We’ve been going to level auto since they were located in the Kennedy and Danforth location. I’m not too sure if they’ve changed mechanics, but their service has gone down hill. I went in for an alignment and the steering wheel was off centre. When I went back to tell them about the issue (granted it was more than 24hrs) they told us that they couldn’t do anything, that we would need to pay again to realign (despite telling us to come in after we called them about the issue). Our most recent interaction was subpar making it difficult to consider this place further. Honestly, the owner is a nice person, but apart from that the service is not what it used to be.

Had my 18" and 19" tires mounted and road force balanced, on my Mercedes, NOT A SCRATCH ON THE RIMS! Amazing work, Also had an alignment done, car drives straight as an arrow These guys know what they are doing, very honest, nice to deal with, wont rip you off like some other places I went to. If I knew about this place before would off saved me $1,500 as the other place destroyed all 4 new tires trying to mount a reverse mount on the rims. I highly recommend this shop. MS

Replaced my hubby's muffler. When it sounded like the muffler hole had opened, they were willing to take another look, and if it was their repair, it would have been under their warranty. It happened to be another part of the muffler needing a repair. They fixed it fast and got him in asap to take a look.

These guys are absolute gems, honest hard working and really care about their customers. I would recommend this shop to anyone, saved me a lot of money when buying a used vehicle even from a dealership. Best in the buisness. I will be back for sure. Can’t thank you guys enough

Level auto is the most upfront and honest repair shop I've experienced. They are thurough in inspecting the car during an oil change, preventing the extreme frustration of your car breaking down on the side of the road

Clean comfortable atmosphere. Didn’t feel pressured for unnecessary services. Customer service was pleasant and efficient.
