This is the only lids store that I go to in all of GTA. The employees genuinely care to help you out and take there time if you need assistance.
Every other store I've been to, all the employees are either chatting with themselves, on their phones, or seem like they don't want to work there.

Will update when I can actually get in. Only leaving 3 star because hours said open at 10am Sunday but when I came at 10: 40am it was locked and did not look any kind of open

If I can give zero star I will, they have no idea what they are doing expensive for nothing I ordered a custom order and I was so disappointed from the results. So bad customer services, I didn’t like how they can’t solve the problems and couldn’t help you to solve it and to let you know how to figure what to do! They should give multiple options for their mistake or machine issues or any thing to let customer satisfied! Diffidently won’t repeat it again.

Don't waste your money for stitches, These workers are not as good as others and they don't know what are they doing, I'm not happy for the style of my hat, it's a waste of money.
