I had 5 sessions of the picosure laser tattoo removal. My tattoo has not lighten even one shade. It is exactly the same. When i raised concerns, they said “it will lighten after the next session for sure”. 5 sessions completed. No change. A complete waste of money. Would not recommend.

They are by far the best place to get laser hair removal done. The staff is amazing and they are absolutely excellent at what they do. Highly recommend.

10/10. Location is super convenient for those in Liberty Village and King West. Service is 10/10. Ella did a consultation with me first to ensure all my questions were answered and I was a good candidate for laser hair removal. I knew I was in good hands the entire time.

Ella is a highly thorough and skilled practitioner. When I went in for my first session of laser hair removal she was very friendly and transparent about the process and the number of sessions involved. I have very stubborn underarm hair and I had great results after just one session. I completed the recommended cycle of six sessions and will likely continue to go back for touch ups a couple times a year. While it’s important to understand that results are very rarely entirely permanent, I have had lasting success from this process. My hair growth has been dramatically reduced and doesn’t grow at all for several months. Moreover, the rates at this clinic are very reasonable making their services all the more worthwhile when compared with the cost of other hair removal services.
Super efficient and straight forward clinic. Ella is adamant about her scheduling and punctuality as well. Can’t recommend her services enough!

I just had my first session at Liberty Laser Clinic and it was a great experience. The staff are friendly, thorough and quick (I had my consultation and first session in under an hour). The treatment itself did not hurt at all and I am hopeful for successful results.

Ella doesn't know what shes doing and I left with serious burns all over my chin.

During the service she assured me that it was completely safe, and she seemed knowledgeable. However immediately after the procedure (which in itself was a painful experience) my chin burned and began to blister. Everyday after the procedure, I contacted her telling her that my burns weren't normal. She did no patch test, and until I showed her pictures, she still argued that she had everything on the right setting so I couldn't be burned. She gave me a refund as I have first and second degree burns on my face and chin now.

Please avoid this place. If you do, please at least ask to see her certification. I still have yet to find any evidence. I've attached pictures to this review.

I've been coming in for laser hair removal on my face and have been getting treated by Ella. I have darker skin and thicker hair and was pleasantly surprised to see results after my first session! I've now had two appointments and I am absolutely loving the experience. Ella is so kind and professional, the clinic is clean and welcoming and the machine used does not hurt AT ALL. I was not expecting to see results so soon but I am honestly so happy with the results and the service! I cannot wait to continue the treatment!

I was visibly taken aback when I arrived for my first and last appointment here. The centre is apparently unmarked/in the back of a hair salon and just generally felt like an afterthought of a set up. The room I was in was visibly dirty from where I was sitting and at this point I'm trying to remember what, if any short notice cancelation policy they have. Given that there were 3 technicians just hanging out in a maybe 150ftsq space one would hope that the space would be particularly clean especially during Covid. There was no "here's how to prepare for your upcoming appointment" type email and infact the communication the day before was really sloppy and unprofessional on their part. As my technician was getting ready she applied her glove then came in and out of the room, touching the door knobs each time- yes, I should have just left. While the abnormal affect on my arm afterwards can't be traced back to anything in particular (according to other professionals) it was the final straw for me to book elsewhere. Aside from the initial email correspondence there was nothing professional about my experience with Libery Laser.

Great experience at Liberty laser Clinic. Currently doing the laser body sculpting treatment and it's been awesome so far. Ella is very knowledgeable, patient and friendly, I've already noticed results as my obliques appear slimmer in just 2 sessions. I would definitely recommend Ella if you are looking to get this treatment as well.

I have had such amazing success with laser hair removal on my face. I had thick stubborn hair that I was plucking constantly and now have virtually none in the treated area. I would 100% recommend Jen and Ella; they offered great value, have an amazing laser (which they own - not rent - very important!) and are knowledgeable. I felt safe and the studio is very clean. She’s really friendly, and super informative on what to expect, she made me feel so comfortable and was very patient as I was nervous for my first treatment. It was truly painless! More painful that laser tag, but with the staff that assists you here, it might be just as fun! Kind, caring and compassionate people are everywhere you turn to guarantee your experience is as comfortable and painless as possible. They do everything to help turn an excruciating 2 minutes into a breeze! Informative and friendly individuals can make all the difference in a situation you may feel anxious or nervous about, and this clinic is truly the gold standard.

I began the journey speaking with Bob over the phone who was incredibly kind and helpful along the whole way, all while I launched a barrage of questions and concerns his way. Next was Ella who helped with an in-store consultation. Not only is she a whiz at her job, but her gentle, inviting demeanour sealed the deal for me. I had my first treatment this week, and as crazy as it sounds. I'm excited for the next one!

Ella is great! I heard about Liberty Laser Clinic by searching online for places within my area that offered laser hair removal. My phone conversation with Ella was straightforward and pleasant. She was able to give specific answers to all of my questions and work with my schedule. Upon my consultation and later during my first appointment, Ella was so thorough, understanding, professional, and consistently asked how I was doing during my treatment. After looking for a local laser hair removal studio for my back, shoulders, neck and upper arms, I discovered LLC and was immediately impressed by the high rating and plethora of positive reviews Ella has received over the years. I first visited their old location in Liberty Village right before the Covid pandemic closed everything down. I was immediately impressed by the how knowledgeable Ella is and felt reassured that based on my hair and skin type that I would have good results from the laser hair removal. The clinic itself was very clean and organized, and Ella's protege was also very professional and friendly. After receiving the first of 6 treatments, I did notice some immediate results and felt very encouraged. Unfortunately my second appointment was delayed until June once Toronto reached Phase 2, and then visited Ella at her new location around the corner at King/Shaw. The new, bright clinic was very clean and welcoming, and again I was pleased with the results from the second treatment. My third treatment is this week, and I can't wait for the effects of the hair removal to be fully realized once all 6 appointments are completed. I highly recommend Ella to anyone looking for a good, legitimate, professional laser clinic.

I have been seeing Ella since December 19' for full body laser hair removal services, and I can't be any happier. Prior our sessions, I was extremely scared about the pain level on some certain body areas; however, Ella is very delicate with her work. And she progress systematically. I have only had 2 sessions so far and I can already see the effective results on my arms, face, torso and legs. It is very amazing indeed. I didn't think it would be efficient this rapidly. I still have 3 more sessions to go with her and I am very confident that I will be finally hair free for the fast approaching summer! Boys Beware!:)

Ella is amazing! Right from my first conversation with her about my tattoo removal, she was warm, passionate and extremely knowledgeable. She made me feel very comfortable and the first session was amazing. I had no discomfort and great results. I am looking forward to my second removal session with her. Great experience here with Ella! I had a Picosure treatment done by her, and it was literally the best thing I’ve ever done in terms of facial treatments — I literally look 5 years younger! I recommend visiting her, the clinic is in a great easily accessible location in liberty village right on king as well.
