Liberty! Bicycles

My bike chain broke on my way home from work. A quick phone call to liberty and within just a couple short hours they had the broken parts replaced & my bike fully functional and ready to ride again. Awesome place, awesome experience. Thanks liberty!

This is a great bike shop, however the stuff can be a little bit expensive. The employees were very helpful!

Garbage service this shop is not worth your time, lots to sell but an arrogant shop. I wouldn't recommend it for my kids bike nevermind anything of value.

Can't praise these guys enough. Discovered a flat while at the start line of the Big Move Cancer Ride. Went over to Liberty tent. Within five minutes, tire was off, new inner tube in and I was on my way in time to join the starting pack. Thank you! Thank you! Thank you. I have a new favourite bike shop.

I had my bike serviced here, it was picked up and dropped off for me. It was fast and efficient service and very appreciated. I will be retuning in the future for any servicing I need. -Geurt VandenDool

First things first. This review will get red flagged for saying the truth about my experience. (So.you might not even see it). The main person on the floor basically told me to give up on my bike and buy a new one from them. I told him i was poor and waiting to start working again to upgrade my bike situation. He expressed very little interest in helping me just get some prices on things on that i will need to keep riding my mountain bike (for now). I will not go back there again. It was a very intimidating experience with the staff who seemed like I was a stranger walking in to a very expensively priced place of business.thumbs down.

Professionalism at it's best, those guys will go more the en extra mile to make a client happy.

Recently picked up this sweet Rockhopper Sport from the guys at Liberty. The whole experience was really good. Stephen went through each model with me thoroughly to make sure the bike I bought would be perfectly suited to my needs. Their pricing is very fair as well. I highly recommend checking out Liberty for any of your bicycle needs.

Amazing bike shop for road, gravel, mountain, cruisers or E biking. They have a great selection for all riders and all the gear to go along with it. Always professional and very knowledgeable. They also offer a great bike fit service to get you dialed in. Cant recommend enough.

Great service and awesome staff! Always helpful. Love you guys, just need to get better presta adapters, the brass ones are perfect. These just don't work with air compressors. My only criticism so far and very minor It's a $3 part. But sometimes crucial

10/10 service. Was looking for some small specific parts for a bike I'm building and the on shift mechanic was more than helpful. Finding the items for me and answering all of my questions.

We moved to this area this summer (2022) and needed someone to service our Gazelle ebikes. After some searching we found that Liberty could do the service. We took both our bikes in by appointment and they were done promptly and professionally. I recommend them. A thank you to the staff and owner of Liberty. We will be back for our cycling needs.
