Ordered a printer from the Lexmark Canada site. We needed it urgently. Five days after I placed the order it had not been shipped. Emailed customer support and was told it had been shipped the day I had ordered it which seemed odd as I ordered at 10 pm. Order still said processing on the Lexmark site. Asked for a tracking number and got no reply. Order then changed to completed in the website but no tracking number. A week later I get a call from an unknown number saying that the order was cancelled due to a system processing error and I could place the order again over the phone at that time. No apology, no awareness of my earlier emails. Also told that my credit card had been refunded which it has not been.
I had made it very very clear I had to have the printer last week and if I was not going to get it I would make other arrangements.
Now I have to order a different printer and chase after the refund.

Horrible printer and costumer service. The printer has never worked properly since we got it 3-4 months ago, and now im wasting all my time with the worst costumer service. I think I've spent a good 10 hours on the phone with them.
