We had a home visit from Lice Squad. Jenny was amazing with my kids. Super professional and kind. She made the kids feel comfortable and joked with them. She answered all my questions and walked me through what to do next. I highly recommend their services.

There was an outbreak of lice at my child's school and I had no idea what to look for or what to do. The team at Lice Squad Toronto helped remove all the lice and taught me what to look for in my child's hair and how to prevent another outbreak! I am very happy I went there.

Thank goodness Lice Squad exists! We have had a couple of episodes with lice, but hadn't had one in about 5 years. My one daughters' hair is very long, thick and wavy and I had forgotten the best technique. Lice Squad came to our house, rapidly did a check and treatment of myself and my 3 kids, and also retaught me the technique that wouldn't have my children in tears! I'm good to go now in dealing with what can be a very stressful experience. Such high value for $!

All good so far. We are co to hi g to come back. You also visited my sinks class, so hopefully we will get this all taken care of.

Karin is really quick to respond, and has excellent, practical advice to share. I found myself much calmer after speaking with her, as she is quite helpful, and offers practical solutions. She also has a mobile salon for those that can't get to her Pape St.location. I would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone that has any concerns or just needs her services!

I consider Tonya an angel! I'm a single woman who always thought lice were for people with kids. After almost 2 months of itching, I discovered 2 live lice in my bed which was identified by pest control. I had a complete meltdown because I'm extremely clean and a little paranoid about bugs, bed bugs, etc. I called Lice Squad, and Tonya stayed late that evening to help me – they could tell in my voice that I needed immediate help. I was so grateful that I was alone with Tonya because I was crying and very upset. I had thousands of eggs in my hair and at least 40 adult lice. She patiently removed almost all of them – only 2 eggs remained when I returned and none the third time. This was from 1000's so she is very skilled at her job and her demeanor is perfect. She could teach most doctors bedside manners because she had the perfect mix of patience, compassion, and professionalism.

I know they are all paid for this job, but they go above and beyond and truly help people. It's taken me weeks to get over having lice, but I think if I had to sleep that night knowing I had lice in my head I would have completely lost it. I'm extremely grateful to the team and wish them much success. And hopefully I will never have to see them again!

Worth every penny for the peace of mind. They do a thorough job and send you home with clear instructions on how to follow up. Support is great too, I’ve texted them with photos and questions and they are quick to respond. So much better than panicking and getting misinformation on the internet, they are a godsend and make you feel so much better and prepared to deal with the follow ups at home.
