I went to Lifelabs for the first time today. I went around 230pm. The staff greeted me when I went in and was super friendly. There was barely a wait. My technician was very kind and it only took her two tries to get blood! I usually have a really hard time and many people need to come in and try and sometimes they aren’t able to get enough blood. Staff were friendly on the way out as well. I will continue going to lifelabs instead of Dynacare where I usually go.
The staff are so kind and efficient. My wait time was predicted to be 30 mins but I only had to wait 5. I told them I was anxious and Kilby went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Such a great experience!
Always go to the fennel location they are very well organized and friendly staff but went there yesterday and was surprised to see the technician had nails like Freddy Krueger looked very awkward and unprofessional
October 24th 2022 lineup at Fennell 30 plus people, then watching the lineup and 5 Muslims showed up and forced themselves into the front of the lineup, the staff should have refused to attend to them, and these people have zero respect for others.
The team at this location are simply amazing. Yes the line ups at times are long, but honestly they are so efficient, it was really a great all round experience. Thanks so much to Christine for the care I received.
Came from clinic and waited under 10 minutes before getting blood work done, very nice and helpful nurse when I felt a bit lightheaded after. Already got a call about results the next day.
My appointment at another location got cancelled without telling me. I rushed here 15 mins before they close and they nicely took me in! The blood test was super time sensitive so I can't say thank you enough! The staff are amazing!
Amazing service. Went for a walk-in for myself and 1 year old. They were so efficient, Patient and kind. The line up was very quick… and they were great with her! I recommend this location to everyone who needs to get blood work done!
I did blood test there. Arrived at 7: 48, there had been more than ten people in the queue outside. But the staff are efficient and friendly. Health card and forms were collected before going in. The security gentlemen at the entrance is very helpful and friendly. They all do their parts to make it run smoothly. It took me about 1 hour, but whole experience is good and relaxing, because it's well organized. And most importantly, the queue is in outdoor space. I waited for just about 10 mins inside. No packed jam.
The staff work hard here. Unfortunately I never see staff wiping anything down and staff can be quite short with you at the reception desk for silly reasons.
So I’m here at LifeLabs (989 fennel ave east, to be exact) I’m about to check in. The admin at the front desk rolls her eyes to the girl beside her once she saw me and says. ”do these people ever stop- they just keep coming, I can’t get anything done! ” And she’s not being funny, and she’s not whispering it quietly to a coworker - her tone was rude and firm, Not to mention loud. I heard it and I was a good 4 feet back, WITH a hearing impairment. I wanted to reply- “sorry you have to work while you’re working” “sorry patients enter your facility during open hours” I get it. Sometimes we’re overwhelmed, stressed, understaffed. But never - NEVER make that the patients problem. EVER! I’m disgusted.
We get all of our tests done here, we have never had to wait long, very close to our home along with the 1 on Upper Gage, the staff are very knowledgeable and friendly, I've been going here since day 1,
Have used this lab several times. Like it because you can get your results on line. Whats the sense of having tests if nobody pays attention. Pretty good service-will use again.
Absolutely the best staff ever. Very friendly and they know exactly what they are doing. I explained to them that i have had several traumatic experiences and that i am afraid of drawing blood and they were very friendly and helped me through the whole process. I highly recommend them!
