Great hat store; but the girls working there are highkey judgemental and give you dirty looks when you walk in.

Decent selection, need more TML but I think it might be seasonal, lots of blue jays options both fitted and snapback. Girl at the counter was polite.

I came in the first day the mall opened as my son had received a hat for Christmas and I did not have the time to return it until recently. I called and spoke to the manager who told me that it was no issue and just bring it in. I did not have the receipt but the manager did an exchange no questions asked.

I purchased two hats for my son on Sunday. After getting home i kept thinking they were the wrong size. I took my son back to the store (Tuesday) and the guy who helped us was great! He helped my son pick the best size and even showed him how to curve the brim of his hat. This guy was very helpful. My son was very happy! Now he loves his hat more than he already did! Im not sure of the guys name, it might be Minh.according to my receipt. We really appreciated the help this time.

I purchased a blue jays scarlet hat. The workers are nice. There very safe with COVID-19. The variety of hats they have are cool.

Great selection with even better staff. On Saturday they were extremely busy but still found the time to help me and my son customize a hat for his teacher.

We than came back later in the evening and asked if we could take advantage of the promo they are running and it was no issue so we purchased another hat and got another one free.

Today I went to lids to return a HAT they refused to do the refund bcuz there was sticker missing but I didn’t removed that sticker it was the employee from lids from Waterloo, on top of that their refund policy states That I have 30 days for full refund and they didn’t go by their policy at all.make sure if you’re buying a hat for Christmas or just gifting it that all stickers are on the hat bcuz they won’t refund your Money took my assistant to get my money back. On top of that we called the waterloo location and their customer service was gross didn't care what we had to say told as he rather help a customer in store and hung up on us. I will never got back to lids ever again!

if you don't like your job nor like retail why work their. THE MANAGEMENT TEAM needs to retrained their employees maybe this why your company is doing bad!

The selection in this store is great. The price is lil high. After selecting a cap, while making the payment me and my friend waited for more than 5 minutes for making the payment because of their system error or something. I don’t think it happens all the time. Staff’s behaviour and response was good.

I went there with my family last weekend. And soon after I tried on one hat (and I put it back to where it was exactly the same way), the sales person came, stood extremely close to me and without saying a word, he shook the hat towards us as if he could shake all the dirt to us (and my son was standing right under the hat). At the same time, he started to mumble with disgust and impatience on his face, but I couldn’t hear clearly what he said. And then he did exactly the same thing after I tried the second hat. And he used his body language to kick us out of the store. It has been my worst shopping experience ever.

Either my head is a completely different size or their lids are for someone ridiculously insanely rich to buy just to throw to a millionaire for a hat trick. Again another salesman who works there without knowing what anything is except for the lid on his head. A few good things happened. Nothing to right home about, lol
You have to much money I'll send you there and you'll walk away with something. Nothing under $30 for a darn cheap lid/cap

Don't waste your money here.
Ordered custom hats for my business.
First batch came back not square and with loose ends everywhere.
2nd batch had a spelling error.
3rd batch was off square again and a terrible font.
At this point it was suggested I pay 25$ to have my actual logo digitized. If I knew this was an option I would have done it right from the beginning.
Paid them another 25$ on the spot and sent them the file. I confirmed they recieved it and left. Started calling them about a week later to see where it was at. No answer. I left many messages asking for them to call me back but nothing happened. I finally got ahold of them 2 weeks later and they said the recieved the digitized file a while ago but weren't sure what to do. Took the guy 10 minutes to figure that out. Now I'm told I have to go back to the store to look at it again and place the order and then go back on another date to oic up the order.
Nobody in this store knows their a$$ from their hand. Will have wasted hundreds of dollars by the time this is all said and done.
