Just bought a mattress recently
It's not the only item I've purchased from Leon's in Simcoe
It was quick and the communications was great about the delivery I like that Leon's calls with a time frame and then you have the app to follow the day of:)
Definitely will be going back in the future:)

The delivery team was very good.when I noticed that the dust screen was ripped. He promptly took a picture of the tear and sent it to the customer service team. I'm supposed to receive a call in the next day or two.

The store in Simcoe is the best. Our fridge died this am and they turned the world upside down to get us one today. The delivery guys were amazing. Couldn’t have done more.

The most important part of customer delivery is timing. No one wants to wait around all day unsure about when the delivery will occur. Your system is great! Online tracking and also a call by phone. Delivery personnel were on time and fast and efficient.

I always use Leon's except one time Home Depot in 2008. They were good but less selection. Leons has always given me exceptional service and a lot of choice. My go to store.
