Other than our being charged twice for the purchases (fixed about 10 days later) we were very happy with our experience with Leon's. The delivery personal were very polite and considerate (they laid down mats from the front door to the TV room). Whatever you are paying them, it is not enough.

Very helpful with decisions with colour matching, made purchases easy, very pleasant salesman. Delivery was on time as they said it would be delivered. We went looking for a front load washer and were told this was the lowest price on the unit we were looking at. We were shown the comparable at other stores in the area. I went to another store and found it for $250 less than what I was quoted. So I did not buy it there. It pays to shop around before buying any items.

Delivery was as stated, on time and the deliverer took the time to inspect my product before bringing it in the house. Once in, care was taken to not mess the floors.

I love our new sectional sofa from Loen's furniture in Sudbury. It was a great value, it's really comfortable and it's Canadian made! Our sales associate took good care of us and offered us options to take care of our sofa for years to come. Thank you John Groulx and thank you Leon's!

I ordered a couch, they came to deliver it, they said it didn't fit. I know for a fact, they did NOT try to bring it in the elevator, all they did was take a picture of a guy with his arm up to the ceiling and said NO it doesn't fit.they didn't even bring it in the building, the manager said they took a picture of the elevator with the couch and didn't fit, the photo they showed me wasn't even my elevator, so I had to order one that I'm not too happy with, so I measured the elevator myself which is 88" and the ceiling has a plaster grill, and it comes off.so that gives like another 4 or 5 inches.called them back and told them, by the way, when I went in to order a different one, I asked about my 1st couch, recliner, she said it doesn't come apart, so now I was not happy because I called a couple days later and asked someone else that works there and he checked it and he told me it does come apart.so, lots of bull I guess.

I have purchased a significant amount of items at Leon's Furniture Store in Sudbury over the years. Unfortunately the last time I purchased a couch, 2 sectionals and 6 chairs the experience was very bad and I explain. The buying process was great as I knew the person at the store that helped me. I ended up getting all of the warranties and even the stain protection on all products. The problem started when shortly after all items started to fall apart due to either poor quality or defects. The couch and sectionals all started ripping at the seems, you can clearly see that in all of them it was the same problem where the sewing was coming apart, no cuts nor punctures. The chairs they started just to break where the legs meet the sitting pads. The first chair broke unexpectedly and my wife fell to the ground bumping her head against the door behind her. She and I contacted Leon's multiple times but they said they could not do anything for us and we had to go through a third party for the warranties even though it had been less than 1 year. This third party was nearly impossible to reach but eventually we got to talk to someone, then they asked for emails which I believe to be ok so we could send them pictures and a written report. Much later, they were not getting back to us so we followed up multiple times and they told us that they have a specific report that needs to be filled out with many questions. So my wife fills that out and based on that report they disqualified us because the damage was older than a month or so, meanwhile we had called Leon's and had been trying for long time to report it as soon as the damage started. They never cared to help never bothered to come see the issues with these products and they walked away from the whole thing on this small technicality. We wrote more emails but they never replied anymore. So now I stock with these new products that cost thousands of dollars and have been damaged since the initial stages and keep worsening. I will never again buy any products at Leon's, I will be sharing this story with all my family, co-workers and friends to make sure they are aware of what they are walking into when purchasing at Leon's even if they buy warranty and pay extra for that. Based on this experience I would not recommend Leon's to nobody.

Unfortunately, our last 2 purchases were delivered to us damaged and Leon's has not helped or done anything at all. Our most recent purchase was a dishwasher. We chose this particular one because it was in stock. We were told we'd get a call for delivery and installation within one week. After 2 weeks, I called to inquire because no one even called! It took another week to get a delivery date set and then we received an email that the date was delayed another week. So, we purchased on Oct. 6th and it was delivered Nov. 9th! And it was BROKEN! Since then, 6 weeks later, Leon's has refused to help us. I've been dealing with Whirlpool directly - which has been absolutely awful! We're waiting for some part to come in so we have not been able to use our brand new dishwasher for 6 weeks. Leon's hasn't called to check in, to offer assistance, or to apologize. Since this is the second major purchase in 2 years that is broken (the whole arm of our new couch was cracked in the frame!), I will never purchase from Leon's again. I believe customer service goes a long way but they clearly don't. Shameful! The hours and hours I have had to spend dealing with this mess is time I don't have. I expect that the company I purchase from will handle defective products.

I have reached out to Leon's Sudbury directly several times. I haven't even had a response from anyone. Terrible.

Shopping for our appliances was easy. The salesman was very helpful and friendly. The delivery guys were awesome too.

I would rate this experience zero stars if possible. I ordered a King size bed set in September, receiving the mattress first and the bed frame 6-8 weeks later. However, the night tables and chest are still pending, marked as back-ordered when I inquire at the local store. Oddly, these items are advertised on sale in their flyers, raising concerns about stock prioritization. Despite being advised to choose a new set, the prospect of dismantling my bed frame and enduring another 4 months or more wait is discouraging. Attempts to contact the head office proved futile, redirecting me to an unresponsive online form. Leon's customer service falls short, and the situation is exasperating.
