We walked in looking for some new reclining sofas. We were greeted and then left alone. No salesperson chasing us, just left us to browse. When we were ready to chat, it was easy to find an associate and discuss then buy the sofas we wanted. Steven was very friendly and helpful. The lovely greeter at the door was very friendly as was the managers mother who was giving out lint rollers and telling us about the contests. Great day ended off with a hotdog and pop from the friendly staff at the BBQ.

We have bought most of our large home purchases here. This visit was for a new range. Our Sales Associate was outstanding. Very friendly guy. Absolutely straight up and honest about different ranges we were looking at. Knew a lot on each model. But what we really noticed was how real he was. Get conversationalist. We will definitely ask for him again. His name is Rob Levesque. Ask for him, you won't be disappointed.

Great emoyees, very honest and down to earth. I went with my girlfriend to buy a bed and we're helped by a man who instead of acting like a salesman, cared about our budget and what we wanted. I slipped him 20 cash after as a personal tip because he was very helpful and spent time with us. I work in construction and know how important time is for work. Time=Money. I needed to purchase some appliances. So I went to a few different retailers and compared prices. Found out that Leon's had all the appliances I was looking for a relatively good price. I end it up buying the appliances from Leons due to from my experience I found they're prices were slightly better than the other retailers I had visited. Once again I'm speaking for myself everyone might have a different opinion or experience while shopping for what they're looking for.

If I can leave a 0 star, I would. This is the worst furniture company I have ever worked with. Unreliable, disloyal and take no accountability. I am still waiting for a sofa I purchased back in October 2021, it will almost be 11 months.

They sent me a dirty floor model without letting me know. Arm rests, cushions and back of the sofa was disgusting. Normal wear and tear. To my surprise, no accountability or what’s so ever. Dealing with the customer service at this store has been the worst negative experience. I would avoid this location. If I can post photos, I will post photos.

Now that Leon’s is unable to deliver my sofa, I have asked for a refund for the set I purchased and the store is not accepting it. I am currently dealing with Head office and let’s see. The store has already threatened me that head office can not help and all decisions are made by the store - and that they are not accepting the request. They told me the head office did not have an email address and were trying to prevent me from contacting head office. Horrible experience, would not wish this on anyone moving to a new home. Wasted so much money and time.

Very poor customer service. I purchased a full living room set in OCTOBER. I understood there would be a wait time. I was told it would arrive latest December.in December I contacted Leon’s, they advised it had been delayed. I would have to wait now until after Christmas, I understood, end of January I called again they told me it had been delayed.again. Feb I could expect my furniture. I just called and they told me they were out of stock and possibly, i would be waiting until MAY! This is unacceptable.
The customer service rep was rude and asked Well…. Do you want to return it? Really? I am missing half of what I purchased…… the other half they won’t return because it’s been delivered…. Disgusted, The girl I spoke to said they offer no compensation,
I paid in FULL. Why do you sell items you don’t have.a delay is acceptable Given the worlds circumstances Holding my money for half a year is not. Leaving me no option is poor service.

Rude associates, don’t help with frustration. Train your people to handle client irritants. This could have been handled in a different way.

I was Told that if I paid in full versus a deposit, I would be on the next shipment rather than the availability list. I was TOLD. No later than End of December when I purchased. NOW I am TOLD the item is out of stock….
3) I was told that the piece I am waiting for yes is refundable however the rest of the pieces are not? This is where I am left with no option.
4) how your staff handled my concern was not professional.

Again I am aware of the delays and items not being delivered may not be in control by your company.
What IS in your control is client experience.
What IS in your control is the option to get ALL of my money back or provide a better solution.

Again, I am asking to speak with someone who CAN address my concerns.

Never purchase extended warranty from king and state, owned by Leon's. It is a scam! You think you are purchasing some protection and peice of mind but all you're doing is wasting your money for poorly made appliance/furniture and the extended warranty. Have been waiting for 3 and a half months for parts for my 4 year old washer and no one can help me. Excruciating trying to get a hold of anyone at king and state and they haven't got a clue! I'm out a washer, money offered was less than half of what machine costs and even if I wanted to buy a new machine, they're all on back order. I guess jokes on me! Very disappointed with Leon, s. I'll NEVER shop there again.

I have been calling for days to check the status of my furniture and nobody at this place picks up the phone. I have left V/M and still nothing. I call the Burlington store and they pick up after the first ring.this is terrible customer service.

The front office associates were very helpful, provided me with the assistance that I needed, and made sure I left the store happy and satisfied with the service! The managers Allie and Kyle were also very respectful and went out of their way to make sure I got the missing pieces to my order. I will definitely be back to shop for more furniture in the near future.

If I could give zero stars I would. Salesperson Matthias incompetently assured us our couch would be delivered by the end of September. Told us he would give us a call that week as a follow up. Then he ghosts us. We call the store and are only told the shipment is delayed, given no timeline. Call again to find out it’s delayed until December and still no contact from Matthias. Follow up with him in store and literal response is “oh I guess I made a mistake”Says to let him know if there’s anything he can do to make it right, so I say okay sure, what can you do, and his response is along the lines of “nothing I can do”. Manager Raj has no solutions. Shipping delays or not, customer service was absolutely terrible.

My spouse and I went to Leon’s a few weeks ago when we decided to purchase a new mattress. We went to a few different stores and found our favourite at Leon’s. We originally had the sales person Kristian which turned out to be a terrible experience, he was not knowledgeable and unhelpful. The manager of the store asked us to give them a second chance and we were with Birgit, and wow she is wonderful! She was able to fix the mistakes from the previous sales person and got us our mattress. It was delivered today - the delivery men were wonderful and so polite. I’m so glad we gave Leon’s a second chance and we will definitely be coming back to see Birgit!

I normally don't write reviews but I really wanted to after my shopping experience at Leon's on Stone Church, Hamilton. The service that we received from Kristian was out of this world! My daughter and I were shopping for new bedroom furniture and he was very kind to show us the different ones on display and took the time to do so. We never felt rushed and he was very knowledgeable. Great genuine customer service! Leon's is very lucky to have Kristian represent them. Highly recommend!

If I could give 0 stars I would. This is a warning to anyone thinking of buying online from Leons and might want to cancel there order for any reason. DON'T do it, its been a week since I canceled my order (due to no stock) and I have yet to get my money back 1 WEEK later no refund. When I chatted with CS They told me it will take another 5-7 days to refund the money they INSTANTLY took out of my account, so we are looking at 2 weeks now for a refund. I'm not sure about anyone else but ive NEVER had to wait 2 weeks to get a refund from ANY online purchase i've ever done. So lesson learned here I will NEVER buy ANYTHING from Leon's AGAIN. I hope this helps someone whos thinking about buying from Leons. THINK TWICE and take your money elsewhere.

I know that people are having a hard time during covid especially with deliveries but Kyle was super transparent and got me EXACTLY what I was looking for and more. TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE Customer Service.purchased warranty for mechanisms and SPRAY PROTECTOR for sectional.received sectional with 2 damaged pieces on delivery day.exchanged them for 2 smaller chairs.company Leon's uses to spray (Platinum Complete) clearly said they would honour the 2 chairs getting sprayed when we receive them because he didn't have them to spray though we paid for it.called Platinum Complete and they said to call Leon's and hung up on me.called Leon's and explained how they hung up on me. Manager didn't show any signs of appology for them hanging up on me. Manager at Leon's said they would refund me $30.00 and I would have to pay almost $200.00 to get 2 chairs sprayed. Leon's wouldn't honour spraying 2 chairs for 2 pieces from sectional.will never deal with Leon's again

Prices are less costly than others. Staff very friendly as they work on commission. They don't follow you around, they give you space to look. Very clean store. Have clean washrooms. Handicap parking is right at from door. Great sales. Lots of choice of furniture. Better pictures on their walls, compared to The Brick.

Don’t waste you and money.on VIP sales.just conning people by raising the price and giving discounts. Management is terrible, know one was willing to help at all after spending 2000$ dollars in store.how can someone wait for 8-10 weeks! Purchased a fridge from Leon's, they delivered it and it was damaged.
The delivery driver took the fridge back to the store.
Called Leon's, they scheduled another fridge to be delivered yesterday. It arrived and once again damaged only this time the crew left the fridge.
Called Leon's again, this time it was pick up your fridge and return my money's.
Offered $300.00 off, I said no that's not what I purchased. Now it will sit in the hallway until January 29th that's the pickup date?
Something wrong here!

Done with with Leon's.

Bought the same fridge same price at Lowes, delivering tomorrow.

The mark of great customer service isn’t when everything is perfect, it’s when a mistake is made and a company goes above and beyond to make it right - without the customer even having to ask! That was our experience with Leon’s, and based on that (and the very easygoing, no pressure sales experience) I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend buying furniture here. Prompt, courteous and friendly.

Just wanted to share my story and adventure over a dryer. My landlords had to replace a dryer in my unit ordered from Leon's the delivery drivers dropped it off. Wouldnt hook it up, were apparently supposed to take the old one to the curb and never did. I took the liberty of hooking it up and what do you know ita defective! Making an awful screeching sound and not tumbling.
I called Leon's the next day and was told to call GE repair line? Why am I called a gosh darn repair line when you should be picking this up and replacing it! Now I have to wait even longer to have a new dryer.
I tried calling 9 different times and no one would answer.this is literally a nightmare for my landlords and I as well. Rest assured I will never ever ever do business with them since they think it's ok to drop off a defective product and just simply leave it there.sad

Disappointed with the warranty/protection plan from Leon's. I purchase a sofa and loveseat and paid for the protection plan by Zucora. Our sofa has an issue and we were originally told it was a known issue caused by improper application of the protection and they would have to replace our sofa and loveseat. We are now going on weeks with support and now informed us that we are basically screwed and they won't help us. They haven't even attempted to clean or repair the issue, we are now waiting 24-48 for them to call us back. I really hope this gets resolved or the replacement we buy won't be from Leon's, The Brick or any other companies in the umbrella. Hopefully this turns around and ends up positive.

We went to Leon's Hamilton where we were met by Ram. He showed us many dishwasher, without being pushy. Ram said " I won't recommend Samsung dishwasher " guess what he was absolutely right. I been using it for 2 years or so it is nothing but piece of junk. He suggested Bosch series 300. Thanks Ram, I just love my new dishwasher.
Ram spent a long time explaining the pros and cons of each machine and brand we were looking at.
He was very professional and I would highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a courteous and knowledgeable salesman.

Worst place to by furniture they delivered a entertainment center damaged trying to get anywhere with Leon's is next to impossible. Would never ever recommend these huge furniture distributors. Still waiting to resolve problems and getting no where. They have o problem taking the customers money but boy when there is problems things are not getting resolved.
