I bought a stove and Leon’s said when they would deliver it. Was on time, just as they said.delivery guys were friendly and courteous. They had no problem taking my old stove and bringing in the new one and cleaning up the packaging afterwards.

Changed original order to different recliner and it was hassle free and also have to mention delivery and how efficient and respectful the men were!

Do yourselves a favor and spend your money elsewhere.

If the furniture you want to buy is not in stock, do not purchase it. They delivered half my order (late) and pushed back the other half of the order by two months TWICE. I had to call on the scheduled/promised delivery date to find out that the order was delayed. When I called again a month later to see if the delivery was on schedule I was given another two month delay. When I asked for a refund they said they would not be able to because I have "used" half of my order. They intentionally screwed me by delivering that piece of furniture knowing they would have me on the hook for the other half.

I have spoken to the warehouse manager, Jordan, and the information I was given was essentially a spit in the face. He told me that my situation was the new norm, he even blamed COVID on the delay which is absolutely astonishing. Jordan was supposed to give me a list of potential replacements and that never happened. The customer service has been absolutely abysmal.

This is the first furniture set I've ever purchased and the entire experience has been absolutely ridiculous. How people can bend over and take this is beyond me. This is NOT how businesses are supposed to operate. Do everyone a favor and stop spending money at places like this.

I will be utilizing the Ontario Consumer Protection Act to get a full refund. I suggest everyone else do the same. If you have not received your furniture within 30 days of the initial date you were given, you are entitled to a full refund.

Bought my first ever fridge and stove there. Great deal, discounts and amazing warranty deal offer on the table right now. Thanks Leon's now let's just make sure it gets delivered on time.:)

A month later just bought my first washer and dryer for my birthday on Nov 11th. Received my washer the dryer is still awaiting delivery date but love the product so far and the service the free delivery helps alot. Also Black Friday price match if mine goes on sale as well!

Delivery was excellent. The two men who brought our purchase were super nice and very helpful. Went above and beyond their call of duty.

Very, very disappointed with the customer service. We spent alot of money at Leons. One item, a fan for the kitchen, was damaged in the box. We tried to return it but it was beyond the return date by several days and the manufacturer, GE, refused to consider our problem because we were 2 days late with our complaint. Leons would not advocate our position. Instead, the store manager suggested that I sell the damaged product to someone else (aka some other loser).
Not impressed and won't be back.

Didn’t have to wait long at all for the fridge to come in. The delivery schedule was fast too! The delivery gentleman were awesome!

Just want to send in this thank you letters to a lady working in front desk and two picking up crews specifically. I don't know their name but I just want to express my appreciation to Leon's and the staff working there with generous, kindness and professionalism.

Here is the whole story. I dropped by one day and asked the front desk lady if there was any cardboard I could take. Without any hesitation, she connected me with the picking up crews who worked back in the inventory area and provided me a detailed directions where to find them. So I drove by and ask the two young men if there is any vacant cardboard available. They are very generous. They are not only giving it to me, but also helped me to put into back of my car. The cardboard are huge and it's heavy and not easy to fold, so they helped me to fold and put nicely into the trunk. They were very patient and treated me like regular customers who purchased the product. I feel so greatly appreciated with their kindness so I really want to express this with this letter.

Thank you for the cardboard, I've put together a “ fire truck” for my younger boy, he loved it. I wouldn't able to do it without any help of your guys. Greatly appreciated. Wonderful staff!

From start to finish, the Salesman Blade and the two delivery Gentlemen were great. Friendly, polite, helpful and went over and beyond from questions about my purchase, right to the delivery and even set it up for me.

I'm very disappointed with Leon's company
I ordered a bedbase frame in Aug, and still no answer.
I called and told me it won't be here till January 2024.
Well, I went to the Surplus store and had what I was looking for.
Even better style.

Very happy with everything that was shown to us by Lyle. He was very professional and informative. We bought a couple of appliances and are extremely happy. Very good selection of products, we will return.
