On September 13,2023 I bought multiple bedroom items, but was told the frame and head board would be 6-8 weeks to deliver. Everything else, to date, has been received.

At 8 weeks I was told delivery of frame & head board would be at 10 weeks. At 10 weeks I was told 12 weeks. Today I called (12 weeks), and now I'm told it won't be until January 2024 because.overseas. Going for the most optimistic date, it's now January 3,2024. Or at mininum, 16 weeks (MAYBE) from the original purchase, that we can MIGHT POSSIBLY see the headboard and frame. Until then, my husband, a heart patient, recovering from recent surgery, will continue to sleep on the mattress, on the floor. Merry Christmas.

Our entire experience from the moment we walked into the store until the delivery fellows left our home was a 5 star experience. They are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. On the day of delivery you can track how many deliveries before you. It's great. No wondering when they will arrive. The delivery folks took all of the packaging. It was a GREAT experience for us.

Ordered a dishwasher with delivery and installation. Found out when I was emailed with no time (but a date for delivery so called) to confirm installation would be done at the same time that I was required to book a separate appointment with a 3rd party. I cancelled installation, which I already paid for to Leon's to arrange my own.

Delivery was on time and quick in and out. Costco delivery included unpacking and box removal, which I appreciated and recommend as a step up from this delivery at Leon's. Nothing wrong with the delivery itself, just recommend added service for the fee.

I bought sofa set from Leon's Brampton.   I also purchased extended insurance coverage from leons. At the time of purchase l was told by the sales representative that everything would be covered under the insurance. I asked the sales representative same question couple of times and he said everything is covered. After a few months of purchase,   the sofa set had some stains. I called Leon's they told me to call the insurance, though my sofa set was still under manufacturer warranty and he didn't mention that to me. I called  Zucorahome and they told me that unknown marks were not covered under the insurance. I was shocked as the sales representative told me that everything will be covered. Zucora insurance send a technician to fix the stains out of courtesy but after few months the stains that were dyed. The dye started to fade and big patches started to appear. I called Leon's again for help but the customer service agent nor their manager declined to help me. I will never ever buy anything from Leon's again.

Had an amazing experience buying a mattress. Kabir was a very helpful sales representative and assisted us from beginning to end. He helped negotiate a good deal and when the price dropped overtime and within the period we were able to have the savings, kabir coordinated for the refunds. I would definitely be a returning customer.

Bought few items from here and overall I had a good experience, but unfortunately they don't offer free financing and deliveries like they used to in the past, and I had to drive to Newmarket to get my item. If I wasn't really in a hurry to get it I wouldn't have made the purchase that day.

Delivered the wrong package three times, it was either the wrong product or damaged. They don’t have any return policy either, and the customer service was bad. I wouldn’t recommend buying furniture or appliances from this store.

We've shopped at Leon's McLaughlin (Brampton) many times before and had success but had poor customer service when the wrong colour couch was delivered recently. Even when the customer service rep acknowledged that the colour of the couch compared to the swatch in store was different, the customer service manager and other staff tried to convince us differently that it was the same fabric or they said the fabric varies with each batch. The point is, it was not disclosed at the time of the sale that what we will get delivered might vary from the swatch (the couch we received was more gray then brown, and the name of the colour was Mercury). After back and forth with customer service, the store manager, Deep, spoke with us briefly and offered a few hundred dollars to keep the couch as is and even suggested that in a few years of use the couch will be our desired colour brown (which sounded like he was intending that our couch will get dirty anyways so why make an issue of the colour now smh). This was very unprofessional and for a large furniture company like this a better solution could have been provided and they would have still had a customer (i.e offer an alternative couch to choose from, apologize for the couch not being what was expected). Also, to better the expectations of their customers in the future they should disclose before making a sale that the swatch we see in person on the display may differ to avoid confusion. In the end, we are waiting for a full refund and will not be purchasing another couch from this location.

Asha is a great sales person. We bought a three seater and two seaters through her. She was very pleasant to deal with and very helpful. Few months later we went back to Leon’s and asked for Asha since we wanted to buy a mattress and a boxspring. Again she was very helpful and gave us good advise. I recommend her very highly.

We just went into the McLaughlin location to purchase a new couch set. They had the ones we wanted and were able to deliver them in 3 days! We were helped by the sales associate Ali, and he was great. Very friendly, informative and helpful throughout the whole process. He was knowledgeable and had answers to all our questions. I would recommend visiting this location and asking for Ali!

We went to the store for a mattress and we met Wahid who helped us decide the best mattress for us based off of how we sleep and the firmness. He was a great person who also helped us later to find furniture and decor. Very friendly and very helpful.

I went in the store and bought a first only option fridge. Everything went fine and the employee was great. The delivery is horrible. We have to wait almost 3 weeks for the fridge to get to us. We called the store manager farooq and he told us that delivery driver is only available on friday's.that doesn't make sense since the employee we bought from said it would take a week at most. The operator at the desk said that they deliver other days as well. These guys are giving false information to the customers. After this I will not go here nor recommend anyone I know to go here.

Where do I even begin with this one?

First off, I went to Leon’s on September 30th to purchase a stove and fridge. The experience was fine, the salesperson was nice and I purchased both. The date both items were supposed to be in stock was October 13th. This was later pushed to November 1st, then pushed again to late November. I was not willing to wait, so I called and was told that the fridge was in stock but the stove was not. So I cancelled the stove and proceeded with the fridge and asked when it could be delivered. They said November 12th. This worked, so I scheduled it. I took a day off work to receive the fridge as well. I received an email, which I attached above, that confirmed my fridge would be delivered November 12th. On the morning of, I called because I still was not given a window for the delivery to take place. I was told that the item was not setup for delivery and that I would have to schedule it again. Needless to say, I was very upset. Their customer service in Brampton (for the most part) was horrendous. They don’t pickup the phone, they are not polite when speaking to you either. I hope people avoid Leon’s as much as possible. Everyone will be better off not buying from them.

Absolutely pathetic dealing with the customers. They had different tags on the same furniture, hence confusing the customer. They refused to pay on the amount it was written on the tag and the manager said it was done by accident. How can the mistake be repeated twice.
This shows the carelessness of the staff.
Disappointed and would never visit this store again.

We bought a sectional and it was not aligning properly, so had to return and buy a recliner sofa and a chair for which we had to pay extra. Tried calling the customer service umpteen number of times, but no one picks up the phone. I have been calling them to ask if the new recliner needs spraying to close the holes like the sectional. Till today unsuccessful in getting someone on the line.

I ordered a sectional in May 2021 and the estimated time to receive this item was 4-6 weeks. It’s is now the end of September and after calling multiple times threw out this time and continuously being told it has been delayed. Now I am being told it will not be ready to ship until Jan 2022. I have been without a sofa ever since my order. Leon’s has never contacted me to tell me about these delays nor have they ever offered any compensation for the inconvenience. The worst part is they are still selling this sectional on the website. Totally unacceptable and horrible experience.

At the time of purchase I was happy with the customer service, but I have become very disappointed in Leon's. We ordered a couch from this location which we were told was only going to take 4-6 weeks to be delivered. We ordered it, in part, because it was not an in demand item and we were in need of a couch for our new apartment. Unfortunately our order was just delayed another 8 weeks and we didn't receive any notification of this change. I had to call them to inquire of this change in delivery. They may have a good selection here, but because of this experience I probably won't buy from Leon's again.

Time to report this to the ONTARIO CONSUMERS HAZARDOUS PRODUCTS/SAFETY AND COSMETIC PRODUCTION.

New Samsung stove. Less than a year. Temperature Markings Disapearing.

Soap and water now must be hazardous to cosmetic defective painted on temperature gages.so says customer service manager at Leon's.

I contacted Where I got it. The customer service manager was unprofessional she was unable to listen and communicate.

No responsibility for selling defective cosmetic appliances. Bottom line.

SAMSUNG takes no responsibility aswell. Not a warranty issue. Asked I pay for a service call on an appliance that needs no service.

Another back plate if available,
could be a temporary solution since it's the same product, same issue in a few months.

Very bad customer service. I would like to give zero but there’s no option for the same. Bought a coffee table and 2 night tables. The piece was broken, still waiting for the replacement. The coffee table color is yellow instead of white. When complained about that they said they can’t do anything for that. Will never buy anything from Leon’s and won’t recommend anyone specially the Bramton store at McLaughlin and Bovaid.

Stay Away from this store. We purchased our Sofa in November 2020. The sales person Asha said that it would arrive in maximum 14 weeks. It's June 2021 and still not arrived! Now the new date is July 2021. They keep delaying. Leon's will not refund you full money so we are stuck. Will NEVER buy anything from Leon's.

Update: I called them as per their comment and they provided no help. Please stay away from Leon's and specially this store.

Dany from Front office, Veronica store manager were very helpful in whole process assisting at every step. From Delivery department - Deep, also was very helpful in assisting all my delivery related questions and also he followed up to make sure all items are delivery properly. Dealt with Erika to help refurnish our new home. She was insightful, reasonable and understood what we were looking for within our budget. She made the process easy and painless! We got amazing stuff delivered, and she even followed up after delivery as well as a month later to see how we were enjoying our new stuff. Great customer service skills. She must have had some great managers in her past!

There's a reason it has such a bad rating. We thought we'd give it a chance since they had a good deal. We regret our decision. If you can please go somewhere else.

None of their appliances are available. There were items in stock and we booked a delivery date. Nothing showed up so we called only to find out the sales person didn't book the delivery. No apology from them and the manager couldn't be reached.

In the time we were in the store there were two other customers asking to see the manager with a complaint.

Again, if you're able to spend more and go somewhere else please do.

Nov 5th update,
Got a call and the oven we ordered is not in stock. Now we need to go back to the store and pick something else or have mismatched appliances. Further, everything in stock is either a brand we don't want or more expensive.

Going back on Saturday and will update this review then.

Update: we finally got the appliances. After paying extra for a different brand.

The delivery day, their delivery guys tracked ice and dirt so over our floors with no apologies and no consideration.

Then when they brought the fridge in they had to lift it over the baseboards to get it to the kitchen. The guy left it in the middle of the corridor and said "you can just remove the baseboards and push it into the kitchen" I had to ask him to lift it over the baseboards and complete their delivery then only they did. Imagine doing half the job and asking me to remove the baseboards and finish it myself.

Further update: we got an email on Dec 18 saying that they will deliver our bedroom set the next day. No one called us to advise that our furniture had arrived and asked to set up a delivery date. They just choose a date and emailed us.

We called them immediately and asked them to reschedule the delivery. We were told the next delivery date was January 2nd. We agreed and told them to come then. We then got another email saying to expect our delivery on Dec26th.

My wife called and they said The stuff is on the truck there is nothing they can do. I called back and they said they'll change it to the 2nd. I asked for a guarantee and the lady in the phone assured me it is changed. Today- Dec 25th we far another email saying our delivery is set for tomorrow. How incompetent are the folks working there? Of course we can't call because it's a holiday. So now because this Leon's place picks the dates to deliver we have to spend our Christmas Day moving furniture around making room for the new stuff. How is this place still in business? And does the Leon's head office know this store is being run this horribly?

January 6 update:
Finally, after moving furniture around, we got a hold of someone on Dec 26th. They confirmed that our order was indeed coming in Jan 2nd and we're probably getting these deliver emails because it's an automated system.

On Jan 2nd we finally got everything we ordered from Leon's.

Service was fine but the delivery is terrible. I ordered a couch on September 26th.it's now December 13th.

At the time I confirmed when was the latest it would arrive and I was told early November. I don't know why it takes that long to begin with, they confirmed the pieces were in stock.

Early November I called: "Oh, it'll be mid November"

Mid November I called: "Oh it'll be between the 2nd and 9th of December fore sure"

December I called "Oh, your absolute date will be the 3rd week of December"

This is crazy. They can't tell me what's going on and they refuse to escalate and their CSR's just blindly read or copy/paste their "oh we understand your frustration" script to you as if their bored of saying it all the time.

All of my Wayfair items have arrived on or before the expected date, our appliances from CAS arrived on time. Everything else we ordered for our new house showed up, Leon's is the only one who can't seem to help.

WORST service, Bought a couch was told I have 60 days for price match.
Couch was $2199 now couch is $1699, $500 less. Tried calling and visiting the store but due to COVID the store is closed earlier and not enough staff to answer the phones. Left work to go on lunch to get the price adjustment, reminder I still haven't gotten the couch yet it has been over 10 weeks. I informed because it is day 62 I can't get the price adjustment. I asked to speak to the manager and I said really 2 days and I did try to come in the past 2 days but couldn't due to your store closing earlier. Manager said ok she can do it, fine. Price adjustment done and I drive back to work to get a call from the manager telling me sorry because I financed the couch on my Leons card they can't do it because it is a payment term of 24 months. WHAT? The price adjustment was already done. WORST service I will never shop there again. SIDE note I was told that it could possibly still be another 4-8 weeks for me to get the couch, reminder they put it now on sale knowing they don't have any and not knowing when they would get any in. GOOD job LEONS. DO NOT go to Leons.

Just in, bought a new 60" lg UHD 4k tv, brought it home, hooked it up and the picture wasn't clear as shown on display, called the store and LG as suggested by the store, but nothing fixed the picture.
When I asked for refund, i was told electronics are not refundable, pls check the back of the receipt, which the sales person conveniently forgot about to mention that it would be a final sale, yet he remembered to sell me the extended warranty on it.
Took the situation to the lady manager, refused to help in any way, not only that when I asked her bussiness card, her response was I dont have any, I dont even have to give u my name. This is a first establishment I have come across where managers operate without a name and a business card.
So good luck to those who are planning to shop here, your money and time could be well wasted.
They got a single star from me because they are good at taking your money in a legal way that you don't even want to spend.

Very poor delivery service. We asked for an hour's notice before delivery as we don't live in the unit yet. The driver called us with 20-30 minute time frame. We told him we needed more time, at least 45 minutes. He said he would call head office and call us back. He never did call us back. He probably went home early.
After waiting 2 hours, Leon's called us to reschedule the delivery. What a big waste of time. And a bunch of BS. The driver told the office he had given us a 30-60 minute window. LIES.of course the office took the driver's word over our word, the client's word.
So now if you need furniture, and want to be respected as a client.
GO SHOP SOMEWHERE ELSE.

Was looking for a new couch and always buy my furnitures from Leon's. Bought a love seat and a sofa. The sale guy say it was going to be 4 weeks late, fine, couch come in after 3 months, delivery guys come in the house with
Outside shoes and say they can't open the boxes. Turn out a piece is missing, called Leon's, sent pictures of the missing and say they ordered it and it is on way. Today still no missing piece, so talked to manager an indian lady and say if I have check under the couch etc. Things that I have already dealt with customer care. Leon's has lost my business now.
Whenever I go there, I feel like a prey to those Hyenas there, eyeing me and looking for quick sale.
Be careful on black Friday, make sure the furnitures comes together because they will lie to you.

Great prices if you catch a good sale, the 60 day price guarantee also usually pays off if you miss their frequent sales. Furniture are good quality and the staff don't pressure sell. At least Asha didn't. She was very patient as we made our decisions and did everything by the book.

The absolute worst service ever. When you walk in 10 sales rep want to help you but when you have an issue no one get back to you or always say someone will call back. Spent over 20k and got treated like if we begging them. We purchased a sofa set in aug of last year. Having warranty as well. The couch came defected both recliner was broken also with dead springs. They came one month after said nothing for few months, came back spring of 2020 said they were replacing and its September still no one we call every week they keep saying they would call back. I would never be spending a cent here again. Employees rude as if they doing you a favour.

I was made to wait almost 1 hour for any sales person to show up and help us out in the appliances department. Even after that we were offered a floor model with final sale.with much higher price tag for used appliance as compared to their competitor who offered a new for the same price tag with free delivery and extended warranty.

Being a long term Leon's customer. I was very disappointed with their such treatment.the salesman was very rude and bad attitude.

At Leon’s, found a fab dishwasher and was looked after by the most delightful, sweet and helpful salesperson. MEHKI.

I purchased my two couches at this location on boxing day. Had them delivered two weeks later. Received my love seat and couch. Couch has slice at the bottom skirt and gouge on the arm rest. Sent them pictures. We have called head office. We have gone to this location to speak to store manager. Got told that we will get a call for the technician to come and have it look at. Two weeks later, we had the technician come in just to take pictures. Calling back and forth, just been getting the run around at this location. This issue has still has not been resolved. It's almost been month. This has been the worse customer service I had ever dealt with. I Will never buy anything from Leon's again

Bought a couch in Dec 2019, delivery period was set at 8 to 10 weeks.
I waited patiently and after 2 months I'm told wait till May 2020.
When I asked for cancellation I was told to pay 25% in order to cancel the order.

Terrible customer service. After ordering and paying for a recliner in December we were told 4 to 6 weeks for pickup. After playing phone tag for 6 weeks with the sales guy and customer service (constantly being told they would look into our order and call us, never calling us back) we finally talked to a wonderful girl who was honest and told us the chair would not be available until April at least. With that information we went in and recieved a refund. Went to a different store afterwards and got a cheaper, better recliner, brought it home that day too.

Very Disappointing. We bought a glass table about a year ago. So the legs of the table basically sticks to the glass round table. And all of a sudden one day they came off. So we had it replaced again with new same model. The moment we installed it with a professional handy man and spent like 100 bucks on it again the legs popped off. Seriously it's the issue with the table itself!
I don't think would ever buy furniture from Leon's again!

Bought a recliner love seat and single seat set back in Feb 2019. Along with extra warranty because the units were recliners. Oct 2019 noticed that one arm on the love seats was caving in towards the back. The the seat was caving in at the corner where the arm was caving in. Called the store in Nov 2019 To get it repaired no answer left a message. Waited 2 weeks called back. They said they would send a technician. Waited another two weeks. This is now Dec 2019. Still no technician. Finally technician came out 3 days before Christmas. Showed him seam separation that was happening too. He said the springs were gone. Now remember it’s still not a year old. He said he would file his report and the store would get back to me. Waited until mid Jan called the store to find out what was going on. They said that because the unit was a year old they couldn’t do anything. Mid January. Unit is still not a year old.
They said it was because of over use. Now I’m confused. It’s only my daughter and I. We are small people who don’t weight a lot. The unit hasn’t lasted a year. The sofa it was replacing lasted me 5 years and I can’t get this one to last a year. So I called the store back and they said that they would call the manufacturer again. They told me to call them back. I said no you can call me. That was over 3 weeks ago.
I’ve purchased a lot from this location and have never had any issues. The customer service on this purchase has been horrible. They have lost a customer in me. I will be shopping for a new sofa!

Leon’s Mississauga strore is very horrible in managing and maintaining commitment. I purchased some items in December and the sales person committed that he will deliver very soon and even after 6 weeks I don’t have complete delivery. I received some delivery but also in parts. Multiple times I have to follow up and from customer service no body takes any accountability. This store has got only friendly sales people but we should be very careful about quality of delivery. I heard so many great stories about Leon’s but this store service is below expectation. Needless to say that I will never buy anything from this location.

Great place to get latest furniture. Great customer serive. Everytime I go there, its a happy experience.

Where do I begin! I purchased an entire bedroom set from Leon's. Although the sales rep was friendly and polite, the furniture received was a disaster. I had to send the dresser and head board back due to damages and while putting the drawers in, pieces of the wood were chipping off. By far the quality of the furniture is below standards. I am confused at how poorly constructed it is. How is this allowed. As consumers, we Leon's deserve better! Low quality furniture should equal lower prices but yet you charge prices comparable to more exclusive furniture shops. This was my first time buying from Leon's and it will be my last.
