The lady at check in quite rude. I had an appointment but was told I missed it because I didn't read the sign tell them i was here. The sign just says letthem k ow i have an appointment not to ignore privacy protocols and interrupt at the window.

I've generally had a great experience with LifeLabs, but this location is the worst one I've been to! The staff is really disorganized. We came to this location for blood draws for our permanent residency application. The staff intaking us didn't seem to know the correct protocol for this, and the phlebotomist had to come in correct them! There was so much disorganization, including empty test tubes just laying on the floor in the middle of the room!

I am someone who has a fear of needles, so I usually request to lie down during my appointment. No other LifeLabs has had an issue with this request. At this LifeLabs they tried to seat me in a pod 3 times despite me repeatedly telling them I needed to lie down. Ultimately, I ended up just dealing with the anxiety and doing my blood draw in a pod. The only saving grace (and reason for 2 stars instead of 1) was that Salone, my phlebotomist was amazing and dealt with my anxiety around the situation really well.

There's normally never a long wait in the living room and the ladies that work there are awesome and nice

Terrible that it said estimated waiting time is 12 min, but it took actually 2-3 hours or even longer.

Definitely recommend this life labs compared to all others in Kitchener Waterloo area. I book an appt and the check in and getting blood work was done in under two minutes.

Very organized and clean. The receptionist are also very friendly.

The nurses are very kind, the give us a bed to relax when my wife was feeling dizzy. Thank you ️

Every time the personal is so friendly, and professional, my respect to all the workers from Victoria St. Life lab.

The worst service ever. I will never in my life go to this particular LifeLabs. They made me wait for over 30 mins only to tell me I need to come back later after few days. One thing they could have told me right by looking at my doctor’s note. Missed my work for nothing. I’m furious.

I had to get bloodwork done for my 2.5 month old daughter. I didn't have an appt.and the two woman that did it were extremely friendly and professional. Along with the baby crying as I was and they made me feel so much better and told me I could stay and nurse her in the cubicle. I don't know their names but they were amazing. I hope they see this

Rating is only for booking appointment online. Been trying to book an appointment for blood work since Monday now that they don’t take calls and it’s not working.

5 stars to Ms Canddy is really amazing she help my little boy and she have done z blood test for him easily, because she has a good experience and others too.

I would give them no stars at all, if possible. Went to have an ultrasound that I booked two MONTHS ago after going to the urgent care clinic but was never told I would have to bring the requisition paper back (they had seen and used it to book the appointment?) Not only did they turn me away, they told me no one kept records of paperwork there and didn’t even offer to rebook me. My X-rays from two months ago were never forwarded to my family doctor. The staff is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. Find another Life Labs, if possible.

I will not go to any other location, I will always look for Jihan, no pain and found the vein in the first attempt. Thank you.

Due to COVID, everyone is screened first. I booked online, arrived 10 minutes early and was fast tracked through. I was finished within 15 minutes of arriving, while at least 10 people continued to stand in line to get into the waiting room.
