I went to Leon’s Orion gate location for pickup & was served very professionally by Juan & was very polite & helpful.

Dillon helped me and my husband purchase a new mattress today. He was knowledgeable, kind and made sure we got the right mattress for our needs. Highly recommend this location and Dillon.

We came to Leon’s to buy our bedroom set after having a terrible experience with lastman bad boy. Dillon was our sales rep and he was excellent. He answered all our questions and helped us pick the right product for us. I would highly recommend him if anyone is coming to Leon’s to buy anything. Thank you Dillon and Leon’s!

Had a top experience shopping at this location today with Dillon. Prices are great during the bed sale and Dillon made the experience great. Took care of our needs and made sure to follow up after the sale so that everything was organized properly. It's customer service like that, which makes you want to shop at a store like this in person. Will definitely shop here again.

Dillon was great from the get go. I just walked in just browsing looking at couches and TV for the basement. Showed me around the showroom. Showed me options and found what I was looking for. Today i was assisted by Manwinder as we sought to buy new home furniture at Leons. Her Kindness and clarity throughout the entire process made our day such a pleasure. She was very friendly, gracious and informative during our experience and made our entire day at Leons seamless and enjoyable.

Bought furniture from this store on 2 occasions in 2022.

First time was great; we were helped by Manpreet, who was very patient and kindly answered all of our questions.

Second time was horrible! We were approached by this salesman named Dillon, who was not helpful at all and simply behaved as though he was doing us a favor by selling us furniture! It's not like we had a ton of questions (we were just looking for a sofa), but he responded in a very condescending manner every time. For some reason he was also very impatient, disrespectful and just unpleasant to deal with. He honestly needs to go back to school and take "Sales 101". Leons has a great selection of products, but a pity about some of its sales staff. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND DILLON AT ALL. Two thumbs down.

Dillon was my sale representative and he was very helpful polite and warm welcoming person. I will gladly recommend any customer to him, he really deserves more than ten stars, am really happy with his service.

Lots of different styles of sofa sets. Found it on the pricier side than from what I remember. It was hard at times to have private conversations regarding the items being looked at because one of the sales ppl kept following us. She was always there when we turned around and it was uncomfortable. Seemed a bit pushy too so I didn't give my number when she asked. I totally get trying to be helpful as well as trying to make a sale but it was too much.

Amazing customer service by associate name Manpreet. She was very helpful and informative for helping me to choose all the major kitchen appliances. Also offered me extra price match guarantee on top of the regular term. Overall double thumbs up for her great customer service. Keep up the good work!

Shazia was knowledgeable, she arranged everything very quickly. She was amazing and I felt very comfortable.

Manwinder was our sales agent. She was very knowledgeable and truly genuine in her approach with us. She took the time to explain things until we understood and even went beyond our current sale to assist with a previous item I had under warranty. Manwinder is awesome, I would definitely recommend her and return for her assistance in the future.

Worst experience! Never buy anything from Leon's.
We had booked 2 sofas worth 4500 dollars and both were delivered with visible manufacturing defects. There is no basic quality check that happens. We have been following up with them to get this basic defects fixed and it's been a month since we bought and till date it is as is. No concern that a customer has been troubled and each time we call for an update, they don't care and state that a ticket has been created for this matter. It's highly frustrating!

It was easy to do business with them, Dillon was very helpful and did a great job at explaining everything.

My family and I had a great experience with Leon’s, we were assisted by Manvinder and she was a very kind, hardworking and determined individual. She was also very patient and took her time to show us the numerous options that the store had to offer. I would highly recommend coming to Leon’s.

I've had to edit this review, as unfortunately the AFTER SALES customer service was not as positive. The first sofa was delivered with a hole in it, that i had to push/argue to have replaced. After an in house assessment, and more pushing - a replacement sofa was delivered 3+ weeks later, and the delivery guy put a hole in the underlining while attaching the leg.
I had to have a technician come in and fix the hole that was done. - and this interaction was the most positive in the process.

In the end, the sofa is lovely - but my view of it is tainted by the experience I had in getting it to my home.

Giving it one star because I cannot give it a big zero. Worst customer service. Very frustrating experience, still waiting for resolution on the manufacturing defective sofas that we have received (NOT 1 BUT 2) and it's been a month. Lesson learnt in a hard way, NEVER BUY FROM LEONS.

Bought a couch, love seat and accent chair last Sunday and Dillon our salesman had a very good demeanour and helped us immensely! Would definitely go back to Steele’s location again.

Came to this store wanting a 55 inch tv, and got an amazing deal for a 75 inch high end model, thanks to the managers and sales associates for their help, will come back again without a doubt, great store.

We came to buy quite alot of furniture at this location and Suvansh helped us out with everything. He showed us exactly what we needed and would recommend him to anyone that wants to get furniture from here. He is great!

I would give a negative rating if I could. Ordered a pair of bar stools from them. Firstly kept on going back and forth for the exact delivery date. When got them delivered, recieved a product that was already rusted. Contacted them on the same day as of the delivery as their policy says that ' defects have to be reported within 72 hours of delivery'
And now it has been more than a week of sending them emails, Pictures of the defective product and contacting them to ask as to what will be done for the rusted product, all they say is " Someone will Call you back soon" And " we will see what we can do "

A very frustarting experience. The bar stools have been sitting in the box since the time of delivery. Who expects to buy brand new furniture and recieve rusted pieces. Will never buy from them again. Very poor customer service and poor quality furniture.

Avoid Leon's. If you cant avoid Leon's, avoid this store.
Sales persons are bad, the manager was ok.
Horrendous customer care, didn't bother to help (we received damaged products), spoke to us as if they were doing us a favour.

A Friend Bought a power recliner. Cantoni ll. Out of stock till end Feb. I bought it 7 yrs ago for $650 it is now $999. We got in/got out quickly.

Time to report this to the ONTARIO CONSUMERS HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS/SAFETY AND COSMETIC PRODUCTION.

New Samsung stove. Less than a year. Temperature Markings Disapearing.

Soap and water now must be hazardous to cosmetic defective painted on temperature gages.

I contacted the customer service at this location where I purchased it, along with fridge. The customer service manager was unprofessional she was unable to listen and communicate.

No responsibility for selling defective cosmetic appliances. Bottom line. No warranty on such things.

SAMSUNG takes no responsibility aswell. Not a warranty issue. Asked I pay for a service call on an appliance that needs no service.

Another back plate if available could be a temporary solution since it's the same product, same issue in a few months.

Not comfortable with a product that's now a health and safety issue in my home
Unable to determine temperature gage.

Manufacturer and store should be accountable for all products they deem consumers should purchase from them, and honor their customers with quality appliances.

I've had stoves, never heard of this safety issue.

Safety is a concern. REGRET BUYINH THIS FROM THIS STORE AND SAMSUNG.

Had many issues with Leon's in the past and I shy away. Needed a mattress and the closest store was Leon, so I gave it go. Service was a lot better worked with Jaz the salesman. He was very knowledgeable and no force sale. Got a free delivery to an another province for free. Showroom spacious and styles are really up to date. Covid clean with hand sanitizer all over the place.

Customer service was great. Employees from sales and desk were all willing to help an support the purchase. I give 4 because the place is very small compared to other Leon's with more products to see and try out. Consider expanding!

We had an issue with the loveseat. Vivian and Apurav went above and beyond to fix the problem. We sincerely thank them and the store manager for making us happy customers.

The service from the sales right to the delivery was absolutely fantastic Juan was absolutely amazing got my furniture here in three days big big thanks to Juan and the young men who delivered the furniture

Worst experience ever. Never buy from this place. I bought a dinner table from the store. Also paid extra for warranty. When the order arrived the table was badly damaged. We called the customer care and they said they cannot do anything about it. I had multiple calls with Vivian the customer support manager I suppose. Everytime she hung up the phone saying I will call back, which never happened. I had multiple calls with the customer support. The issue never got resolved, they never call back. I had to keep the defective table. What a loss of my money. I hope someone at Leon's notices this review and makes changes to the way these guys are handling their customers. I am completely dissatisfied. Would never purchase from here again.

Apurav! Wow what an employee. There are not enough words to express how amazing of a sales rep he is. Not only is he professional, but he watched our items we purchased, like he said he would, recently and contacted us three times because the price went down or there was a better deal for us. Who would do that? Especially since it would lower his commission but it benefited us! Highly highly recommend requesting him for any purchases at the Steeles location!

I had ordered dining table online but wanted to see how the items looked in the store but due to Covid, I was not able to go to store. Deepa and APURAV gave me great service. Deepa notified me of the price drop so I saved money and APURAV, sent me pictures of some furniture items even though I called quite late and it was almost closing time. They helped me a lot even though my online order was not through their location. Thanks guys!

We came in to just look and figure out how much we’ll need to spend on our furtinure. That’s when we bumped into Apurva! I went in Leon's with my sister Estrella and we bought mattress beds. Estrella bought queen size mattress, I bought double size mattress. It's time to change our mattress because since in Oakville I bought those beds, 15 years ago.

Black Friday open time was 7, I was there @7: 04 and nobody was on line on cashier side. I went there to buy sharp 55 and they said its sold out. Like seriously?

I have been a loyal customer of Leon’s for over 10 years and my purchase experience was very disappointing. Once Leon’s gets you to make a purchase they wash their hands of you. There is no customer service no consistency just horrible service. I ordered this dryer back in September and the first one I received was dead on arrival. Leon’s tried to get me to deal with Samsung and wanted nothing to do with me. After being yelled at by their customer service agent I finally was able to speak to a manager and she then after trying to get through to Samsung herself with no avail decided to replace my dryer. I received a new dryer over a month later and then when I received it, it was dented. Again I called to advised that this is not fair. I purchased a new item and it’s now dented again I was told that I would have to call Samsung. I didn’t purchase an item from Samsung I purchased it from Leon’s. I should not be goin though such a stressful process. Buyer beware. Leon’s doesn’t tell you that they don’t deal with any issues in regards to appliances and that you will have to go though the manufacturer. This is bad service and very misleading. Once this deliver your appliance they wash their hands and direct you to go through the manufacturer. I am very disappointed and will NEVER shop at Leon’s again. Samsung is no better. Their products may look nice but when it comes to issues they are not very helpful. The customer service agents at Brampton Leon’s are very rude and disrespectful.
