Great service.driver - eddy i think - picked me up promptly at home drove me to london for surgery follow up and picked me up again on time.very friendly and very efficient i wasn't waiting one unnecessary second.use them again in a heartbeat

Eddy and most of his drivers are great. Nikki is the worst driver I have ever had. She is incredibly rude and she thinks it is acceptable. This is the second time I’ve had a ride with Nikki and each time I leave feeling horrible. She does not provide good customer service whatsoever, yet she still gets away with not being a good person.

Pros: got to our final destination, reasonable pricing
Cons: our driver was a right wing nut who told us the world is in for a rude awakening, and we wouldn’t live to see Christmas! Interesting ride!

Positive: On time, safe driving
Not so positive: Limited smiles, driver doesn’t like AC so you can’t use it (we were going to a wedding so it was either blow your hair back or sweat it out), driver controls the windows, driver controls the music.
No meters, no price given ahead of time (granted we also didn’t ask - I would advise to do so).
I would use them again if needed, but the experience could use some improvement.

Guy on the phone was useless. They only accept cash. Didn't care for my business when I asked questions and hung up.

Be careful and clear with these guys. Anyone from out of town; they have no meters in the vehicles so make sure you negotiate. I got charged 70$ to go from mulliferry to amiens dr and back to mulliferry. (15mins total & just so you know, thats robbery) And if you know the quick way- tell the driver, cause they probably dont, or want to go the long way so they can charge you more.

Me and my friends were leaving a hockey game and we called a taxi and needed help opening a door and the lady scream that we need to figure it out and that she’s not getting out of the car, we couldn’t get the back seat to go up and she made my friend sit on top of the seat with no seatbelt.when we where reaching are stop she yelled at us to “shut up and be quiet Jesus Christ” and she dropped us all off at the wrong stop.worse experience I have ever had from Leo’s taxi.

Never had a negative experience using Leo's Taxi. Great driver, great owner (Shout out to Eddy), and always tries their best. Had a driver named Derek take special care of me when I had a migraine and couldn't see or walk straight. He drove me to the hospital and walked me in. Helped me into a wheelchair and handed me over to the nurses while wishing me well. Was genuinely concerned for a customer and brought hope to my heart.

I was working in the area with a dead car battery. Leo’s Taxi was here in 10 mins. Gave me a boost. Great service. Great experience. Thanks a lot.
