Wont be returning.fingers are cut, nails are all crooked and uneven, couldn’t do any designs even when they said they could, the lady i had was rude, amongst many other things.thankfully i had a nice lady painting my nails who gave me a discount after realizing how horrible they came out.

Amazing people, amazing place. Amazing service! Quality nails!

BEST NAIL SALON IN CORNWALL!

My wife was going there for many years. Last time a new girl did very thin nails. My wife mentioned it but nothing was done. That night a nail broke while she was sleeping and another chipped the next day. We called and spoke with Lee who said to come back in and they'd 'fix' the damaged nails, but nothing about money was mentioned, such as fixing their poor work at no extra charge. My wife was about to leave on a trip to another town for a week and wasn't able to get in. Today, I called to set up an appointment and I explained what had happened and was told 'perhaps we're not the nail salon for you' with a 'click' when I was hung up on. So they do shoddy work, take $65.00, won't fix it and then hang up on a polite customer expressing concern over the one time when they weren't up to standards. We will never go back there again and suggest that people beware of this business. They are coasting on the good reputation they had built up in the past, but they are not providing the service that they once did, and they obviously don't even care. Avoid!

Well, I am not very happy with Les Nails here in Cornwall. I had a few complaints about my nails not being done very well and I was told that they then were not the ones for me to be going to. I have been going there for many years and have had great results. But when I got them done 2 weeks ago it was done by a new girl and she didn't do them as well as I have had done in the past. My thumb nail chipped off the first day, and then I woke up to the newly fixed nail broken off at the nail. OUCH! When I did try to explain to Le last week he just told me to come in and get my nails refilled. I asked if he could do it at a price reduction He said no that I needed a refill anyway. No mention of being sorry that this had happened. So after going there for years and paying over $50 to have them done. I now have broken nails and was told to go else where. Thanks for nothing, Le Nails! I will never go back there again. If you are a patron of this business please reconsider going else where because after you are a client of theirs for years they treat you badly, if you have any complaints. The WORST nails I have ever gotten in my life! DO NOT GO HERE. 80$ for an acrylic set that are un even all my nails are different lengths and are thin as hell! I have acrylic all over my skin & when I addressed that I wasn't happy they were awfully rude. The customer service is horrendous! Never will I ever go here again!

I have been going to Les nails for about 6 years now love going there but went last Saturday to get m nails done the young man that works there is rude arrogant very impolite never says please, thank you he never talks to anybody except to tell you he is always that way I just find him bold and he should start being more polite to the costumer before they loose business. The waxing wasn't too bad but the service wasn't the best. When I walked in I told the guy im here for eyebrow waxing. He says ok tells me I got too wash my hands & sit down. My hands were clean before even entering the shop. So weird I wasn't getting my nails done other ppl came in after me they weren't told too wash their hands smh‍️. Then too top it off I had too tell the girl 3x's that I wanted thin eyebrows. I will take my business elsewhere too be treated right discrimination 101. Your not a priority if you don't get your nails done with a manicure or pedicure. I'm not sure why they offer waxing if it's a issue too get people too wax eyebrows or whatever you need waxed.

Please think 100 times before giving them your business. The owner of this place insults and humiliates the clients in the room of full of clients, absolutely does not appriciates the business. I used to go lee's for long time. I was not satisfied with the job once. So, mentined it to them. The minute I said it the girl there responded saying "may be we are not the right salon for you", knowing that I have been long term client. I decided to ingnore the response and went back for pedicure and manicure with my Mom. They took us in and did pedicure, then while we were waiting for our turn for manicure the owner walked to me and said last time you said you did not like the job so you do not have to get it done, I said yes I did not but I am here now. I asked him he still wanted to provide me service and he kept arguing with me in very insulting way and kept yelling. He should have appologise for the experience and should have done better job knowning I am giving business even after my bad experience instead this person purposly insulted me and my mother. Even after all this I went over the cash and tried to pay for pedicures, the person at the desk started arguing with me even without me saying anything. I ABSOLUTLY SHOULD NOT HAVE PAID FOR PEDICURE. I SHOULD HAVE JUST WALKED OUT. THIS WAS MOST TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE OF LIFE TIME.

They didn't let lady finish my pedicure.it didn't dry well.missing another layer of nail polish too.basically sucks.manicure - i didn't ask fo any nail color but still they didn't have time for me to do clean my nails.paid for service which i could do by myself at home. I didn't see that ladies had change of the stuff in that rude way.

Today i went into lees nails to get a brand new set of acrylic nails.i wanted coffin shape some of them turned out wonderful and well others miss shaped, very thick and just over all disappointed! I love the atmosphere here but today i was nothing but disappointed i paid 65$:/ first photo is what i wanted versus what i got! Absolute disappointment!

The place was packed we had an appointment for 11 bit didn't get seated indoors until 1130. They did a good job however use the same file/ buffer on multiple people without cleaning.

Went to this place yesterday and loved it. Really liked the fact that they take their time to do a proper job and don’t rush like most places currently do.

Came in for the first time this week and had a great experience! I did a dip base and shellac top which was $40 which is super reasonable priced! Definitely will be back!

They did a very good job for cleaning after reopening. Even thought they are not able to do as many clients as before, cuz government rules so they need to do appointments. But feel safe to go, and as professional as always

Disgustingly unsanitary at my station. She didn't clean up after her last customer and there was powder all over the table and even inside the lamp. It was the absolute worst manicure I've ever had. I got tips and a powder gel manicure. The result was embarrassing and I hid my hands until I could have them fixed. You could visibly see a lump on each nail where the tip was affixed. I imagine each technician has their own cleanliness standards and skill level but I will never recommend or return to this place.

They did a really good job on my nails. I find the Quality has gotten better with the years I’ve been going here.

Will not go back. Have been going back so many times over the years.it’s hit and miss.on how your nails turn out. Today I just had regular polish because they were really rushing. I had a girl who couldn’t speak English.it was so difficult to explain things. My friend was with me she was unhappy as well. We both will not be back.

I was actually quite disappointed with my visit you're due to the fact of the semi rudeness and harshness. He would throw my hands after he's done and it was just not really a good visit, trying to push prices on us that we didn't want trying to give us extra so that we'd spend more money. All in all shity nails turned out pretty good but the service was bad

They were very busy. Most customers seemed happy. I wouldn't go back, I found that they rush people through like cattle. I asked for nail tips to be painted when I noticed that they were not painted low enough to last she snipped that I could have told her sooner. Irritated she rushed through. When i got home the painted tips and nails were crooked, salvageable but not worth 60+tip

It’s probably the best walk-in nail salon in Cornwall. City nails is 1 overpriced and have a small color connection for gel colors. Calis nails look like a sketchy doctors office and nails 9/10 times come out lumpy and I end up cut. Les is the best place in cornwall with a large variety of colors and sure sometimes I get lumpy nails but it’s less often then calis nails. Les is the place to go (if they’re not busy) if they’re busy go back later or the next day. Weekend are always busy but I’d recommend during the day and weekday if you have the time or day off. Also great for the prices.

Will not go again. Very sloppy job, lots of lumps and the paint job is terrible. Highly advise going somewere else. Not impressed!

Horrible experience! Quality of pedi was horrendous. Their nail polish wouldn't dry (likely due to being mixed with too much acetone to prolong use of old bottle). They redid pedi twice because the polish kept shifting and bunching up into the corners. Had to ask manicurist to clean off nails from previous client before putting my hands on the table (not a few but quite literally a pile of someone else's nails!) which she did begrudgingly. After 2 full hours and 3 different pedicurist attempting to fix it and me insisting they stop and just take it off, they reluctantly did so and charged me for nearly the full price of both a mani and pedicure (minus $5). When I inquired why I was being charged so much at the cash and tried to explain that I was leaving with no nail polish on my toes and wasted way more time than would be acceptable, another employee confronted me and became very aggressive without any prior knowledge of the situation in an attempt to humiliate me in front of a room full of clients. Her tactic worked because I paid the full amount and left. I recommend that you avoid Le's Nails if you value your time and money, acceptable sanitary conditions, and a respectful environment.

I’ve gone back multiple times hoping for better results, with no avail.

Tony is probably the best with applying acrylics, but I still see things he could do better. The shape of nail, the c shape that makes the nail look realistic is almost non existent on some nails, and some look more rounded than coffin. With that being said, when he does my nails they usually come out smooth for the most part, and generally look good from a distance. When I get home and finally look that’s when I notice the small errors.which I end up re shaping them myself. My nails are usually sore for DAYS afterwards, and I’ve never seen them clean any of their tools. I also noticed that when one of their regular walk ins come in they will rush and not care about the quality.

Whoever painted my nails did a horrible job, they came out lumpy, they even still feel soft, almost like they didn’t let them set unde the light long enough. There’s parts of the polish that are more sheer than other parts. Not to mention she put a colour I didn’t even ask for on without even asking me if it was okay.

It also took them almost two hours to paint my little sisters nails (12 years old) because they care more about the clients that are paying more. My acrylic set was done before her paint job and they took her before me.

I’ve had other nail salons fix their terrible job and they apologize to me for the back work. I think this visit did it for me, I’m no longer going back. I tried to give them the Benefit of the doubt, but no more.
