I’m also a medical professional, and am pleased to see that the hygienists and dentist are all still in N95 masks and there are HEPA filters in every room. They clearly take the safety and health of their patients and their staff seriously, unlike other healthcare practices which have done away with safety precautions. Highly recommend.

I have been a patient of this practice for more than two years now. This is the only practice that I feel safe and not pressured into expensive treatments. Scare tactics are not used and the dentist is extremely patient and caring. He listens genuinely and does not rush. The hygienists are awesome and pleasant. The receptionists are kind and understanding. This dental healthcare provider seems to encompass all the good ethical behaviour of the past and is carrying it to the future.

I have been a client of Dr. Li's dental practice for close to 20 years. During this period of time, I have always found him to be very professional and knowledgeable, in his dealings with me. He and his support team are very well organized and customer oriented. It continues to be a pleasure to refer to him as my dentist.

He keeps up with the latest technology and has even started doing crowns in house so you don't have to go to a specialist. The team at Li Family Dental is always great as well. Dental health has always been very important to me, but going to the dentist isn't something I've always enjoyed.

When moving to Toronto in 2007, I was was reluctant to try someone new.but i'm very glad that I did.

"Dr. Chris" and his team have always been extremely professional and accommodating. My routine of choice is hand-tools only + I hold the suction. My level of comfort and coverage has increased over the years, so I have been enjoying 3 visits a year. My teeth have never looked better!

At this point my entire family are patients at the office. My little girls love going to the dentist which was very unexpected, but amazing.

What more could you want - Great staff, free parking, close to major highways and an office that looks like a showroom. You're not going to find a better dental experience anywhere else.

I have been going to Dr. Li my entire adulthood. He's a great dentist. Professional, proactive, compassionate, and understanding. Most importantly, he knows what he's doing and does an excellent job. Dr. Li explains everything that's happening in advance so there are no surprises, and he mitigates the pain appropriately. The hygienists are much the same. Professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. They are thorough in their cleaning. The facility is bright, clean, and contemporary, with a free parking lot. If you care about your dental health and the aesthetics of a great smile, I recommend Dr. Li for you and your family's needs.

Dr. Li has been our dentist for over fifteen years now. He is a relatively young but very mature and dedicated professional.
He is knowledgeable, concientious and very friendly; and we have always felt our dental care has been in very good hands all these years, and have no intentions to change that.
Likewise, I can say his staff has been impeccable in their work and in their conduct.

Evrryone is very nice and professional in their dealings with patients. From time of your appointment to time you are seen is very short. Dr Li is patient and always explains what he is going to do before he begins. He is an excellent dentist I would recommend him to my friends.

I always look forward to visiting the dentist which says a lot about how wonderful my appointments have been. If I could, I would get my teeth cleaned once a month.

I've moved around a lot and this is by far the best dentist office I've experienced. Every staff member is killing it in customer service, and the medical professionals have a terrific way of making you feel comfortable.

I think Dr. Li is fantastic and i have complete confidence in him professionally. But he is also very approachable and seems genuinely interested in his patients (I speak on behalf of all 5 of my family that deal with him). His staff is also great - fun to deal with yet efficient. I can't think of a single issue - except I wish his practice was in North York where I live.
