Rudest customer service. No one greeted and all staff were talking to each other and laughing. Couldnt follow instructions for my embroidered inquiry. Pay attention! You guys ruined my clothing!

I went today to get my hat embroided, they promised me to come back in 30 mins, when I came back 30 mins later, my hat was still not done, it was still sitting in the corner, when I got back 2 girls were on their phone, I had to wait another 15 mins, and the girl who did my hat didn’t even informed me my hat was ready. And I was standing beside her. Very poor customer service experience indeed.

Like some other ppl mentioned here, seems like the only ppl working here are high school kids who hate their job. Went in when it was empty with three girls sitting behind the counter and they didn’t even help, when I asked where I could pay the girl rolled her eyes and acted like helping me was such a hard task, if you hate your job that much leave

Rudest customer service ever. Would give 0 stars if that was an option. I called to see if they had an alternative size in stock for an exchange of a product I purchased 2 days ago. When I called, both employees spoke to me rudely, for no apparent reason. They were unnecessarily disrespectful, stating that they have never heard of the product, and refused to search up the product code. As someone who has worked in retail and customer service, this is a prime example of terrible customer service.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life.
It’s my question that lids company based on what they choose their managers, who was so rude and he became mad when I was trying different caps.
Even he didn’t honour their own return policies.
Never ever go this shop again

Rude manager, rude salesperson.they don’t honour their own return policy after 3 days and instead accusing you for returning worn caps.don’t recommend at all.ripped off shop

L customer service. They didn’t say hi, didn’t explain the promotions, they were having their own convo among themselves and when it came down to checking out they didn’t acknowledge you until you said something. All of them need to quit if they don’t like their job
