Lids sent me an email this morning that select mlb hats are on promo for $36. I went in and they said the sale ended.they sent the damn email this morning?

Paid for a hat. Money was taken from my account the manager forgot to get his name out of anger unfortunately told me there was an error on his machine and he didn't get the money. I called my bank they said yep I got charged. Worker/manager failed to give me any receipt jus told me to leave. So I left with no hat no receipt no money. Worst customer service I have ever received felt like day light robbery

I would give them 0 rating! What is about all that attitude they have? Working on minimum wage and that attitude? Worst shop I have even been to. They do not care to help find a anything, cashier don’t care if you keep waiting to check out because they are busy talking to their co-workers! Worst place to shop! Never returning.

Costumer service does not exits here. Instead of providing helpful kind service, they rather laugh at a costumer and do not think there is anything wrong with that, but rather admit they laughed. If you can’t provide kind service and help someone who doesn’t speak the language then don’t work in costumer service.

The level of disrespect shown by the manager KAREY today is inhumane. Spoiled my whole day.

Very bad service! No attention to the customers at all. Always staring the customers down from head to toe judging them. Wasted my penny for no reason. Corporate needs to take care of these disrespectful service. Will never suggest to anyone.

Came at 10: 05am waited until 10: 45am on Wednesday Sept 7,2022 I just needed a hat. No sign nothing. Come on.

This place is an embarrassment to the Lids name and brand
The fact they let Canadian stores get away with selling a fitted for $60 is a joke
They dont sell NCAA gear or do instore pick up for online orders
Dont waste your money, it's cheaper to order from the USA

I went there to see if they had any TFC hats for my dad and when I asked the lady working there if they had anything TFC, she responded with “I don’t know what that is”. Like fine ok I get not everyone is into sports, but you work at a hat store that mainly sells sports memorabilia and you don’t know what TFC is? Not to mention she swore at me saying things like “Yeah we don’t got that shit”, after she asked me to show her a photo of what I was looking for. This place is extremely unprofessional and whoever is managing it needs to learn better customer service and teach their staff much better customer service. If you want to find stuff from lids I suggest your spend your money elsewhere at a different lids location.

Absolutely amazing customer service. NICOLE was presented with an issue from a previous purchase, and instead of bickering, she said she would Make It Right. That is type of thing that brings customers back.

As many others said there are two employees (one young man and woman) who are extremely unprofessional. Like dude, we don’t want to hear your terrible music and annoyingly loud FaceTime calls, you’re at work not home.

Unprofessional Staff member was using swear words while talking to other coworkers and customers with children inside the store. Good job Lids!

Went there today and I have never in my life seen customer service as horrible as today. Not only was I not told about the embroidery wait time, the guy with the ponytail said “you need to listen actively” as the other lady was checking out another customer, where she told the other customer about customization wait times. The guy had an attitude with me from the start and seemed as if he did not want to be there. I’m not the type of person to write reviews. Usually customers are rude to the employees, not the other way around. Unprofessional, uncalled for and unnecessary.

Poor customer service, don't know how the management hire people.very rude, never welcomed us and asked what we want, guy was just dancing and the girl was just standing beside him and talking. Common Lidz, hire better workers. March 30th 5.30pm

Poor customer service, guy and the girl were chatting and didn’t bother to say hi to the customersor try to help.

Very unprofessional employees at this location. The store smelled of marijuana and both employees (a young woman and a young man) barely acknowledged the customers in the store. The guy was blasting inappropriate music with children present, and the young lady cashed customers out like it was a chore.

Great place for a hat fanatic and huge sports fan I where I can find my favorite sports teams

The lady was super rude
We came back after an hour for our order and they never even started the caps
And the boys were all time on phone as if no one cares at that store seriously that was the worst experience

Heng & Janell great employees with alot of great customer service and knowledge of hats. Keep up the great work.

It's a busy store as most of the selected item's are getting out of stock so fast. They have also deals for cool buyer's too

Wonderful this place took my order 20minutes later finished.sales rep was so nice and friendly great service.
