Great experience with Dr Singh very thorough and knowledgeable he has lots of patience with our family

My appointment was 4: 30 and i have waited till 5: 30. There is no meaning of appointment.

Good thing is they will ask you to get appointment first prior to visit.
Bad thing is that you have to spend average 2-3 hours even after getting fourth slot in the morning.
Excuse, first 3 patients took more than expected time.
As per appointment, Doctor allocated his 10 minutes to see one patient but ended up spending 45 minutes on each.

I registered in the clinic for family medical needs. The doctor is very professional and caring doctor. But the management is not taking care of the patients. There is a post to wear mask. That's it. Never implemented. Patients came full of flem never wore mask. When asked the other patient to wear mask the receptionist defended him not necessary. Now I have contracted COVID staying isolated. One receptionist wore but other didn't. We go to doctor to get well. But gone adversely. I blame the management. The doctor️ is very caring. Hope that good doctor who treated that stupid patient is not sick and young lady too who defended that sick man. I hope this message reaches the management. Now I am on the bed for four days.

Worst management skills.first they don’t pick up the call and even if they do, they don’t give appointments as per patient’s convenience and they make you wait for more than an hour in their office.

Very poorly managed clinic, coming from same profession I could give fair opinion. This clinic lacks communication skills big time. They really need to learn patient care and management. I have appointment with the physician in next 3 days, going to discuss with him and see if has been facing the challenge or he is also of the same standards? I expect some professional standards to be maintained at Medical clinic, that is what I expect from my family doctor's clinic. There is huge room and opportunity to get better for this clinic. Will update the outcome of my discussion with doctor here after seeing him after 3 days.

Poor service. Reception doesn’t even pick the calls. Like what are you working there for sitting free. Poor.

Dr. Tajinderpal Singh is my family doctor. He listens carefully and never rushes you to out of the clinic. Satwinder at reception desk is so helpful.

Very bad experience. Dr. Singh is very uncooperative. After waiting for 2 hours I got to meet the doctor and he was not listening properly.

Worst Medicentre I have seen in 25 years. Unorganized, Reception never picks up phone. If lucky, you will get an appointment with doctor, than doctor never calls for that time or even that scheduled day.
They don't respect your time, they think that they are only ones who are running the whole country. Very unprofessional approach.
If can't handle too many patients, why keep taking more and more. Heights of Greediness.

Worst ever experience, booked appointment and came from 1.5 hour north, but after I arrive appointment was canceled and booked 30 days after. Management should get rid of the front desk person if not they will loss lot of patients. Never go to this place.

We booked an appointment on 15 jan for flu shot for my 2 year old daughter and annual physical for other kid. When we went for the appointment, the Front desk staff Reema did not let us see the doctor for flu shot. And even for the phyiscal exam, my wife and 2 little kids had to sit for 2 hours and were seen at 6: 15 pm. We remember thr front desk lady telling someone that there is no appointment for flu shot. Even when we had appointment, she did not let us see the doctor. Clearly, the appointment management is terrible at this location. The doctor is good but you have to waste a lot of time waiting for him.and When I called to complain about this, Reema did not hear it properly and disconnected the phone.

Doctor is very nice but having poor time management. Normal waiting time is about 90 minutes to 120. No value of scheduled appointment.
