Been here a few times recently and everything is great. It’s quick, front desk staff is helpful and doctors are very knowledgeable.

Absolutely terrible. I went to the clinic with a terrible sore throat and had a feeling it was strep throat (after having Covid all week). After waiting an hour for the doctor and telling her I had tested positive for Covid earlier in the week, she quite literally said to me “you need to leave right now, I can’t talk to you”. I tried asking her what I should do if I need antibiotics for strep throat and the doctor wouldn’t even look at me and walked away. She opened the door and ordered me OUT of the office. I cannot believe the level of unprofessionalism from a doctor. Absolutely terrible. Now I need to figure out another way to receive Antibiotics for strep throat. Less than one star.

Went in today and had a positive experience overall. Dr. Khan did a very responsible diagnosis.

Came here for the first time today because I couldn’t get in with my doctor. I will be going back, hopefully not too soon lol, and taking my son in the future as well. Thank you so much for the great care! Appreciate everything.

My family doctor's office no longer does TB tests, and since I needed one for school I called Leslieville Medical. They called me back within 25 minutes and let me know they had a short wait that day so I could go in immediately. Upon arriving I waited maybe 30 minutes because of other patients that had scheduled appointments, much better than any wait I have experienced in any walk in clinic.

Dr. Cassam was very friendly, understood my needs right away. She even let me schedule the follow TB reading so that I didn't have to wait as a walk-ins when I came back. When I returned for the scheduled appointment I was seen almost immediately, I am very happy to say Dr. Cassam, even let me ask a second question because of an injury I had to my hand, many walk-in clinics would have made me book a second appointment.

If Dr. Cassam was accepting family practice patients I would consider switching from the family doctor I have had for over 20 years.

Would give 0 stars if I could. Horrible! How do these people fund jobs, not to mention that they are extremely rude. Never going back. Such a waste of tax payers money!

Very grateful for the experience I’ve had at this clinic so far. For the first time I was given asthma medicine which finally could help control and reduce my coughing in sleep and asthmatic symptoms in general. Huge thanks to Dr. Khan.

Clinic is clean and well taken care of. Reception was efficient and helpful. Dr. Cassam was wonderful, very kind, knowledgeable and didn't rush, let me ask all my questions. She is clearly someone who is working very hard to serve her community.

I also really appreciate that they are still requiring masks to be worn as this is a medical facility and they are dealing with all kinds of illnesses, including active cases of COVID-19. The rule is clearly signed in person and on their website and reception enforces the rule for those who didn't realize, which is helpful.

Clinic is also conveniently located for those in the East end and has tons of parking. I will definitely be back and recommend to others.

Was in and out super quick! Friendly service all around. I think it matters what time you go. I went first thing in the morning so it wasn’t very busy!

All I did was ask for clarification on why I was told over the phone that i could come in and when I did I was told that the Dr can't see me. How is that abusive? You didnt answer my question, not then, not now, ridiculously unprofessional! I hope the practice provides some sort of training to their receptionist on how to answer inquiries and how to handle situations when they do provide inaccurate information. Shouldve read the reviews before walking into that.

Called and asked if I could come in to see Dr. Jessam. The receptionist said I could and that she was available until 3pm. I came at 1: 17pm and was told she could not see me because she's doing family practice today. When I asked why I was told I could come in today, the receptionist went "I said she's working today, not that she can see you today" when in fact, she did not say that at all. She was rude and won't admit to the fact that she told me I could come in anytime before 3! How idiotic! At least have the decency to admit you made a mistake and apologize, how hard can that be!

The service was excellent. The doctor was very professional and polite. Went in with an ear infection and she prescribed the required antibiotics. The facility is very clean and the location is quite convenient.

The receptionist was quick to recieve me and down to business. After a 45 minute wait time, which felt fair considering the amount of people in the room, I was taken to the examination room. After a 15 minute wait, Dr. Sun lit up the room and quickly but thoroughly dealt with my problem. Every question and answer was with explanation. I felt very informed of what I could be experiencing. Thank you for taking care of me and I will surely come back if needed.

The receptionist was efficient, and the doctor was very helpful and nice. The wait time was pretty long, but understandable considering I was a walk-in patient.

Dr. Cassam is one of the best Doctors I have ever come across. We have been seeing her at the walk in clinic for 5 years. The receptionists have always been helpful and efficient. Dr. Cassam has always gone the extra step for our family and has caught things early so we were able to take appropriate measures to treat our children. Everyone should be so lucky to have been treated by the wonderful doctors and staff here. Nothing but positive experiences.

Dr. Sun was so professional and explained all the complicated biology behind different tests and conditions so clearly. Very good experience!

This medical centre is by far the best that I have visited in Toronto or the Niagara area. The receptionists are very welcoming and helpful. If there is going to be a wait time they will let you know. They are very understanding of the patients needs and accommodate where they can.
Both doctors that I have seen at this location are professional and actually listen to your concerns. You are not rushed or intimidated by time limits or medical concern events. The doctors at this medical centre value and treat each patient with respect.
If they were taking on new patients…I would not hesitate to become a regular patient of this centre.

I phoned ahead to make sure I could get my ear flushed and to ask if the clinic was busy. I was told to come in as there were only two people waiting. After waiting about 20 mins, the attending doctor told me I had the choice to 1) come back in one hour's time or so to join another patient who needed the same procedure (without being guaranteed I would be looked after if the waiting room was too busy) 2) come back another day 3) Bail out. She didn't even bother to look inside my ear. I picked #3 and I encourage potential future clients to do the same.
