I had no problem with this clinic actually it was pretty smooth I brought my 87 year old father it was a long wait time but ounce I entered the Doctor was very helpful and straight to the point.

I wish I could give no star but I'm left with no choice because of that I moved to another family doctor. I was her patient for so long and the front desk is worst old staff was ok but new are worst nyle today I am here to get transfer file waiting 4 hours still not got I called so many time requests them print my file to transfer I will come and i will pay fee then I will pick it up but over phone said no you will come it will not take long but thanks Allah today last day to go another worst experience they never understand patient time is valuable.naila or nyla is worst front desk I had experience 70% she is reason to go other family Doctor trust me if you go other family doctor you will see difference you will have less stress this clinic is going to have stress.my kids don't want to go to this clinic because rude waste of time my kids are university they said can't waste 4 5 hours and front desk behaviour seen there favourite person get threw fast. It's unfortunate that patients are treated like business opportunities. I had a terrible experience with the receptionist; she lacked empathy, which is the only quality needed for her job. And I have a strong feeling that many people miss out on meeting a potential good doctor because they received poor service from the reception staff.
Be empathetic and respect other people's time!

Got there before the clinic opened and there was a line up outside. Sign on the door states that the wait is 1 - 3 hours. There was only about 9 people ahead of me.no way it should take that long? The reason for the wait, I soon realized is because this doctor doesn't even show up until 10: 15! So all the sick people are waiting in the waiting room, spreading germs, because this doctor wants to just plough through the waiting list. Literally saw me and my son for two minutes. REFUSED to see my other son because his health card was expired.even though i told her i had mailed it all in.suggested i pay $60 for her to see him.

Dr Sikander is heartless. She completely traumatized my sister. As a pregnant woman, she was completely dismissed. Her feelings were hurt. She was blamed for something that she should never have been blamed for. This doctor should not have a practice. She is absolutely heartless. Don’t go to see her if you want to still have dignity. She robbed my sister of a happy and validated pregnancy.

Dr. Sikandar is the best, very professional, joyful and helpful personality. I have been visiting her clinic for the past 20 years, when I was single and used to go to her clinic from Etobicoke ; yes this is true that the waiting time is long but this is a sign of trust that the majority of patients have on her abilities and they don’t mind waiting because it’s worth it. I would highly recommend her.

My 2 year old son was DENIED care because his health card expired September 2022. Brought him early October 2022 and was simply told no we cannot see the doctor because of his health card. Was told by the rude receptionist bring him back when you have the new hc. Now mind you to get a new hc will take weeks especially with Covid back up. Was not given any options to pay out of pocket or to come back with the new expiry date and still be seen the same day. They only care about the money and not about the safety of their patient. I would avoid this clinic at all cost. Also according to Canada Health Act they cannnot deny essential care just for this reason. It is ILLEGAL. I will look into reporting this to service Canada and College of Physicians and Surgeons of Ontario

Thank you Dr. My 1 year daughter was very ill (Diarrea and Vomiting from 5 days), we went to emergency hospital and other Dr’s, but no improvement, luckily found this dr and dr checked very well and given the right medicine and my daughter was well after 1-2 days. However you need to wait for 1-3 hours, but that is worth when you go to good doctors

Unprofessional and disrespectful. My partner went to the clinic and the doctor told them that they were not a patient at the clinic and said “It is your first and last time that you’ll book an appointment here. ” We did not feel safe or welcome at the clinic. She was looking for a referral to a fertility clinic and the doctor stated she was too young to access those services (she’s in her mid 20s) and hinted that they do not have those services here in Canada. She called the receptionist to confirm that she is a family doctor patient at the clinic and the receptionist clarified that she is a family doctor patient. The doctor later called and said that there was miscommunication and the receptionist cannot see that information. The whole experience was traumatizing and horrible. I would not recommend going to this clinic.

Dr Shabana is the best doctor but staff
Is not good they don't pick up the phone specifically the lady named fareeba she is rude to everyone. This lady needs to be replaced by some friendly staff.

1st time I went and I was assessed I see the reviews that can be targeting front desk. However, in my case the front desk was polite very patient and quick to answer and welcome me.

Dr was so bzy and in hurry because of the huge traffic of patients. Specifically front desk lady was quite rude and didn't give the info properly specially when you are new comers and visted first time. She treated like a desi rude anty. Also dr wasn't listening properly.to be honest it was not a good experience to follow the same culture lady.

Dr. Shabana is the best doctor I ever met. I do respect her staff too. They always tried their best. I go all the way from Ajax to see her. I don't mind waiting, it's always worth God bless

Dr. Sikandar is best. But has for her staff that's another story all together, rude is too nice of a word. That's why I give 3 stars. Sorry Dr. You need to change your staff.

If you want to torture yourself, get insulted, wished to be treated like a detainee or desired for suffering from walking/talking greedy scumbags then Shabana Sikander and her staff would exceed your expectations and set the bar of cold-hearted behaviour, merciless attitude and atrocious malpractice so high that nobody can ever surpass. I refuse to put Dr in front of her name as she is disgrace to this profession. What a horrible place it is. It is every patient’s nightmare. The senior receptionist and (so claimed doctor) Shabana Sikandar were unexpectedly unsympathetic, unprofessional and dishonourably incompetent. I wish they ever realize that only people with sufferings show up at the clinic and would be willing to wait for hours but not at the cost of disparaging demeanour of hospitality and horrendous behaviour. But Shabana and her team are far too busy exploiting OHIP as an ATM without limit.

I can’t believe that I traveled over 50km to the West end to face worst healthcare experience. My family dr was away and I happened to be in Mississauga so I dared myself to walk into Levi Walk-In And Children Clinic. I was so frustrated that I had to walk out of that torture house within 10 minutes and refused to take any help. Shabana Sikandar staff members especially the older lady was so lazy, frustrated, discourteous, ill-mannered, offensive and vulgar so much so that I started questioning her training, background and even the basic professional standards/quorums upheld at the walkin clinic. While I was getting tormented by the senior receptionist, I saw Shabana Sikandar approaching the junior receptionist. They didn’t realize that I understand Urdu. I heard Shabana Sikandar talking in Urdu to one of her (less arrogant) receptionists (may be because she was young and still under training) that “aur kitnay log baqi hain kaheen unsay pehlay main na mer jaoon”. Translation would be that how many more people out there waiting as she might die before they die”. Wow, she was anticipating atrocities on her patients discreetly as long as their OHIP cards were swiped. Who cares if patient lives or die as long as $$$ quota is attained preferably without seeing those patients.

I wish there are civilly worse words than terrible/horrible/nightmare to reveal and envision that walk in clinic especially under the watch of Shabana Sikandar and her team. Ungrateful, unpleasant and undeserving morons. I am going to find out if CPSO and any other Canadian authorities have any check and balance for these crooks who somehow manipulated the system to open a money pit and constantly milking OHIP in the name of care. From receptionist to Shabana Sikander, everyone is inhumane, rude, arrogant, greedy, vicious, nasty, hideous, ruthless, hostile money grabber. These people should not just be disbarred but also held accountable for mistreating people and extorting OHIP. Not sure if CPSO is just focused on giving licenses to obnoxious people like Shabana based on passing the curriculum only or if there are benchmarks of evaluating them how do they treat people. If not then CPSO is partially responsible for these afflictions bestowed upon us from abhorrent practitioners like Shabana.

This is so unfortunate that some of the health practitioners don’t realize that their words, attitude and even the body language can heal or worsen patient’s confidence and condition. I completely understand that not all of our days are equal but it is imperative to realize that the prerequisite of this line of work demands benevolence, requires patience and expects compassion beyond the horizon of personal mood swings. I left that horror house by choosing not to get any help. I am pledging to Canadian authorities to evaluate these people as they are parasites who are ripping of the system monetarily, ethically, callously and inhumanely in the name of treatment, empathy and professionalism. Shame on these disgusted people who are disgraced and pitiful. Shame.

Dr. Sikander is awesome, but the wait times are almost 4 hrs (every single time, with, or without an appointment). And the front staff, well, lets just say they are not as awesome Dr. Sikander.then, they are so busy, you are lucky to get even 3 whole minutes with her.

Ridiculous Management and 2-3 hours of wait time every time I go in. They don’t keep track of patient’s numbers and always forget to call you in. When my number finally came and I went in, they asked me to go back outside and said they will call me back in 2 mins and made me wait another hour. I cancelled my work meetings for my appointment and had to go through this kind of experience. They will tell you it’s gonna take 10-15 minutes and it will end up taking 2-3 hours just to see the doctor. Atleast be honest to the patient about the wait time so they don’t end up wasting their entire day. They need to hire more doctors and fix their management.

Really bad experience. I was in a lot of pain, the secretary at the front desk didn't even let me speak when I went up to her just told me to go and sit down. Wait time is too long. Overall really poor service.

So here's the deal: you will wait long times to speak with Dr. Sikander BUT you'll have the best advice. Recently I waited an hour and a half (with an appointment,) but neither the assistant nor Dr Sikander missed a beat during my visit.
So if you're patient and can wait, go here, otherwise don't. You'll never be taken in on the time of your appointment. There are always a lot of people there, clinic is always busy.
I've been going here for more than a decade, but I'm a pretty patient person and I know that the advice will be what I need for my health.
Personally, I've never been mistreated both with Dr or reception, thus I would recommend.

Worst Clinic ever. The reception staff has no idea what ethics or respecting patients mean. Totally pathetic and lack of professionalism. Even in Corona times its fully packed and the reception is not even trying to control the crowd. I Might report to Ministry after making video as evidence

Dr. Shabana Sikander is the absolute worst doctor I’ve ever encountered. She is rude and uneducated on common problems. If you’re looking for a prescription or to be treated with a problem, she will not prescribe you it. I needed an antibiotic (which I have used previously) for an infection, and she refused to give it to me.

There was a time I had a severe hair fall problem. Antibiotics did not work for me. I visited to Ms. Shabina’s clinic. Under her very accurate guidance, I started taking homeopathic medicines. Within few months I could notice a drastic change in my hair growth so positively. I would really recommend her for any health issues as I have heard directly from the people that she is helping to cure major health problems with her proficiency and very kind-positive nature. Thank you so much Ms. Shabina for your great help.

Dr Shabana is wonderful doctor ever as I am newly mother here and I don’t have any family doctor for my newborn 3 days old girl baby but when I went for walk in clinic and I explained all my situation to doctor Shabana she treated me in very respectfully manner and she booked us for her family patient and told receptionist who were not agreed to registered us because of lot of patients but doctor told them for registration and then they agreed. I sm very very thankful to doctor Shabana for her kindness I really appreciated her from core of mah heart because she stand with us in that time when nobody was ready for us. I've rated 5 stars because Dr Sikandar has been the best medical professional for helping resolve severe migraine attacks. She went back to basics and ran a blood test and that made all the difference. If you want to be medication free again, then speak with her. She has a LOT of patients and high wait times, but she's worth it. The waiting room is usually overcrowded, mildly dirty and some insects, but the clinic is doing the best they can. The receptionist is very helpful if you are polite and respectful. Do not get aggressive with her, she is not at fault for the long wait times. It's a walk in clinic for a reason. Also FYI the doctor does not come in till an hour after the clinic opens. That first hour is for the admin staff solely.

Worst front staff/receptionist, Rude, not professional at all and They never answer their phone. What is the point on having them. Better to just purchase an online appointment software and cut their cost.

why are they working when they dont know even basics.not sure what happened in their life to be so grumpy. DEF need some basic language and customer service skills. Wait times are horrific.the front desk bangs the phone after every call.you ask them for anything they almost scream back.the office is in a run down condition.bathroom is disgusting.everything about his place is awful but the Doctor herself.

Dr Sikander is amazing and that is only why we come here.she treats you well also talks in a very professional yet friendly manner.

very impressed with the exceptional take care and diagnosing skills of Dr. Sikander, I recommend this clinic if somebody is having problem and not able to get that diagnosed, so pay visit and see Dr. Sikander She is very thorough and knowledgeable and quick in understanding the ailments, besides this she share the roadmap as what she is understanding and how this ailment will be plugged. I really appreciate doctor approach as I see in Brampton mostly doctor doesn't share any finding and roadmap to plug the ailment with the patient. Dr. Sikander keep this attitude up and running. Wait time is absolutely brutal 2 3 + hours. The wait rooms are DISGUSTING with cracks in the wall, nothing looks like it has been cleaned in a VERY long time. The equipment is broken and super old. The secretaries are so very unorganized. Their washroom, the toilet doesn't flush. Ive never ever seen such a terrible doc office. Making a complaint to the health board

I live in Oakville and still make the 30 min drive to Dr. Shabana's clinic to get my mother examined and checked every year. She is a top class physician who puts her patients first. She is empathetic in the way she deals with my mother and always makes sure that she gets the best care possible, even if its means going the extra mile in facilitating her overall well being. Our family is grateful to the entire staff of levi clinic for their 5-star service.

Not only is she kind, Intelligent, and amazing Doctor, but she spends so much time with all of her patients to make certain she understands the situation and does whatever it takes to make sure she gives you the very best care! Dr. Shabana Sikander use to be a good doctor, she was my family doctor for many many years. Now she is just like her stuff, RUDE, no manners and doesn't even take a second to speak with you. Horrible horrible service. Worst of all is that receptionist, not sure what happened in her life to be so frustrated all the time, always lying to your face. Alot of patients have asked her to be removed in the past as well but dr. Sikander doesn't take it seriously.
Please save your time and not go there, it's not worth getting treated that way.

The Dr prescribe excessive tests and insists on using her choice if labs

Dr. Sikandar is one of the fewest doctors in Canada who knows actually what she's doing; she helped me with so many things which shows how knowledgeable she is! Her staff is very patient and respectful. People are being rude because of the large time waiting, which suppose to show everyone who knowledgeable she is and appreciate her work.

Horrible place. Takes forever to get your prescription refills. I got here right when they open the door at 9 am and currently still waiting to get my prescription, it's 11: 28 am now. It's been 2.5 hours to get a prescription refill. NEVER COME HERE. Very slow and very disorganized.

Dr shabana has one problem over confidence. She thinks she is the only doctor is Canada who know exactly what's wrong with the patient. Better bring food and snack for urself and kids cus wait time is 2-3 hrs. I m Done with her.

Guaranteed start wait of at least 1 hour if you come at the beginning of the day. Doors open at 9 AM, but the doctor doesn't arrive until 10 AM. You have to take a number, and if you miss your turn, you have to take another number. No online updates. Archaic system. God help you if you miss your number, because you will be chastised in front of everyone. Absolutely horrible front desk. Great doctor, just sick of waiting anywhere between 1.5 to 3 hours to see her. Stupid wait system that doesn't respect their patient's time. Treat your patients with more dignity. Shame on you.

The lady at the reception is so rude and so is the doctor, and the doctor doesn't seem like experienced. We waited for 2 hours with a 13 month old crying out of frustration and the doctor was so indifferent and didn't care about the baby.

Being a desi female Dr most of the desi women visit her office that’s why she is busy and earning a lot of money some time she is charging extra money from poor patients,
