After waiting over a week, my doctor said they didn’t receive any reports.
So just called the lab hotline and got the reply that the system showed I cancelled the appointment… but in fact I really finished the blood work in person here! So where are my blood samples now? And where are the reports? I’m so disappointed. Wasting my time to keep waiting, and wasting my energy to go here and wasting my blood (that’s really my blood) ….

When brought into the room they told me to take my clothes off from the waist up but never gave me a gown or anything to cover myself. Left me sitting in the room half naked for a decent amount of time feeling quite uncomfortable. As I was leaving I realized then never returned my health card and when I went back for it they said they didn’t have it.
Horrible experience, will never come back here.

Excellent experience. Booked an appointment and got the test without much pain and it’s quick to check in.

Based on the good reviews I picked this lab for a blood work. I fear of needles and everything medical gives me extreme anxiety. But today, I didn't even feel it a bit. The nurse was a pro and god bless her.

Came for blood work here with an appointment at 11: 10am, but arrived around 8: 45am to try my luck a bit earlier. I was out by 9: 06am. This was by far the best LifeLabs experience I have ever had, extremely painless and quick. Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Best Location Great attentive staff.

It was a very hot day when I went, and it was later in the afternoon so I was fasting all day.

I basically felt like I was going to pass out when they were taking my blood. Im not a fan of needles and blood work.

I wasn't feeling well and the staff cooled me down with a nice ice pack for my neck. They were patient with me and instructed me to lie down for around 15 mins.

They came in once I settled down, and completed the procedure with out a hitch. No pain at all.

I even misplaced my wallet while there and the staff helped me to find it witch I did. THANKS GUYS!

I will always return back to this location I wish I could give them 6 stars.

Service is great but I think it's ridiculous that they lock the doors around 3.30 if their timings are listed till 4pm. Are they open till 4 or 3.30?

Went out of my way to visit this location because every other blood lab had really mixed reviews. I arrived at 830 as a walk-in and was out by 9. Sadia was an awesome technician — I was so squeamish, but she chatted my fear away until the process was complete.

I came in for blood work this morning and I am so happy with my experience! The nurse who took my blood was France who did a phenomenal job. I warned him that usually, I am poked and prodded several times because my veins are hard to find. It took him 1 try and I was done in a minute. He was very sweet and did such a fantastic job! Still in shock that it all happened to quick and seamlessly!

This location closes earlier every second Friday. So, although on here it indicated the location was open, when I went there, it was not open. Call before you go on a Friday to make sure you don't waste a trip.

This was by far the best experience I have EVER had in a blood clinic.
I have terrible veins, I am super anxious and I have fainted from blood draws in the past.
The clinic was clean, I was seen right away and was in and out within 5 minutes
The gold star here goes to France, the one who drew my blood.
France made this experience so amazing. He kept me and my friend laughing the whole time and I DIDNT FEEL A THING! He was so gentle and funny. I wish I needed another blood test soon so I could go back
I live in Vaughan (but work downtown) and would 100% travel to this clinic any day of the week

I’ve had my blood taken here twice in the last week and both times went as well as the possibly could have! France drew it for me the first time and veronica drew it the second time.both were super quick, friendly, gentle, & distracting in the way you want people to be when they’re drawing blood.they also accommodated me this second time even though i was a walk-in because no appointments were available.only had to wait about 10 minutes!

This was by far the BEST place I’ve been to for blood test. I was literally in and out within 10 min (maybe less). I was immediately put into a room and a couple minutes later, my blood work was being done. The staff is very friendly and made me feel comfortable. Definitely recommend going here if anyone is searching for a lab for their blood work!

The technician who took my blood and administered my ECG is outstanding - painless and efficient. His name is France and Life Labs is lucky to have him. He's going places!

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. There was no line and staff explained everything in detail regarding my tests.

This was the best experience, bar none, I’ve had giving blood. France took all of 5 seconds to do it - never in my life have I been so pleasantly surprised in a healthcare setting. This is where you want to go to have your blood work done.

This is the best lab for the bloodwork in the city. I am distressed that they have been closed during COVID-19 pandemic, as no one comes even close to their level of service

Went to another location, and waiting forever is a dark hallway until a lady came out and said don’t bother waiting if u don’t have an appointment.
So I left and came here, was in and out in 10mins. Also the place is clean and well maintained:)

The staff here are great and the whole process went really smoothly! I was nervous but they were reassuring and it was the least painful blood test I’ve had. I went at 10 am on a weekday and only waited 5 minutes.

I use this place a lot for routine blood and urine tests. All of the technicians are efficient, gentle, professional. No pain. Teresa, the most senior, and Angel especially stand out in my mind. And the results are available online to doctors-and myself-within a day or two.

I hate blood tests but the phlebotomists here make it a breeze. Teresa is amazing. Super quick, friendly and painless. No crazy wait times like at the college st.location!

I had a good experience here. Waited less than 5 min to see the nurse (it was 3pm on a Tuesday) they were friendly, my blood was taken and I was out the door - all within 20 min.
I would come back again!

I was extremely disappointed when I came in last week Wednesday in the morning to have a blood test done. The lady at the front was extremely rude and unpleasant and not helpful at all. She claimed she was being “firm” but she was just plain rude and sarcastic. I walked out and will never be returning there again after the treatment I received but just a quick note of advice - if your job is customer facing, learn to have some respect and some good customer service skills!

I’ve always had a good experience here with staff and service. And I’ve never had a long wait. I did however have a very rushed nurse turn me away for not having the right paperwork, even after I called my doctor who checked my file and insisted the papers were correct.the nurse refused to speak with my doctor on the phone. So I just went to a lifelabs 3 stops away and got service no problem. But I am annoyed with her for waiting my time.

Strongly recommend this lab if your veins are hard to find. I went to give blood and the whole experience was awesome; didn’t even take a minute, zero pain (didn’t even feel the needle enter). I was in & out in 5 mins. I always have trouble and had so many bad experiences in the past, this was by far the smoothest and best experience. Thank you!

Best place in the city! I have very tricky veins, and have had almost exclusively terrible blood test experiences. Angel (literally her name) was amazing- calming, quick, and painless! I will be coming back to this location every time I need blood work done.

The elevator took forever so I arrived at 4: 01, but they closed at 4: 00 and didn't respond when I knocked

Made the trip to this location as I was unhappy with the one by my house. Teresa was awesome, low wait time, everything was easy.
