I had blood test done on July 19th in the morning. The lady who checked me in was very rude and unprofessional. But the lady who took my blood was very nice and did a good job

Visited here today without appointment. It was a very good experience. I didn’t had to wait much

Friendly, Fast, professional. Highly recommended location. Park in the plaza across the street to save on parking. Parking is expensive.

This location has the worst staff ever. They do not know how to be gentle while extracting blood. For my case, they were not capable to find the vein. Even after doing so, there is a black spot and it's painful. Also, they are not empathetic to patients.

I got my blood work done by Alison and she was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and brightened my day. I wish getting my blood drawn could always be this pleasant.

Worst customer service and making appointments are useless as it’s always first come and first serve.

Only if I can give them zero. They are the worst. They have zero skills in problem solving or to know how to handle stressed patient. If you don’t know how to handle situations or clam a stressed patient then don’t become a health care provider. Staff are the worst. They have zero experience. They should go take extra courses just to learn how to handle situations and ethic classes. This please need to teach their work to how to become a health care provider.

Worst experience ever. No one in this clinic knows how to communicate effectively and are extremely slow. It's a shame. Save yourself the trouble and go to another location

Worst Lifelabs I have ever been too. Only reason I went there 3 times was that they are open on Saturdays. They have huge walkins that they don’t say no to. You are bound to wait more than 30 mins even if you have an appointment. To make you feel better, they make you sit in an empty test room where you wait until infinity for your test. When I complained they started giving silly excuses like May be somebody came before you and please have patience. Other locations value your appointment time. My last day here. If you value your time, pls do not do not do not go to this place. Hugely mismanaged. One time, they forgot I had checked in already and didn’t tend to me until I reminded them.

I went to this place to get my bloodwork done and when I entered I had to wait so long before they helped me, and then I was put on a wait list that was about 2 and a half hours long so I told to woman that I need to run some errands and I will be back before my turn comes and then she said that I can’t leave and that I have to stay there for 2 and a half hours or they will give me back my paper work. I decided to take back my papers and go to another place. Never going back here again!

Wait time is extremely long and very unorganized. Either do walk-in or appointments. Dont accept walk-in make them wait. I waited 2 hours. I agree with giving first preference for appointments. If that's the case dont accept walk in. Dont make us wait for 2 hours.

Asked to stand at the red line to register for my booked appointment 3 staff continued to speak to each other not even acknowledging me standing there. Very unprofessional

Asian lady calling appointments is one of the saddest excuses of a human being that I've encountered in my life.don't bother at this clinic, what a circus

Have to wait outside a locked door until the staff decides to come out and open it. Knocking doesn't help speed it up. Staff don't seem in a hurry or a rush to do anything. That being said once time and once you're through all of the waiting the staff are super skillful at taking blood. Quick, easy and painless.

The filipino lady at the front desk is the rudest person ive ever met. She was rude to me for no reason at all. Everyone else inside was nice

I sat to get the blood test. I said, "I would like my results be sent to family doctor as well. "
The technician rudely said, "oh my gowd" got up with requisition and stomped to the reception. I heard her saying, "now she wants these to be sent to her family doctor".
I didn't hear the response.
She came back and said, "go online tomorrow and download it to send to your family doctor. "

I felt sorry for her.

Employers need to do better for their employees health, breaks, salary and working hours.

Your employees are face of your organization. And the face is tired and rude.

INCREDIBLY rude staff who treat their patients with zero respect. I was appalled by the way the two women who were registering, spoke to their customers. Please train your staff on how to treat people with respect. I will never bring my mother back to this place. I work in the health care field and never have I spoken to patients in an indecent manner like this.

The south asian women in the front is very rude. She should be trained how to deal with patients. I understand they are working unders stress during pandemic but that shouldn't be an excuse.

I couldn’t make an appointment via website and couldn’t reach their service line, since June 1st, every time system disconnects the line due to high volume.

Just one different situation- and the Tamil lady, the Filipino lady and the PRC lady at front desk would go berserk. They don’t have ability to handle exception situation.
They started mocking, taunting & making fun of one patient -with another patient standing in line today.

Been coming to this place for years since I was a kid. Sometimes it can be busy due to walk-ins, but its inevitable. They are trying to help all of us. Booked appointments or not.

Incompetent security, lazy desk staff. Don't go here they make it as difficult as possible to get what you need done. They will NOT help you at in any way.

If 0 was an option I would give that as a rating. I had to take my elderly parents twice in the past week to this lab and the Filipino/Asian lady at the front desk is the absolutely rudest person ever. She was extremely short with them, and the previous time we were there she barely gave them a chance to speak when they tried to ask a question. I've never seen my father this upset just going for a medical test. I've been a manager in customer service most of my life and if my employees behaved this way, they would be terminated on the spot. I don't know if Lifelabs is even reading this review, but if you are the manager you need to train your staff in how to treat patients. People are already dealing with medical issues which is why they are coming to this lab in the first place, and then having to deal with disgusting behaviour such as hers, only compounds an already frustrating experience. I will be making sure that my doctor does not send me or my parents back to this location for testing again in the future.

If i could rate this place a 0, I would. Terrible service and unprofessional. Literally talking about patients in Tagalog and Tamil. If they are so miserable to work why come in at all. Sorry but not sorry, I'm also from Healthcare and this is unacceptable.

I live in stouffville but I went this llocation for an emergency blood test and ecg staff was very professional and we'll organized and friendly make an appointment is highly recommended due to many patients.

Have used this office for many years. Have never had any problem. Always nice. Professional.and efficient. I would recommend it to anyone.

Although our family lives in Pickering, we only go to this lab for blood work. Today was our 5 year old daughters' first time ever getting blood work. The staff was amazing to her and for us. She stated she barely felt anything and she got a animated band aid

These people are so slow, not sure if they know what they doing. Maybe they need to quit their little side, personal conversations and focus on patience needs more. No one in this office moves with any speed or urgency. It is as if these people doesn't care about anyone health. It is a shame and something needs to be done. You wait in the waiting area for almost an hour, then they call your name, send you to the room with the hope that you are gonna be attended to, then the wait starts all over again. Disgusting
