This is the second day for for the service of my car I came to this show room. The service I received from Mr Sean Guyadeen, Assistant Service Manager is awesome. He help me in every step and made my day easy. Mr. Sean is a well versed gentleman who knows how to handle a customer without giving any hassle. I wish him all the best.

Today on 10th October 2023 I received my car from service and winter tires change. The service Mr. Sean gave him is unbelievable. I have never got such professional service for a long long time. I wish him the best in his career. I will recommend my friends and family to him and him only.

If you don’t want to sell a car, DONT BE A SALESMAN!

My experience at this dealership was far from satisfactory. The salesperson I encountered was highly unhelpful and displayed unprofessional behavior throughout our interaction. To begin with, they neglected to move the car to a more convenient location for me to check, I was standing in the bushes! When I asked for the keys to start the car, he didn’t give me the keys and he reached inside the car and told me to push start button and took the keys! If you don’t trust me, I won’t be trusting you!

Furthermore, when discussing numbers, they completely disregarded the figures I suggested to calculate the monthly payments. Very unprofessional…

Long time customer who's confused as to why it takes all day to install rimmed snow tires and do regular maintenance. I made the appt weeks ago; I'm the first service customer of the day at 7: 30 am and yet, I'm still waiting for my car 90 minutes after it was supposed to be ready. This isn't the first time, it's Every Time I bring my SUV in for service.

I don't get it: the staff I deal with are professional and apologetic, the work is done to my satisfaction - but it's beyond frustrating to be told my car will be ready and to still be waiting as staff members are leaving for the day. Am I relegated to a lower priority because I have a rental car while my car is in service?

You can do better. Tell me - accurately - when my car will be ready and I will come and pick it up. If I can show up on time for my appt, then you should be able to meet your service time commitments.

I am a Lexus fan, but especially this location.

They really know how to treat customers well and how to deal with the multiple requests they receive from me.

They work hard to ensure their customers are satisfied as well. Their service staff are both excellent and offer terrific advice, and are happy to share it.

I had a great experience at Lexus of Richmond Hill. We bought a NX 300 and the sales specialist Amar Verma was extremely pleasant and I have to say he made the whole process very smooth. We have purchased many vehicles at different dealers in the last 20 years and Amar is without a doubt the nicest we have dealt with, a true class act. I would definitely recommend him to anyone who's looking to purchase a Lexus.

I went to the Richmond Hill location over the weekend clueless about where to even begin and Praveenth assisted me in purchasing a IS 300. He is extremely patient, knowledgeable and professional. He helped me with a really good deal and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience. The process was effortless and super fast! Zaven assisted and expedited the whole finance process and was very thorough explaining all of the details. I couldn’t be more happy with my purchase! Definitely recommend Praveenth! He is the best!

I met with Kumar regarding the purchase of my newly owned RX350, not only was he extremely polite and respectful, he didn't waste my time on matters I wasn't interested in. The deal was sealed and he continues to take phone calls from me regarding simple things. I purchased this vehicle on the 26th October 2020 and didn't get a chance to rate his service. This man is awesome and passionate about his job and career.

Scheduled an appointment to see a specific vehicle days in advance, of which it was confirmed that it would be available and ready to see. After driving from Waterloo to Richmond Hill to see it (An hour and a half drive on good days) I was informed right then and there that the vehicle was not in fact available to view, and that it was still in the 'body shop'.

At no point did anyone at the dealership reach out to me to let me know that the vehicle was not ready to view. They had my phone number, Email address, and could have texted me in the days leading up to, and even the day of the scheduled appointment. Again, they claimed and confirmed it was ready to view and test drive, and didn't inform me otherwise until I was actually at the dealership sitting in front of them.

That said, the staff were apologetic and nice enough, but I have a really good hunch that I was lied to to save face (They claimed that the vehicle was sent to the body shop that morning, of which I arrived at 10AM.somewhat unbelievable). Make sure to call in advance and tell them to personally check that the vehicle you're interested in is actually ready to be seen before arriving. They obviously have no process for this otherwise, and clearly will not check on their own accord.

EDIT - I did reach out to the Email address given in the response below, but after a few weeks I've yet to receive any reply. They clearly will not get back to you.

I have shifted the review from 2-stars to 1-star, because I just discovered that the vehicle I was looking to purchase had been sold to someone else, after a month of inquiring and being strung along, and only finding out by reaching out to the dealership myself once again. At the end of the day, I am just upset that I was continually lied to and strung along for seemingly no gain by this dealership. If the car I'm looking at isn't available, or someone else has already purchased it, just please let me and future customers know. We won't be mad, promise! I guess I'm back to square one.

Professional and courteous service starting from maintenance scheduling to the time of handing over your keys. Lexus provided Uber service with no cost to me and kept me informed with the progress of maintenance.

Excellent experience!
The Service Specialist Mr. Anthony was very helpful in helping me to understand all issues concerned regarding my NX300. He showed patience and politely in answering questions.
My car service was completed on time and Anthony arranged a free Uber ride for me to pickup my NX300.
I am very happy with Anthony, being knowledable and patience with customers and most of all, he was very helpful!

There are stock of certified past years cars displaying in the front parking at this clear out season like many other dealership. It provides the public in need with a wide spectrum of choices. By Nov, it may be the better time to check out new 2022 genuine Lexus models. Would get by then.

Reception greet the guests right away with a warm welcome. I came during a special event with promo on demo and new vehicle. Was able to test drive an IS300 without any accompany due to covid.

The showroom is clean and well organized. No more coffee or cookie but was given a bottle of water.

They do their best to offer best pricing but don’t have what I was looking for. I do feel a bit pressured to purchase but they didn’t do anything crazy (eg Detain your credit card/ driver license).

I have been to Lexus service department for 3-4 times. My experience is sometimes good sometimes bad. They are not too organized and didn’t return my call or email a couple times. They do offer free basic car wash and it was done ok. Not exceptionally well but not poor either. There was one time that I needed a loner car and they offer free rental.

Overall I’ll still recommend this dealership.

He was able to get me great deals with great prices for everything that I wanted in my new NX300H. After being HIGHLY indecisive, I have finally joined the Lexus family. My salesperson was Joshua- who was nothing short of amazing from start to finish. He was extremely versed on not only the product, but also how well the product would meet/suit my needs. I am now sitting in my 2021 IS300 F Sport 2 with Red guts and I can truthfully say that this is my favourite vehicle purchase to date. It suits me. It feels right. It feels luxurious. Most importantly this investment feels SMART! Thank you for an amazing experience Joshua- especially all the little details that made everything feel personable. If there were a 10 stars option, I would rate the service at that level! Excellent service from my salesperson Joshua and manager Anthony. The shop was very busy and the parking lot is very full on the day we went. When I drive around the whole parking lot and couldn't find a space, Joshua showed me where to park while he was waiting for his client. When I went in the shop, Joshua's client was no show while all other salespersons were with customers. I felt really lucky to have Joshua as my salesman as he is professional, knowledgeable on the cars he is selling, details-oriented and always can make suggestion based on our needs.
The price was not what we wanted and expected, but we were all willing to pay because of his top-notch service. Overall, the price is fairly in the market price and the prices are transparent to all customers.

This is my second purchase from Kumar. He was great the first time so I made sure that I dealt with him the second time. Everything was done so seamlessly. Ken was great as the business manager. I cannot say enough about Kumar because, he makes you feel comfortable and he follows through. Of course the car is amazing. It's my third one and I can't imagine driving anything else.
