Lids

Got mean mugged as I entered the store by some guy that looks like he works there, but was just leaning at the entrance on his phone. No greetings by any staff and I waited around by the cash for 10 minutes with no offer to help and I couldn’t get anyone’s attention either. Wouldn’t recommend, not friendly and not helpful.

First time in LIDS today. Staff is super friendly. No wait at the cash at all. Only thing a bigger youth section would be awesome! Cheers

The clerk should get better training. He told me that I couldn’t get the discount on my purchase even If I renew my membership and thank God the manager told him otherwise. Also I asked for my receipt to be forwarded to my email but it was not done.
