Staff is very nice and informative with any questions about lice. It's nice to have lice squad to help in these very stressful situations. However, Please consider lowering your price when it comes to the second visit. $90 for that 2nd visit hurts, I can understand for a first visit but not a second, two visits not even a week apart of $90+tax is super rough especially with our economy today.

Malika is the absolute best! I called her after a month of trying to eradicate an infestation from my child's head. She was so calm with me while I was in a state of freaking out. She treated my children with such care and understanding. The kids were scared and she was so lovely with them. She has taught me so much about treatment and prevention. I hope to never have to deal with lice again but if I do I will call Malika at lice squad Burlington right away. Thank you so much Malika, you are amazing!

Just finished up our second treatment with Vicky, she has been super accommodating with my daughter and very thorough with the treatment! After battling with lice for a while it’s a relief to have found Lice Squad to help us fix this.

Malika saved our sanity during our time with lice. We are forever grateful for her patience and calm energy. She was very gentle with my 4 year old and 2 year old’s thick, curly hair and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to lice. She taught me everything I know.how to prevent it and how to do proper, thorough treatments at home. She taught me how to comb out the nits properly so they do not come back.

Not only did she help me with the lice, but she was also very helpful when I was feeling guilty about not knowing we had lice in our family for weeks (I had it, too). My daughter ended up getting lice again a couple of weeks later (from school) and Malika was there to support me over text while I showed her photos. She gave me clear, detailed instructions on what to do.

PARENTS— save your time and money and do NOT buy the cheap products (shampoo/comb) from Walmart. I spent over $60 on a bunch of junk that does not work for lice these days. You must go get the proper treatment and comb from a lice facility that professionally deals handles lice.

If it's your first experience with lice.do yourself a favour and book an appointment to get professionally checked and/or treated. You will save time, money and your sanity in the future. Ask questions. Educate yourself. And put your kid's hair in a bun or braid when they go to school!

We were there with my children, and the lady who was there told us that $80 each hour per Person, and another option was $175 one time per person. We were chosen the second option. She said we give you spry free after the finish when you go home spry all of the staff that you have at home, and three weeks guarantee, however when we finished, we paid cash. For three weeks guarantee, she said when you come back, you have to pay for an inspection $25 per person, and for the spray, also you have to pay. So I recommend all of you guys, to avoid paying extra money, when you go there, treat carefully. Otherwise, you have to pay a lot of money or look for another clinch. It will be much better.

Lice Squad gave me the peace of mind knowing that my children had been deemed free of lice. The experience was amazing! They are very attentive to each customer and their individual needs, I.e. My daughter and her very thick, tangled hair. She was very gentle and made it easy.
They are also very knowledgeable and offer great advice to keep these unwanted visitors away.

Once we found an egg, we called the Lice Squad immediately. Their knowledge, service and products are awesome. Knowing that our family will be lice free in a couple of hours gives me peace of mind in a stress free environment. 100% recommended making The Lice Squad call if you or your children have lice.

Having tried different OTC treatments finally decided to give them a try. Sure they are bit expensive but definitely worth it. I wish I had done this treatment before. Rather than spending on multiple OTC products get it done once and get rid of lice.

Malika is truly amazing! No judgement, very accommodating and made me and my daughters feel very comfortable, and shame free coming for a check up. Had a treatment for complete family of 4. We had to get the treatment done before the school reopening and they were able to accommodate our visit on stat holiday. The staff was very friendly and professional. Answered all of questions and concerns with Patience. Would highly recommend them.

Malika was very friendly, calming and professional from start to finish. She squeezed us in later this evening and stayed late to make sure that everything was done properly. She talked us through the process and we actually learned so much. The clinic was very clean and the COVID precautions were followed. My daughter was also extremely impressed with the whole process and had nothing but nice things to say about the experience. We highly recommend Lice Squad!

This place saved us! Janit was so helpful and made me feel reassured and comfortable. My 3 and 6 year olds sat and watched Netfl8x while she worked on their hair. Would recommend!

So it’s 5: 30 Sunday afternoon and I find out my kids have lice, just what I need right now. Found Lice Squad in Burlington as available up to 9PM just have to call to make the appointment. They got rid of the lice immediately all 4 of us had it. Made for an expensive night but they were great, we were home again and lice free in 2 hours. The ladies were very nice with the kids
