubt in my mind that Leon's Bracebridge truly cares about their customers.

Found an amazing Canadian made sectional for a great price on sale! Can't wait till next week when it arrives.

Good service but bad bad bad returns there they dont like to give you or change this especial bed and 40000.00dollares. Beds i comfort if its to hard they wont give you a softer one. They want you to bye another bed somthing you dont want i will never shope there again "crocks"

Ordered a sectional couch 3 weeks before we moved. We were told it would take a week for them to get it and they would hold it for the 2 weeks until we got the new place. We have been in our place for 2 weeks now without a couch as we found out after it wouldn't be in until the 29 of October. Called for a 3rd time since moving and now have been given a date of November 8. We ordered the couch september 20. Almost 2 months to get a couch we were told would only take a week. Worst experience dealing with Bracebridge Leons staff and don't know if we will ever deal with them again.

Every major appliance I've bought there has been defective in some way or other. Also the couch we bought broke within 6 months.
