Got in super fast for a walk in. Not a fan of needles but Ravjit made me comfortable. Her voice is so calming and her manurizums are real professional. Thank you Ravjit
They accepted me as a walk in patient after I came here by accident (I made my appointment at another Life Labs location and got the addresses confused). I was in and out in 20 minutes! Thank you guys
I am trying to reach the receptionist and doctor via call from past three weeks but no one is picking up the call. It's the worst experience. Doctor advised me to call after a week and this is now over the head not answering my calls. I want to know about my blood tests.
I was told to fast but didnt realize that also meant no smoking. This place is so unprofessional they said 'oh, that doesnt matter'. I questioned that and the guy at the desk started with some weird attitude. 'I am only trying to help you' and I said 'No you are not'. He said he would refuse me. I got up and left. Something seriously wrong here.
This is one of the better LifeLabs around. The staff are courteous, kind, patient and not miserable while maintaining their professionalism. They are up-front and personal. I hope this remains the same when new staff are stationed. My family and I have been coming to this Centenary location for years.
Went here yesterday for blood work and EGG was in and out in about thirty minutes with no appointment. Very professional staff. Highly recommend this location.
Staff speak their own language in front of you, the equipment is disorganized (the technician was rummaging in the drawers for vials for 10 min and couldn't find what she was looking for, so she called her colleague who rummaged through the same drawer without success. Finally, they both walked away and came back another 10 min later with a single vial). I watched as one of the technicians touched a patient without gloves on. It makes me question the hygiene practices of the entire place.
The technician Raymond also asked for my ethnicity and then went on to make sweeping statements about my race.
Bottom line: avoid this place if you care about basic hygiene and don't wish to be racially profiled.
Very rude woman at the counter. She needs a lesson in customer sensitivity training. She was crabby when I asked for a receipt for a service not covered by OHIP. To top it all off, she glared at me while I used the disinfectant on the counter after using the credit card machine. It's really disappointing that someone with such poor character has a job in healthcare.
I guess this is now lifelabs. My 1st time to visit here. It's inside the atrium, at the left corner upon getting in. Efficient service, nice and happy people serving. Just be patient since there's a reasonable wait time, around 40mins.and 10 people were already there when I arrived. The phlebotomist who drew my blood (done in less than 2mins) advised me to visit their website for future bloodtest and set an appointment to avoid long wait. The best thing is you get to view the results in their website once done. Thanks for the service.
