Today I took my dog in for pre-operation bloodwork. The receptionist was very polite and listen to my concern with my dog separation anxiety. Even when the bloodwork came back normal, the veterinarian took time to call and do a follow up to let me know that everything was normal, and wanted to check in on how my dog was doing after the bloodwork. He called a few hours after the hospital closed on his personal time. I am very happy with the service I got, and I’m confident that the operation tomorrow will be just as positive.

The people who attended were so kind and did follow up about my cat until the first call. The neuter was excellent, and the recommendations for taking care after the procedure were wonderful. For sure I recommend the place

I had my pup neutered there a few months ago and they did great! They were so friendly and were sure to explain everything to me, great pricing! And we really appreciated all the follow up phone calls we got to make sure our pup was recovering well:)

I took my 2.5 year old golden retriever for his neutering surgery after getting a recommendation from a friend who also had their dog neutered here some time ago. My experience was great from start to finish - it was very easy to consult over phone and book via email and then e-transfer. On date of the surgery, I was allowed to stay with my dog up until he was given his first dose of medication to calm/knock him out. Post surgery, even though I followed all the instructions, I emailed the hospital with pictures because there were large red bruises appearing near the surgey site - I got a response back by end of the day that it was due to too much activity and was given detailed instructions to take care of it with cold compress, higher dose of gabapentin etc. They even called me for a follow-up after some days to check on his recovery and progress! I am super happy with their affordable pet healthcare and would not hesitate to recommend to anyone.

Best Animal Hospital I have ever been to. Dr Alex and his staff is very well versed in animal care, they have saved my senior cat twice from dying. I have taken emergency appointments twice for my cat and I am very pleased with the experience. Both my appointments were emergency appointments and I was very relieved that the clinic was able to take in my cat in very short time. In both emergency situations (same cat) Dr Alex and his staff were able to revive as well treat my cat to the fullest.

Dr. Alex and his staff gives plenty of time in checking the pet as well as discussing the treatment plan with the pet family. Dr. Alex as well as his staff are also very compassionate about listening to the pet family and their financial situation at the time of the treatment; there is 100% involvement of the pet family in decision taking and with the help of the professionals guidance, my family has been able to do the best for our senior pet member.

I would definitely, with all the bells and whistles recommend Leslie Street Animal Hospital for any pet related services.

This clinic is also very clean and inviting. Very well managed and welcoming place for the pets.

Best of all, the staff calls a few times to check how the treatment was working and how the pet was doing during the treatment, I have never experienced this kind of service from any other veterinary clinic.

All info was given very detail. We were so scared to get our puppy neutered but this experience was really good. Affordable place for middle-class families with wonderful service, over happy with them. Thank you once again. One note to customers, Please don't panic about one of their phone numbers showing as a scam, it is not. It is a legitimate place, just a problem with their phone number.

Dr. Alex has the best technicians at his clinic. They are polite and informative. I always get someone on the phone when I call, and my emails are answered quickly. My dog had a complicated recovery for mammory lump removal and the team worked diligently with me to get her back to normal. Dr. Alex responded to my late emails although I'd never expect him to. Thank you LSAH!

I am extremely happy with the neuter service provided for my dog Blue. They were able to book me in quickly, and at a fraction of the cost I was quoted from our regular vet. The girls at the front desk are absolutely lovely people. You can tell they really love and care about their clients! They even called a day later to check up on Blue. Thank you so much!

My experience at LESLIE Street animal hospital was great. My dog has been healing with no problems from being neutered.

My cat ate something bad this weekend and we were looking around for a clinic that was still open after 6pm. Called LSAH and informed them of the situation, they were transparent about the price and procedure and suggested we go see them right away. Even though it was past closing time, they stayed later to save my cats' life. I'm forever grateful and would highly recommend them as your go to vet. The staff are all so caring, friendly, and knowledgeable.

I cannot say much but appreciation with LEAH. They've been so helpful with my furbaby. He had a surgery and had a problem after 10 days. When I brought him back to the clinic, did not charge me anything except the medicine. Dr. Alex is the best yet for my furbaby. The staff? Awesome! Emergency is an emergency with them! They will accomodate you as long as they can. They respond almost 24 hours. Response are very quick. They are very considerate from the start til' he recovers. I would say, this is the best clinic so far. Best experience so far. Price wise? Yes! They are cheaper than other clinic. Quality CARE for pets! Thank you LEAH team! Happy furmom here.

I have zero complaints. They got us in on very short notice. Was a bit emergency based. Called on Friday. Seen us and did the procedure on the Monday. Friendly. Knowledgeable veryyyyy well priced! They even called a few times after to make sure our boy was recovering well. I will 100% be back again and will continue to suggest them to others. A huge high five for making these things affordable because the world has way to many animals not neutered or spayed simply due to the overwhelming costs.
