If you're shopping at Leon's in Kingston, ask for Jerry James as soon as you enter the store. Jerry is highly knowledgeable, genuinely friendly (not just salesperson friendly) and will do his best to get you the best price on any items that you are purchasing. Simply put, Jerry James is the go to salesperson in the store. Once you meet him you will quickly see that he is there to help you make your purchase, and will never pressure you into buying the items that you are interested in.

My mom had bought a washing machine she just got it and there was a leak in the hose. Leon's told her to fix it on her own or find someone that can do it.i guess warranty on the washing machine means nothing.never buy anything from them again.i have phoned them many of times to help my mom with this and they will not get back to me.so sad

Customer service is at an all time high. Laurie was an excellent help when I was there. Props to them. I got an absolute deal on a TV and it is great for watching the jays!

We went to Leon's because of a FB post about clearance floor model King size mattresses. We were greated by lovely people right away and immediately directed to Chris who processed our purchase quick and efficiently! Our purchase today was effortless! Thanks to the great Leons staff:)

“Manager” jeff represents the character of a sleazy, unintelligent, narcissist who isn’t willing or evidently able to actively listen to customer concerns and try to improve on them. He actively ignores requests for improvements for customers. On a phone call with him he ignored my questions and pawned responsibility for my late package to his employees. Shame.

Dealing with the Kingston store is a complete pleasure. Staff is welcoming and friendly. The store manager Laurie and our salesman John are both amazing to deal with and we were treated as family

Thank you so much Roger and Jeff for the best sales experience possible. I had a horrible waiting experience with an online order and these guys spent their Saturday rectifying that. They cancelled my online order and sent me home with a better mattress - it was win-win all around.

I can't believe how positive and outgoing Roger is. If he's not a sales manager already, he will be. Beyond impressed.

The team of Jerelle and Stefanie helped us choose the perfect Tempur Pedic mattress for our needs. They listened and came up with exactly what we wanted…… not a package not a bundle.just what we wanted and nothing else. I heard not one word of BS sales jargon. Thanks a lot.

Very disappointed. The shopping experience was great, but after we had already paid we were told we had a 4-6 week wait, which we considered a long time but accepted. 6 weeks passed, and we followed up as we had not heard of a delivery time, we were then told we likely were waiting a minimum of 3-6 more weeks. No one ever called us to update us on this change and if we had known the wait would be so long we'd have gone with a different store in town who could deliver within 2 weeks, despite needing to pay a little more.

Update: We have now been waiting 9 weeks and have received no furniture. We are told that 2 pieces are still 2 weeks from being delivered, and the couch is not expected until the end of April, which will be 17 weeks from when we ordered it. My husband was looked right in the eye by a manager and told "this is fast for us" - absolutely unacceptable. No effort has been made to compensate us for this inconvenience. They are simply hoping we will cancel the order. Terrible business model

Exceptional customer service. Laurie was fantastic to deal with. She listened to what we were looking for and we ended up with something we were not even thinking about but it's perfect for the space. A great eye for design.

Great experience at Leon's. Laurie not only listened to what we were looking for but suggested other great ideas for our new condo. In the end we left with a great livingroom set and a wonderful shopping experience. Ask for Laurie when visiting, she is amazing. You will not be disappointed.

Top notch service! John was the most down to earth sales representative that took over an hour, to make sure that I got the most bang for my buck and made sure that I was pleased with the product. John was fantastic! Laurie I don’t even know where to begin…. The best sales manager in the city. I had no clue what I wanted and she helped pick out what was best quality and budget friendly. Both of these representatives took time out of their day to make me feel welcomed, and did not push sales like most box stores.
10/10 would recommend and I will definitely be a frequent customer.

I’m not usually the type of person to leave a review, but every once in a while I’ll get an employee that’s so good at what they do, so helpful, and more then willing to put in the extra time to help you, that I feel the need to let as many people know as I can.

Leon’s in Kingston Ontario, you have an employee by the name of Marie, she not only solved my issues, she went above and beyond for me, she turned a stressful situation into a “ don’t worry about it, I’ll figure it out for you” situation, and that she did, I simply explained what was going on, and she took care of the rest for me. 10/10 employee. Will most definitely continue buying from Leon’s in Kingston, mainly because of Marie. Lol. She’s wonderful

Terrible products, terrible customer service, manager Jeff Campbell holds a big chip on his shoulder as well being the big bad “Leon’s manager”. Waited two months for a table we bought on sale, once purchased and payment is fished out is when they decide to tell you they don’t actually have said table.

Two months later, after following up with weekly calls to Leon’s that ended with “let me get ahold of my supervisor and call you back! ” (oldest trick in the book), the table finally arrives! But with all the incorrect pieces lol

I call, ask Jeff about a return and refund because they clearly can’t deliver on their word, I get told “no” and that refunds are not possible through Leon’s. Even though you go on their website that states the exact opposite. Jeff Campbell simply didn’t want his store take a “hit”, so he’d rather hang up the phone and leave his customers with the wrong product. Jeff Campbell hung up on 4 times in our conversation because he’d rather run away when a customer is frustrated than actually resolve a situation with the business he operates. He’s very sensitive as me talking in a firm tone to him as some “screaming” at him. I let him know that their company return policies are overly sleezy, Jeff hung up and ran away.

Jeff claims that he’s looking after me as a customer, even though he’s rather hide away at his desk and can’t take charge once a customer has an issue.

Who knows how many more months I’ll have to wait for the correct parts to be sent from Kingston to a town not even an hour away lol. I’d give zero stars if I could, simply because of manager Jeff Campbell
