Small lab, but friendly staff. Came early, spent a total of 20 minutes on the entire visit. I imagine with more people it will be a bit of a wait.

I booked my appointment online, arrived ten minutes early, the lady at the front desk saw my requisition and plainly said: "no, we don't do that here". When I asked her what are the reasons, she raised her voice and acted rudely. Her colleague was the only person able to explain properly. I do not recommend this location.

Never had a problem, fast service, friendly staff. Book an appointment, it's more convenient for everyone

I have never encountered such a rude and nasty lab technician. She should take lessons in people skills.

We always choose to go to this lab, even though there are closer ones to where we live, because they're so warm and gentle at this lab.
Blood tests are never going to be my favourite activity, but they make the unpleasantness minimal.

Probably my favourite LifeLabs. Though quite a challange to find one's way, it has been the most pleasant of all Lifelabs I have been to around the area. It is small, the walk-in times are short, and there is hardly any of there. I usually get blood from my hand, and they are the best at it, no questions asked. They never try my arm and respect my request. It is clean and fast going there.

I. Hate. Needles. I have a fear of them and it uncontrollably makes me freak out inside. I don't faint or anything but I'm extremely uncomfortable with them.

Thus I was soooo grateful that Aldrin here was so respectful and tried his best to minimize the pain as I talk him through my fears. We even shared a few laughs along the way. I have tjin veins too so it wasn't like it was easy.

And while I can't say I enjoy having my blood taken, the care by Aldrin made it sooooo much better than I normally am used to. Also, free parking for 30 minutws!

The staff are super rude, the place looks dirty. I was sitting after I had my blood taken and a woman came and rudely told me to get up. There was no toilet paper or paper towel in the washroom and I didn’t get any impression that they are cleaning or sanitizing the seats where people are sitting or the bathrooms for covid. Hand sanitizer was also empty. It is a miserable bunch down in that basement hole of a life lab. I will be 1000 % sure to never go to this one again.

If there was an option to put zero stars, I would. My grandmother went in for an appointment on March 19th at 12: 10, and arrived 20 minutes early to be fitted for a halter monitor. She was greeted by an employee by the name of Judy. When she arrived, Judy asked what booking method was used, and she was not happy that the appointment was booked online and “during lunch hour”. My grandma apologized, even though there was no reason to as this is not her issue. Judy then seated her and left reception for quite a long time, roughly 20 minutes, and then 5 more people came into the office (a very small space, impossible to social distance). My grandma walked out and stood by the doorway to get away from everybody, and Judy came back and was very flustered to see many people waiting. Judy then proceeded to SHOUT “I got to take that lady to fit her for a halter monitor”, this was extremely inappropriate and a breach of patient information. She seating my grandma in a room and made her wait another while (at this point it’s passed 12: 30, while her appointment was for 12: 10). Judy storms back into the office after 5 minutes and asks “would you like to give up your appointment”? This makes NO sense, as she was ALREADY in the room (which doesn’t even matter as this was a scheduled appointment). My grandma was extremely confused and asked why she would do that to which Judy rudely replied back “IM JUST ASKING” and then SLAMS the door and leaves my grandma in the room and SHOUTS out to the crowd “SHE WONT GIVE UP HER APPOINTMENT”, which was extremely embarrassing. Judy comes back in and my grandma questions again why she would give up her scheduled appointment, to which Judy replies and says “I’m NOT fitting you for your halter, you’re too excited” and SLAMMED the door for a third time and walked away. At this point, my grandmother is appalled at her behaviour and is ready to leave without the fitting being done, but another Technician came in and says “i’m going to fit you”, my grandmother starts complaining about Judy and the technician defends her and by saying they are short-staffed and “cut her lunch short” to fit her - again extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. Again I would like to point out that Judy breached a patient’s “FIPPA” (freedom of information, privacy and protection) rights TWICE. This employee needs to be dealt with, and i DO NOT recommend coming here for anything.

They tried 3 times, and couldn't get my blood this morning. Poked 3 times and asked for the 4th time. I have bruises on all my arm and hand.

The person on the reception desk was extremely rude as well as dishonest with me. I arrived about 4: 30 p.m. Only to be told that I could not be seen because they were closing in one hour; this without even looking at my requisition. The same employee also had the audacity to tell me not to come five minutes before closing. No courtesy, no work ethic. I think this woman owes me an apology - four-thirty is not five minutes to closing.
