The service department is just a straight-up joke. Some background that I do wrench my car and read the manual for the correct 80w90 differential oil with right API-GL5 certification, yet the service advisor called it additive after consulting master mechanics. Ok, I sign a waiver no problem.
Here comes the most ridiculous part, I was unable to remove the drain plug and strip it a bit due to inproper tool, Lexus Oakville advised me to replace the ENTIRE DIFFERENTIAL UNIT, yet the neighbor European Automotive did it with no problem, even the bolt was re-used.

Keep in mind the amount they charged, yet they cant even take a slightly rounded bolt, forced upselling items by calling my own gear oil additives only. Food for thoughts if you are expecting any professionism from their service department.

Yeah, cuz one bolt is rounded and need more efforts and specialized tool to remove, it warrants entire differential box replacement, logical right?

Very recently purchased a vehicle at Lexus of Oakville and the experience was a very good one right from the start to the finish. Marina did a terrific job and was very professional and courteous throughout the process. Sean too was very helpful going over the details and components of the vehicle. Everyone I encountered at this dealership were courteous, professional and certainly were not "pushy".

My experience with Lexus Oakville was very satisfactory. Fiona Song was great to work, she helped me a lot with all details to finding the perfect vehicle and coordinated very hard to get the financial approval in a shot time. If you want to get a Lexus, go to see Fiona!

Update 2 after receiving response on Update 1.

We have Note 20 Utlra 5G & S22, which were tested in presence of Mr Sean. Both phones are top of the line from Samsung. While testing the Bluetooth issues in presence of Mr. Sean, it was concluded that the intermittent issue is with Lexus NX 350h. Somehow, Manager or authority of Lexus of Oakville is not willing to help to resolve the issue or to report to Lexus/Toyota Company.

Update after using Lexus NX 350h for 1~2 months.

We have been an issue with Bluetooth connection especially with Bluetooth audio. The vehicle looses the Bluetooth connection with phone intermittently roughly 1 in 3~5 times.

Lexus NX 350h has been upgraded for both interior and exterior. Hence, it is understood that some issues might caught later. However, service at this place could neither resolve the issue nor report to Lexus/Toyota company. Rather, they blamed on my phone which I have been using daily at work connecting with Bluetooth headset and have been using with previous car and other rental cars.

I would recommend getting another car model but Lexus NX 350h as there is no support/service after sale.

Blair Diamond at Lexus Oakville is your guy if you are thinking about cars. He has vast experience and in depth knowledge about cars. He has helped us to choose our Lexus and turned out - OMG This is the car, Our Dream Car with all features and luxury that we ever wanted.

We ordered blindly Lexus NX 350h as Car was not available to see or test drive due to covid & supply chain. We knew everything is upgraded interior as well as exterior. And, we amazed to see the upgrades when Car actually arrived & delivered. Sean walked us through the features on delivery. It was approximately 1hr. He was good.

Blair is the most knowledgeable sales person I have ever met at Car Dealership. He is professional, patient and humble. He had answered all our endless questions be over the phone or email. He is available when needed. During covid time also, he had estimated the delivery date and Car did arrive on time may be couple of days earlier but not later.

Their hospitality is top notch. You are being greeted with a smile everywhere at this Dealership. You get the feeling of "welcome".

We would also like to thank John Hartford who helped us in financial matters of purchase. He also helped us choose good options.

Both Blair & John were really good (and never pushy) in recommendations. They are always in sync even though in different departments, which really helped us. We talked with one and other person responded working on it. So always our things were done on timely manner.

On 26th of April 2022 I was trying to book an appointment for oil change and I have been told that the next available appointment is on May 17th 2022. I was very disappointed with the service Lexus of Oakville is providing. Other Lexus dealerships book service appointment quickly.

I purchased 2022 ES 300h from Fiona Song in Nov last year and picked it up today. During the waiting time, she kept tracking on the production status and gave me latest updates almost every week. She also kept answering me all kinds of questions regarding to this vehicle patiently and professionally. I would highly recommend Fiona Song if you would like to purchase a Lexus!

The days of high pressure car salesman are over. And I think that’s why a lot of people find shopping for a car to be stressful. My experience at Lexus of Oakville was the complete opposite
I had a very positive experience dealing with Chen and his team at Lexus of Oakville. I wasn’t sure which car I wanted or which car would suit me best. It was a real bonus that I was dealing with someone who knew his product very well and could guide me without pressure.
Not Only did he know the Lexus product which is a given, but knew the competing products very well and could answer all my questions.
I ended up with the Lexus NX 350. Part of my experience was made even more comfortable with a beautiful lounge and cappuccinos available during a long day of test driving 4+ cars and comparing stats. The entire time I felt I could safely make a decision based on experts that I was dealing with at Lexus of Oakville.
