The dark lady at the front was very rude. She was behaving as if she was forced to come to work. Very horrible experience

Clearly the workers over there seems like they're in the wrong profession. One of the lady (Vietnamese or Chinese) who took my test was rude. No enthusiasm for customers and when asked questions because of confusion, replied back with cold and vague answers.

I have been coming to this location over a year now. There are three ladies that recognize me as I come every few months and they are so sweet and easy to talk to.

Not sure why some of the comments talk about how the receptionists are rude. I have seen them all work reception and I have never had a bad experience. The ladies that work here (will not say their names for safety reasons) know that I am so afraid of taking blood tests because of the needles.but they always find a way to help keep me calm and get the job done!:)

Worst experience ever

Missed my appointment because my car battery went dead so had to wait half an hour. Their minimum parking charge is 7 dollars which us way to high. I was there less than an hour. Won't be going back.

Went to this location today. Less than 10 min wait time. I did book my appointment in advance though. Staff was very pleasant. The awesome lady who drew my blood seems highly experienced as I didn’t even feel the poke.

Terrible experience:
1. Very rude front desk lady 2.waiting time is 1hr with appointment 3.building elevator is very slow

Very slow service expect to be waiting for a long time to be seen also get ready to pay for parking.

The worst lab ever. I had apt at 10: 30, they called me in at 11: 25
Wrong paper works. Do not choose this lab, that is why they have available spots all time!

Very bad experience so far. The front lady was rude. Even with an appointment, I waited 1 hour for my test although 3 or 4 nurses were not busy and were chatting at front desk endlessly. Environment is not clean, washroom is dirty. Avoid this place.

DO NOT SHOW UP AT YOUR SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT TIME, ON TIME OR EARLY. You will be sitting in the waiting area anywhere between 1/2hour to 45 minutes. Instead, show up 30-60 minutes LATE and you will be priority and escorted in or waiting a minimum of 5 minutes. WHY SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT? Terrible system at this location.

Worst LifeLabs I have been to. I’m used to getting blood work done about once a month but I have never had to deal with something quite as terrible. Front desk lady is very rude and disrespectful. She did not even care that I had an appointment. I walked in and the front desk lady that was checking me in made me wait over 10 minutes. She got my papers and she said to sit and wait after waiting for another 10 minutes I spoke up and said my test had to be done before 8am as instructed by my doctor (was written on the paper I handed to her from my doctor). She still refused to believe me and said I could wait since they can do the till 9. I tired explaining to her that it said 8 and she starts arguing with me that she knows better than what the doctor had written.

I had to get bloodwork done twice within 2 weeks and came to to this LifeLabs location both times. On both occasions I was out of there in less than 5 minutes from my appointment time. Friendly staff, clean & renovated facility and very well organized. Highly recommended!

This location provides amazing services. The nurses went above and beyond to cater to my terrified husband who can’t get blood work.

This lab was great. I was in and out fast. Check-in was easy. The staff were all pleasant, professional, and very accommodating.

Disorganized chaotic and not abiding by distancing guidelines.appointments mean nothing here as you would have a 30 minutes wait regardless.avoid at all costs.

Avoid, go somewhere else, Do yourself a favor. You will regret if you enter. Should not be in practice.

The horrible front desk staff. I m not a patient by profession. I do get doubts. It's their basic responsibility to be nice and answer. They speak so rude that I got scared with their voices.
Very unprofessional. Empathy is far of an expectation from them. I wonder how they are still existing in their job. Never visit this place for any test. I wish I can give minus 100 stars. They don't even deserve a mud stone.forget about stars.

The worst place to go! The customer service is the worst. They don't care if you have an appointment or not. You have to stand in line for at least 30 minutes.
After going here I have decided to never use the LifeLabs medical services.

Very unprofessional, this place should close and all staff should fire! No care about patients, no care if you have appointment, their friends are in the priority list.
The older lady was taking my blood suddenly started talking very load to her colleagues and she moved the needle while it was still attached to my hand I never got pain and bruises for a simple blood test until then!
Don’t go here!

No complaints, until a perfectly healthy looking man used his white privilege and the fact that he was friends with the nurse with the heavy European accent (didn't get her name) to by pass the que. She rushed her bloodwork with me to have a friendly conversation with him, then brushed me off to another nurse who didn't seem surprised by her unprofessionalism. Clearly no one is in charge there.

One of the nurses was really rude. A new older patron came in, who was taking a little time, and she almost shouted at him. She was also one of the only ones that didn’t have a name tag.
And she just happened to be the one that we were assigned to.

It was supposed to be a 5 minites appointment and took us more than 1 hour and 30 minutes, getting late to work.

I've been to this location 4 times now, and not once was I ever disappointed. If you get there early in the morning (7: 30 am opening). Very little wait time. If you arrive after 9am.yes there is a wait.so what.they do a great job there, I've always been treated fine.staff is professional.

It was the worst experience I've had at life lab! I went there 3 times for the same test because every single time they made mistake, now I'm writing this review after more than a month (from my first visit)
The test was Selenium, it was refered to BC n it cost me $50 (it was not covered by insurance), the first time I went they called me back to go redo the test, when I went, they said no it was Zink, so they took sample for Zink for the second tine, after 10 days I called several times n sent emails to ask why my result is still pending n they kept saying u will get the result soon! I got the result after 2 weeks and it was saying the sample was not correct! So I called twice in the morning n they said they will call u from the branch, they didn't till 2 pm that I personally went there n the supervisor called just before I enter the lab, so we talked n she asked me to redo the test, n i did for the third time! They said it will b ready in 5-10 days it's 2 weeks (10) bussiness days n the result is still pending!
Very disappointing!
