Dr Naeem Masi was very kind & knowledgeable. He was very helpful and understanding. Also the prices are affordable in this place.

The people here are awesome. Their prices are reasonable and I never felt like I was being sold anything he didn't actually need.

My dog Hemi, got into something and wasn't feeling well. He had an upset stomach, and wasn't feeling 100%. I called my vet, but they were closed for a handful of days. I called and the receptionist was super helpful, and understanding. The vet took us in as a new client, he was thorough, kind, and professional. He prescribed meds, and gave me a verbal diet for Hemi. It took about 2 days to see a huge improvment, and Hemi was feeling better and back to himself! Thank you all for taking Hemi in, last minute. I would go back here, and also recommend this place to anyone with a furry friend.

Took Bentley here months back because he had a cough but first took him to bayview / mulock vet where he’s been since a puppy, they took him inside came out gave me a heart specialists phone number and said I need to go see them asap, didn’t believe them…. Called Leslie Davis and even though they had never seen Bentley before the gentleman said come by and took Bentley in the back (heard Bentley cough and assumed the vet did the trick to check for kennel cough) he came out told me Bentley needed a shot and a week of antibiotics all in all 150$ if that later and Bentley was a happy camper and found his new forever vet:)

Did a great job with our dog Dylan who was Neutered last Monday. Dr was great with the directions and said to call him for any reason.

Absolutely amazing. I have taken many pets over the years from emergencies to reg check ups. Always gives all options but no pressure on what you go with. Highly recommended for all your furry loved ones.

Wow, I came on here to write a positive review and was absolutely shocked to read all the negative reviews. My experience with him and his assistant has been great. We actually switched to this vet last year from Georgina vet because they are way too busy.

Firstly, anytime we have had an issue, we are able to see Dr. Masi within one day. I took my sisters dog there when she was sick and she wasn't even his patient and he accepted her immediately.
I have also taken my two dogs to four appointments now.

Dr. Masi and his assistant were both very friendly with me and took A LOT of time to answer all of my questions regarding my dogs weight gain, thyroid issues, arthritis and other concerns I have. I never felt rushed and felt that he cared to answer all of my questions and make me feel comfortable with the answers. I just went by the clinic to drop off some of my dogs stool samples and he showed me my dogs blood work results, explained them all in GREAT detail and addressed all of my concerns in a VERY attentive way.

Honestly I am wondering if some of the folks who wrote negative reviews are just racist or don't understand the way some people from other cultures communicate in a more matter of fact type of way. The service here is excellent and I would personally really recommend it here.

The Leslie Davis Animal Hospital was able to fit my kitten in for a surgery he needed, they were very helpful, caring and understanding throughout the whole process. His recovery is going well, thank you to the wonderful staff for doing such a great job:)

They are amazing, i am so happy with them, specially the doctor is so kindly and honestly, and their price for surgery was the best one for me and chipper of any where.

Will never go back. Although their prices are decent the care for new dog owners is seriously lacking. I called to book my dogs first vaccine because I knew when we adopted her that she had no shots. When I told the receptionist I had no papers or records for my dog she called her a “Kijiji puppy” then when I got to the clinic the dr.was not happy that I didn’t have any records and that I was not booked in properly for my first visit? Not sure what that was about but I told the receptionist she didn’t have her shots yet and this would be her first work up. I was told by the dr that I needed to be “a responsible pet parent” even though I brought my dog in within 24 of getting her and was doing everything in my power to BE a responsible pet parent. Being a first time dog owner I had questions about the shots, what kind of dog food would be good for her, what kind of treats are good. He rushed through explaining the vaccines to me and I felt like I couldn’t ask questions and when I asked about the food and treats he said he DIDNT KNOW and that I should look it up… overall just not impressed with how I or my dog was treated. Bare minimum.

Amazing vets and techs at this location, they are beyond amazing with my German shepherd who has a million allergies, they always remember the issues she’s having, the treatments we’ve done and the best course of treatment we should do, they also help me stick within my allotted budget for additional vet trips when funds are tight, it’s obvious they really truly care about the animals they work with and I couldn’t imagine a better place to entrust the care of my best friend too, thank you guys for all you do for me and my dog
