I just spoke to Nick Wong about my insurance renewal. Originally, the price has increased by more than 23% compared with last year, although I am not surprised. He is very friendly, knowledgeable and willing to help me improve the product to meet my requirements.
He called me 3 times to discuss my renewal.
As a result, I got a cheaper price by cutting some unnecessary options. And add options that were missed by the previous proxy. Without him, I would switch insurance companies!
To be clear, 5 stars is give him.
