Lids

I wish I could give zero stars, obnoxious service. The lady did not want to move from the register to help me as a customer. I attempted to ask her for help twice, I was looking for a water resistant hat, she didn't have the courtesy to show me any. When I attempted to ask her again saying do you know if you have water resistant hats in the store, she said she doesn't know on the top of her head. I kept looking and saw a section of them but wasnt helped at all by the lady. It wasnt even like she was busy doing something she was just standing at the register and looking outside. The other negative reviews for this store explain it now, do better Lids!

If I would give 0 stars I would. Very bad customer service. It’s seems like the employee there is forced to stand there with a very negative attitude and he’s very rude.

Very rude retail person and replied in grumpy attitude about simple questions. Showed him a picture of a cap (59fifty in blue color) i wanted and replied that they don't have that store, whereas, i found the cap within 2 mins of searching for it.
