Excellent, prompt, and professional service. We were able to book last minute, which made our packing very convenient. Just a few boxes are left to unpack!

It was June 15 2023 and we moved from Caledon to Jane and Eglinton in Toronto. Our two movers worked very efficiently and like crazy, wouldn't rest and only accepted water. Fantastic.

Very happy customer here! It was very fast. They called before they came like they said they would. They arrived in the time frame I was told. And they were done within about 4 hours. I was also very impressed with the fact they do local moves. I moved less than 2 km. Very few moving companies do that! They were very careful with my belongs (and I have a lot of antiques). Nothing broke or even got scratched! N Very very pleased and I will be keeping your name in my contact list for next time.

Moving can be super stressful but let’s get moving made it so easy for us. They came in and made the process so smooth & stress free. They are professional, friendly, courteous, helpful and very hardworking. All my things got to my new home safe. Thank you for making everything so easy!

Movers were okay, when working, but they constantly took personal phone calls, and it was evident they were looking to extend the amount of hours worked. For example, one trip from the truck to the house, one was carrying a single lamp and the other an empty box with their phone in their other hand. When I booked, I was also promised a TV-box but they never provided one, just wrapped it in tape. They also hit several walls when carrying furniture out. Often times, I would end up carrying the heavier items and I even had to take over for one of them when they went to pick up their phone and I grabbed the mattress and did the job myself. Could have saved myself a couple thousand and done the job myself.
They also tried charging me extra, even on top of the already-too-high amount, to get more money. Don’t recommend using this company, as when I made the customer service team aware, they never took action.

CUSTOMERS BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY! They will quote you a price and then work slowly to add onto that price, drive slowly to add on the moving time and charge you for items from packing that you did use.

I have moved to and from all over the world. I work in the property management industry and help clients organize moves all the time. I know what is involved and I know the costs.

For my personal move (part one), I had to move two walk in closets, 8 drawers from my dressers, 2 drawers of toiletries and one coat closet. I was quoted that the move would take four hours. They charged me for 8 hours. The items moved would have taken me an hour to pack. I am 53 years old and it would have taken me one hour to pack. Their two movers took 8. I originally asked for three movers but it was such a small move, I changed to two instead.

I asked to see my invoice before I paid the bill. The movers were trying to rush me and have me pay without seeing the invoice because they had to go. Once I looked at the invoice, I was blown away that it was more than double what they told me. They charged me for:
1.3 rolls of bubble wrap that the movers didn't use. They took this off the bill once confronted.
2.1 marker to write on the boxes for $2.50 that they never labelled. I know it's $2.50 but I could have offered them a marker.
3.charged me for large boxes, when only medium and small boxes were used. When correcting this, they ended up charging me for 10 medium boxes even 6/10 were small boxes once I went to unpack.
4. Four hours of travel time during my move. I know this route well. They drove extremely slow to extend the time.
5. Four hours to pack and unpack my clothes and shoes because the guys were working extremely slow to extend the time. I was helping them unpack at my final destination and he said that he would do it.not a chance.

I paid my bill and complained the next day to someone named Roger. The company's solution:

1. First they offered me a $300.00 refund, then a $700.00 refund, then an $800.00 refund if and only if, this review and my husband's review is removed first, no more reviews are put up and the matter was considered closed. I had to agree to do this is writing. I asked for the refund first before doing so and they declined and wished me well. I told them to keep their refund. I will make everyone aware of their scam.
2. They will fire on the newer worker from my move because he shouldn't have been there and perhaps that was why they were slow. I told them that was not my concern and if they chose that as a solution, it was up to them.

Their own workers said while they were adjusting my bill that customers complain about being ripped off all the time. I am not the only one.

This company ripped me off. I am a single mother and they charged me over $2000.00 for packing and moving clothes, shoes, purses and toiletries. They purposely worked slow to add to the price they quoted me. I was there the entire time. I saw. They tried to offer you a well deserved refund for inflating my quote by telling me to take down our reviews to get my refund. This is why they only have positive reviews on their website. I chose to decline the refund and post my review. I don't trust them. I don't trust getting my refund. I don't trust Roger; he is defensive and too eager to get our reviews off. I will post our reviews in as many places as I can on social media.

BEFORE CONSIDERING USING THIS COMPANY, check out the BBB website and understand they will pay people off for removing their negetive reviews. THEY RIP PEOPLE OFF. If you want to use a reputable mover, use AMJ CAMPBELL. They handled the first part of this move and I didn't use them because I thought the job was too small. AMJ CAMPBELL will be moving the furniture in my four bedroom home. I will NEVER use Let's Get Moving again and I suggest you do your research before considering them. They will gouge you and rip you off as they did me.

They helped us with our move! We had lots of big & heavy furniture which they moved very efficiently. Had a great experience and would recommend them to others!

The movers were fantastic - they were very professional, friendly and efficient, and I appreciate the care they took with my furniture. My move went very smoothly and they helped reduce a lot of stress.

The only downside is they wanted me to pay them about 30 min before they finished and they overestimated the time required to complete the move. They also overestimated the time it would take to get back to their office (I checked on maps after they left). As a result I ended up overpaying by 30 min which is not a small amount of money. I called and left a message to provide feedback but they never called me back. I would suggest double checking the time you've paid for before they leave.

This was my first time using a moving company and they were fantastic. I spoke with the coordinator on the phone regarding the plan and the discussion was very concise, informative and helpful. The movers themselves were very quick, efficient and friendly. I would absolutely recommend this company.

Twice in three years, Sam helped me make arrangements & then re-planning the shift without any extra charges. Have helpful suggestions too.

Our move was made so easy with Anish, Lovepreet, and Prabhjot! They were so careful with all our things, were constantly checking to make sure they knew where to put boxes, and we're extremely polite. The move was over so quickly because of their professionalism, and most importantly, I didn't feel any stress!

We had done enough research on this company and we did two moves. One from condo and then from storage room to the house. Teleki and his crew were very efficient, courteous and professional and hard working. Guys like Teleki makes this moving company looks good since we had very bad experience with movers before. Guys did an honest job. Moving is very stressful and those guys were very reliable, wrapped everything up, were very careful with our stuff. Company was easy to reach, they phoned us with all the details and conformations. Will definitely recommend to friends and come back if moving again.

This is the worst moving company I have ever used or heard of. Rip off artists! They try and steal your money. WARNING. NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY They tried to charge me $270 more than what they quoted. When I refused to pay the extra, they locked the truck and threatened to drive away with my things. The police had to be called and, after a two hour standoff, I ended up paying exactly what was agreed. They are all nice when they load the truck, but as soon as the truck is loaded and they have some leverage, they do whatever it takes to make you pay more than agreed. STAY AWAY! UPDATE: . Everyone considering using this company, they offered me $500 to take this review down. It became very clear toe that they pay for good reviews and pay to have a bad review taken down. Your better off hiring a couple chickens and a goat to move your things over these scoundrels

Amazing experience. Very detailed call and run through with the sales rep (Justin C) and the actual movers (Roban Singh & Manjodh Singh) were timely, efficient, careful, polite & professional. This whole process was seamless! The ONLY downside is that the move was about $200 more than the quote estimate that I initially had. That was the only surprise, but still very good! Will definitely use again if moving.

This company was professional, careful, kind and helpful. They picked up a piece of furniture I couldn't transport myself from a nearby town to mine then moved items internally in my 2 storey home from top to bottom and bottom to top. They were quick, careful with wrapping and would clarify with me when needed. The booking process was great and they we're available sooner rather than later. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends.

I had my move with Let's Get Moving last Friday. Everything went very smooth. The movers were very efficient, respectful, patient and attentive. They did a great job. Will definitely recommend Let's Get Moving to anyone looking for a moving company.

They still have my stuff in storage but these guys made something seemingly difficult seem so simple. I was out of town when the stuff needed to be moved, from a distance they took care to listen to all my instructions and documented the progress with pictures via text. It was really helpful.

Personable, professional and responsible. Definitely finished the move quicker than I expected. I had three movers and they worked cohesively, getting everything moved with no issues. Highly recommend and would use their services again.

I have never used a moving company before and I am glad that I did. It made everything a lot easier, the team were friendly and moved as quick as they could. We lived on the 3rd floor of a building without an elevator so they had to deal with a lot of stairs however the wrapped everything in blankets so that nothing became damaged.

We moved from Toronto to Hamilton. The team arrived in the booking window and got straight to work. They carefully took the time to wrap our mirrors, furniture and other delicate belongings. They were very quick and efficient. We will never move without movers again. It was such a great experience and we highly recommend them

I am giving the 5 stars for the two gentlemen who did the job. They were hard working, kind, considerate and skillful. We had some challenges with the narrow staircase but they worked all the problems out.
I wish the initial estimate was more reliable, though, since a very clear description was given about the space, content and needs. Still we payed considerably more than the estimate. It would have been better to have a more realistic plan.

Adul and Idris were fantastic. I was stressed about the move but it went off without a hitch. Highly recommend.

Called their customer service to get move quotes and the person was not patient and didnt know how to explain it. They said $129/hour max 3 hours and they charge for travel time to our location, then from that location to the moev location then back which makes zero sense. He also wouldn't tell me what the travel rate is, so for a 3 hour move it could cost hundreds and he couldn't tell me why. Makes zero sense.

Professional experience and great customer service from the first phone call. Ryan@csr is great. He knows his stuff. The movers dalvir and manpreet were amazing. Very professional. White glove service. Every item was wrapped and packaged with blankets, wraps, masking tape to ensure no damages. Runners thru the house. On time and punctual and reliable. No time wasted. The movers were fast, effective and took care of our things with utmost care. 3rd house move. Too bad didn't know about these guys during my first 2 moves. Will stick with let's get moving for all future moves

Our movers were awesome, very professional and took great care wrapping up our large items and bringing these into our new house. They laid out mats so not to dirty or damage floors. I would definitely recommend and use them again if we move.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! Our move turned to a horrible nightmare! Unbelievably long and expensive! From an average-size, four-bedroom house to a house 10 min drive up the street, took a hefty 19.5 hours and an exorbitant bill for $7,200! It took them 9 hours to just load, then another 8 hour to unload (2.5 h added as driving time for a distance of 21 km from and to their warehouse). They left after 3 AM (yes, 3 in the morning!) and they did NOT even finish! They left many boxes and heavy, disassembled items in the garage, for which we later had to hire two people to reassemble and move them to the right room.
The most disgusting and insulting part is here: Around 2 AM, Paul, the manager, ordered his movers to stop unloading till we pay. We were presented with a $7,200 bill for 19.5 h of work! We were shocked, expecting an apology and a fair make up for their frustrating, pathetically slow service. We spoke to Paul, who was obviously annoyed by being called that late of a Saturday night, and he admitted that 19.5 h was too long for a regular move, but he said he would not let his movers continue unloading till we pay in full, as a company policy. We argued that was not our fault that the move took that long and asked for a fair adjustment. He, sounded threatening, said: “Guys, time is ticking and you are paying us for every single minute of this argument, just raising your bill! ” He then referred us to their settlement team for claiming a compensation. Took us 10 days to receive our receipt and a breakdown. Their accountant was on holiday, they said. But READ THIS: You only have 15 days after your move date to submit your claim, so by this “accountant being on holiday” they kill the major part of the time you have! Beyond unprofessional!
The compensation claim was finally submitted within the timeframe and was supposed to be processed within 3-5 business days. Two weeks later, and no one has contacted us. The five-star, caring customer service you receive before your move ends when you pay! Extremely dissatisfied and unhappy. We feel being cheated, and will keep spreading the word.

We booked Let’s Get Moving for our move from Toronto to Burlington, and our movers (Simratpal, Divynak and Utkarash) were fantastic! I would definitely recommend this trio to my friends who are moving.

Tony Ng and Teleki moved us with great care and effort. They were friendly and lovely the entire time and helped us problem solve some tricky bits.we were unsure of. They packed and moved everything with diligence and pushed through a long move. We've never seen anyone with such a big smile run up stairs carrying multiple boxes!

Overall, Let's Get Moving was a solid and dependable experience. The marketing and communication was very persistent, and the move did take a bit longer than expected. But we would definitely use them again.

Shady business practices.
Booked a move with them for Nov 27. As per their terms I would be charged from the moment the movers leave their location to the time they reach the office upon return. I got the call that they were leaving at 9: 28 am and they finished unloading at 3: 00 pm. They said that they estimated that they should reach the office at 3: 45. I should have been charged for 6 hours and 15 mins, (the rate I had was $129/hr) it would come to $806.25. I also had put down a $100 deposit, so I should have paid $706.25.
However I paid $842.50 which means I was charged for 7 hours and 30 mins.
When I asked the customer service rep over the phone about the discrepancy they just gave me a claim form to file and did nothing to rectify the situation. I also requested an invoice but they don’t give one out when paying in cash, so I asked the rep to send me a summary of my charge. It has been more than 2 days and I received nothing.
Needless to say that I am utterly disappointed. I would give 0 stars if I could for their business practices and customer service. The actual moving crew that I was sent was super nice, they were very friendly and easy going and did a great job. It is as almost they are 2 different companies. The customer service/billing department and the actual moving crews.
I will also be filing a claim with Consumer Protection Ontario.

The movers Jovan, Roger and hector were very quick with the packing and moving. They didn't waste time. They also were extremely friendly and supportive during my move. I have an infant and toddler and they were understanding when it came to the mess. Thank you so much! I highly recommend them! They made me feel less stress about the move.

I was assigned Utkarsh Patel and Gagandeep Singh as my moving crew. They were friendly, on time and made sure to protect my stuff during the move. They disassembled and reassembled my bedroom furniture as well. Would definitely recommend this crew to anyone looking to move.

I want to absolutely give credit to DANIEL and MIKE who helped me with my move on Friday October 29. They were 100% professional, friendly, helpful and they moved quick and fast. I was tired from just watching them. The experience was so positive and the process was so smooth I have absolutely NOTHING but compliments for these two workers. I hope they will get credit for this move as they deserve it. I would be very shocked if I heard otherwise about them. And if I require your services again I will make sure to request the 2 of them and will refer others to your company but only with the assistance of Mike and Daniel. Avoid “Let’s Get Moving Canada"! Avoid being overcharged and taken advantage of! DO NOT GET DECEIVED BY THE GREAT REVIEWS AS WE DID! Read the negative reviews, and you will find out they pay hush money to unhappy reviewers to remove their feedback and sign a waiver not to reflect poor review about them. DISGUSTING!
We had an infuriating experience with this company, with a record-breaking move in duration and cost. Started 8: 30 in the morning and not even completed way after midnight when they left. They held hostage our most valuable belongings (which they intentionally load at the end of the truck) till we pay the crazy bill. Our two decent-size houses are 2.3 km apart and we already had majority of the items packed, labelled and ready to be loaded. The bill we received for this regular move equals the cost of my brother’s move from Toronto to Manitoba, including wrapping, dis/assembling and, of course, the long haul. They try their best to rock up hours and build up on your bill. Real scammers. JUST AVOID.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. We had hired Let's Get Moving back in April when we moved out of our condo into a temporary condo while our new house was getting renovated. We loved working with them the first time so figured we'd use them again. They were professional and both quick and efficient. Our move back in April took a total of 6 hours from point A to point B (loading and unloading the truck). This time it took them 6 HOURS just to move our stuff out of our condo. We had everything packed up are ready to go for them. We actually had less boxes and furniture than our last move when they moved everything into the condo. I had left the condo at 11 to run over to our house and most of the boxes and duffels were cleared out and already packed up in the truck, all that was left was our mattress, bedside tables, couch and coffee table. They didn’t show up to our house until almost 2: 30pm. One of the movers was great the other one was missing half the time. My husband actually walked down to the truck and he was just sitting in it for 30 minutes doing nothing. When I called the company to tell them they said they would follow up with the movers and get back to me. I never heard back and actually had to call again when the movers demanded we pay them when the truck was still half full and told us they refuse to finish unloading the truck until we pay as its company policy. When we used them back in April, we didn’t pay a single cent until they completely finished unloading the truck and were leaving. All the company did was deducted a whole $80 after arguing back and forth which is completely unacceptable. I rarely ever write negative reviews (feel free to check my account) but felt it was necessary and its mind boggling to me how it takes 6 hours to load up a truck when it previously took 6 hours to load up and unload the truck when we last used them. The company did not apologize once or seem to have any care.

My movers Sid & Hanad were both fantastic. Aside from just being over all extremely nice guys, they were very professional. Arrived exactly on time, wrapped up the delicate furniture, and did not waste any time.the move was quick and painless thanks to those two.

Raphael and kofi were excellent. They moved all of our belongings efficiently and with care. We had quite the route set up for them, with multiple stops along the way, and they handled everything very well. I’ll be using them for the future, hands down.

Disappointing customer service. The sales team is the only team that is responsive. Once they damage your property, the company is very unprofessional and don’t honour their insurance coverage.
We called months prior to the move to inform them of a product that was just over 200lbs, and they said it was fine, we don’t need to pay extra for it, they will still cover it under the insurance. However, after damaging it, now they are saying we owe them money because it’s over 200lbs. Ridiculous. And this is after spending $1300 moving from a tiny one floor apartment, of which there were only 28 items left to move.
They won’t let us speak directly to the settlement team to try to understand their logic either. Roger from complaints says one thing on the phone but then follows up with another in email.
Would NOT recommend.
