It was great experience working with there team on the closing of our house. We called numerous times and anyone who picks the call always have the update about the file. Which feels great and the team seems full knowledgeable.

What an amazing experience! The team is thorough, fast, informative, efficient and so much more. Their services are also VERY competitively priced! I was able to get everything done over the phone or online, which was super convenient. When an issue arose with closing of the house I sold, the team (I dealt with Lianne and Li) explained everything to me and acted quickly to provide a resolution. They also answered all of my questions whenever I had any (lots of prompt and polite email responses to my inquiries). I'm very thankful to this team for a smooth closing and look forward to working with them again for my purchase closing in a few months!

We’ve had the opportunity to work with George Street Law/ Li Cheng & Team for a couple of transactions and we can’t recommend them enough! Their team's responsiveness to my emails, calls and pursuit to ensure my understanding of the processes required to close on my home was phenomenal. Especially, being a first-time homebuyer, I had felt more at ease, as they guided me through each step with great clarity and the ease of communication alleviated unnecessary stress.
I originally was recommended to a different firm in the area, and
had trouble simply inquiring about services and processes with lack of responsiveness to return calls. Li Cheng's Team was always clear, able to return calls and emails, the difference was night and day.
Li Cheng during our signing process ensured we understood what we were signing and made it felt we were not rushed to sign our documents, while stopping frequently to ask always if we had any concerns. This was a very straight-forward experience while also being helpful with great tips.
