We were incredibly impressed with the service from the delivery team. It was a task to get our new mattress up the stairwell and they were able to accomplish it perfectly. They went above and beyond and we sure appreciate all they have done. Excellent customer service at Leon’s and helping us choose the perfect bed for our needs. Thank you to the whole company for such a wonderful experience.

Great experience from our salesperson to our delivery guys. Fast delivery and delivered when they said they would. It was even a little earlier in the day than we expected.

I have had the round around for a few months trying to get my couch fixed it is the last time I spend any money at Leon’s and I wish I didn’t get the extended warranty
I can not get. Anyone to come out and look at it. Please if you read this I would like to get my couch looked at to fix a tiny hole. I have called and I get I will put you through to service and surprise no answer and then I call back to store and no answer very very frustrating! I paid a lot of money for this warranty answer the phone!

The delivery men were prompt and very courteous and I love the new app that lets you know when your delivery is arriving, instead of having to sit all day and wait. I was able to run errands and be home in plenty of time for my delivery.

Such a pleasure to have dealt with such a friendly and courteous staff on numerous occasions. I have always been so pleased with the service that Leon's in Sarnia provides. I highly recommend them if your are looking for outstanding service.

Went into Leon's and felt very unwelcome after speaking with a sales rep. After he discovered I was only there to browse, I was basically asked to exit the store as "its not the type of store you can just hangout in", even though I did nothing wrong. I believe all of this had to do with the fact that I am younger, and the sales representative didn't believe I was a serious customer. Was originally looking for a desk but left the store after being confronted. Definitely very disappointed as it's just not what I was expecting from this store. Had way better luck at the Brick where I was not discriminated at for my age.

Can't believe the owner of this location would go as far as to make up lies, to cover up this embarrassing mistake instead of just apologizing. At no point was my group "jumping on furniture" at most we sat on a few lazy boys to test em out. Would love to see this footage of us jumping around. Absolutely flabbergasted that the owner would make such an outlandish lie, truly disappointed in this store.

Robert is very personable and easy to work with while picking out my furniture. He is he very knowledgeable, and made me aware of all the deals they had in store without being pushy! Will shop here again in the future!
