One happy customer here. What I liked about Leopard Motors (special shout out to Ali) is that prior to turning over the car, the car was carefully prepared - the vehicle looked and smelled new. They even gave in to my special requests before giving it to me. What's more, wheels were new, they had the oil changed, installed break pads, etc. Ali was really professional - he was able to answer my questions and handle my requests to my satisfaction. Big thumbs up! I will definitely recommend Leopard to some of my friends looking for their vehicles. My daughter purchased a car here recently. We saw one on Auto Trader that we wanted to take for a test drive. I contacted the dealership and got a response within minutes. We were able to go the next day and take this car for a test drive and it was exactly what she wanted. Ibrahim treated us with total respect and he was patient with my daughter and answered all the questions she had. Anything we had issues with during the test drive were set up to be fixed before we picked up the car. Delivery of the vehicle was a pleasure. We did encounter a few mechanical issues within the first 7 days and Ibrahim was on top of it right away. The customer service at this dealership is second to none! Worst place I’ve ever gotten a car before. I was told I got “rust protection “ for under my car for winter driving,

And well it was never done and I drove all winter thinking I had it done and was offered to get it done today while getting my car checked and was confused on why he asked cuz I was told it was done when they sold my the car. Also they damaged my car while having it in there own lot and tried to play it off like it was already scratched. I spent a full 60 minutes plus w this car in and out and believe me I know it was scratch free.

You guys are the worst and straight up Liars. I hate you all w a passion.

Watchout, they are not totally honest and my experience was pretty bad:

They advised a car with some options (heated seats, bluetooth, power lock.etc), I called them to request a mechanic check at a garage next to theirs, I paid the test that was 111$. I arrived after the test for a test drive, it was a long drive for me. And only there, while driving, I noticed that the car didn't have bluetooth.
They only offered a $88 discount as an apology (the safetey check was $111!), which I think is disrespectful.

Be very mindful when you do business with them as they display options that the car does not have to bring more people in.

Billy is a great guy and will work for your business however the finance guy god luck with him he’s rude unprofessional and doesn't want to give you the time of day he acts like trying to get you into a car is a hassle and he couldn’t be bothered with you. God luck

Went to look at a used civic earlier this year. Communicated with the sales team to arrange a date and time. Told them I wanted to test drive it and to make sure it would be good for me when I arrived as I was traveling from over an hour away. They said sure everything will be ready. I confirmed with the salesman I was on my way with an arrival time.

When I arrived, the car was buried in the back of their lot behind about 12 other cars and was told “we weren’t sure if you were actually coming” The air bag had been removed from the steering wheel (because people steal them) that was fine. So after waiting about 15 minutes watching them scramble to move all these cars they pull the car up and say its ready for me. I asked about the air bag, “itll be put back in for the safety”. So these guys let me go for a test drive without an airbag in the steering wheel.

So I went for a quick drive, brought it back and went home. Was talking to the salesman the next day and told him I wasn’t very happy about what happened that day but was still interested and he seemed more annoyed that I was upset about it.

Only made the drive because of all the good reviews, so keep in mind the experience I had.

Amazing customer service, very honest. Highly recommend. The whole family bought cars from them! I’m so happy with my new car

My recent experience started quite well, great customer service, friendly people. Test drive, couldn't agree on a price, called back a couple of days later to negotiate further. Finally agreed to a price and trade in value. When I received the final on the road price, with the final price + trade in, something didn't add up. A trade in value gives you the benefit of tax credit on your purchase. However, not in their mind. Trade value I was give was taxes in. The trade value I was initially given was 1500.00. The taxes on this would be 195.00 which is the amount that comes off the final price before taxes. We negotiated an extra 200.00 on the trade in to 1700.00. On the final invoice the trade value came after the taxes added to the car. I have not know any dealer do this on a car unless they are buying it cash. So when I was given 1700.00 in trade in up from the initial 1500.00, the actual trade in value went up to only 1505.00 with is 1700.00 with taxes. I just hope that other buyers are as informed. When I complained, I was told that we give you a value on your car and it includes the taxes. I would still buy the car, the 200.00 difference isn't an issue, the ethics about the situation I have issues with. Beware!

Called to inquire about this vehicle. Asked if I can take it for a test drive, the sales person over the phone said all AS IS vehicles they don't let you test drive unless they are trying to hide something. Does this make sense?

Just wanted to review this dealership. I was interested in a car, called them.they mentioned the car had alot of attention and asked me to put down a deposit to hold it. I wad pretty nervous as to not get scammed. I ended up seeing the car in person and I realised I was in a little over my head. They were very understanding and gave me my deposit back no questioned asked. Really great experience, dealt with Azfaar, awesome guy.

I'll start off by saying that I will easily be coming back here for my next car! If you want the ideal "easy" car purchasing experience then I couldn't imagine going anywhere else. All the agents there legitimately looked like they enjoyed what they do and were happy to help.

After a couple exhausting weeks of looking for a safe and reliable SUV (ours randomly exploded on the QEW and almost killed my wife.so we now hate Hyundai) we ended up at leopard auto.

Azfaar was was the rep who was helping us, but honestly everyone there made us feel at home. I didn't get the "pressure sales" vibe once the whole time we were there. We went looking at a Dodge Journey, but ended up falling in love with a beautiful GMC Terrain and we couldn't be happier! We live in Niagara but chose Leopard Auto because they treated us the best, had the best selection of vehicles, and honestly were just really good at helping us choose through an impressive array of really nice vehicles. Azfaar went above and beyond, and was very understanding of our situation. I find that the quality of customer service has been brutal in most places these days, however Leopard Auto stands way above their peers. Would recommend anyone to check this place out!

I bought a 2013 Honda Accord from Azfaar whe was great to deal with. I live 3 hours away so had to take his word on condition of vehicle (he did face time me to show inside and outside of vehicle). Overall great experience and highly recommend others when shopping for a new vehicle to ask for Azfaar and you won’t be disappointed!

I don't know what to say. I was promised a lot when I took a van for a test drive but not everything they promised came true. I was told they would fix the starter, fix the steering problem and do the professional detailing but when after a week of waiting I was there to pick it up cuz I was told it was ready none of those things were done.well they promised again they would fix everything and deliver the van to me, I agreed but when it was delivered they got only fixed the issue with steering.the starter was doing funny noise next day I made them a call cuz technically I still have 30 days warranty but was told it is a normal thing for Honda to make a weird noise when you start it which is a lie. I also figured that they didn't even vacuumed it, I am not even talking about professional detailing. So my overall experience is very poor. I do not recommend to buy from this dealer

I bought a 2014 Lexus es300h was told had a minor accident the front bumper it was fixed but the bumper had some broken clips i paid for the car was told the bumper would be fixed came a week later to pickup they had just pushed the bumper in 2 week later i started hearing noise and the bumper fell off on the highway my wife was driving.
