The slowest service ever! Personnel just walking casually back and forth with a pace of an injured turtle,

Avoid this lab at all costs.

They're exceedingly slow, unprofessional, understaffed, and don't honor appointment times. Literally any other lab is better.

Plus you have to pay for parking.

It's a horrible experience. Please avoid this lifelab for any work.
1. There is no free parking. That is ok. I will pay some amount. I paid $10 even when I booked an appointment.
2. Even when you have booked an appointment, and you have a letter from your doctor, who already sent it tp the lifelab directly. The representative told me to send the same letter on the email ID mentioned on the desk. They said only then they will proceed.
3. I was getting late for my office and hence I book an appointment. There is no point of booking appointment then.
4. There is no wifi which I can use, to send an email that they requested.as, lifelab is in basement you won't find network there.so, in order to send email you need to go out and again stand in line for your turn.
5. Once I did send an email, and I am at reception now. I don't know what to do next. Hence, I asked the only lady sitting on reception, saying "Excuse me! ". She replied rudely and her exact words were, "hufffff I am in the middle of my work.don't disturb me! "
6. Then after 15 mins she told me to sit in block#2. I went and sir there waiting for someone to come and take my blood.
7. Another lady shouted my name from outside. I came out of block#2. She said sit in block#1.and at the same time the lady sitting on reception said, "I told you to sit in block#1.
I was like what's going on. I just kept my calm.didn't say anything at that point because I don't want to create any scene there and I was getting late for my work.but I strongly suggest. Please don't go to this lifelab. They will suin your peace of mind, and you will come out of the lab with anger and srustration.
If you are fed up with your life and don't want your mental peace. Then this is the lifelab you wnat to go.

They are every efficient at this life labs. I have visited many times and they are always organized, kind, and quick.
I have visited this lab with and without appointments and I never waited more than 10-15mins.
Highly recommend!

Kind staff, short wait times, overall wonderful experience. Carmen
is so patient, kind and fantastic at her job! She will take the time to make sure you feel at ease. 5 minute wait time compared to the hour long lineup at the Lifelab down the street, I'll be coming here for all future tests!

Staff are quite slow and not very polite, although I respect it's busy. Making an appointment doesn't guarantee being seen due to poor management of waiting people

Not sure why the rating is so low. Yes staff was little strict but they were doing their job (asking ppl to check address on the req form, asking ppl to sanitize hands) which I thought was a plus. I was there for close to 2 hrs due to timed appointments and I only saw efficient and hard working attitude the entire time.

The parking was free even though you see this sign at entrance. The life lab staff are a bit slow. There is another life lab only 2 min away from here in sheppard

The location and the people working here suck!

First, I paid parking, secondly no directions to where lifelabs location is when you're in the bldg. Third, I booked an appointment 2 weeks beforehand. I waited for a long line up as well this morning and would not take me as they are closing at 12 noon and they are fully booked. What's the point of booking if they refused to take you anyways, BTW I was not late!

I went to other lifelab location in Scarborough same day and they took me no problem!

This place has poor time management and not good in accommodating patients especially in booking for another appointment, I asked them if they can rebook me instead and just said I have to go online again. Like seriously? ! Other lifelabs locations had helped me with rebooking. Why they can't do that with just a click of their fingers! I am appalled and very disappointed in this lifelab location. I have been to Mississauga, Scarborough and Brampton. Way better management than this place.

By far the slowest clinic we've been to. We had an appointment booked and we still waited an hour. On top of that we had to pay for parking.

I've been to this lab many times and have always had good service so I don't know why the star rating is so low. The phlebotomists are excellent, very little pain when taking blood. I could not get a last minute appointment here so I went to 2330 Kennedy which also got a 2.5 rating. I got good service there too. I got very poor service when I arranged home blood collection for my dad and when they finally came, they lost his sample. I got much better service with Dynacare for home service but setting up computer access to lab results was onerous and they charge per person per year for access.

I went there to get my blood drawn. The lady who did it couldn't get my blood to flow and ended up polling my second arm. I ended up with the swollen arm as some air got it. Thank God it dissipated. Be careful as not everyone is well trained there.

I attended this LifeLabs branch for my yearly blood work. Staff were friendly and they processed my paperwork quickly. There is a paid parking on the east side of the building. I highly recommend this clinic.

You should be able to give no stars!
I had an appointment and was early for my time but my wait time is 21 minutes. How does that make sense? ! I went to sit and was told to wait outside and that I’m not allowed to sit, the seats were for disabled…. I am 9 months pregnant, there are no available seating outside (the bench had people sitting already). Not impressed and they need to do better!

I’m reviewing a single nurse at this location. She’s a short lady of Asian descent, with a weird sided ponytail. If you see her, please be aware that she’s rude and totally unprofessional. My blood work wasn’t sent to my doc in the end because she’s made a silly mistake in the system while being extremely rude to me the whole time. I don’t want to get into details, but people like THAT don’t belong in the patient-facing medical industry. AVOID THIS LOCATION

This now is my go-to lab for blood test. Highly recommended

Do not expect anything kindness at all.
Had a bad customer service experience from the beginning.
One lady who has yellowish hair and maybe from asian like nation is very rude.
She asked a question and that was something I can’t understand but actually the question was wrong.
How come how many tests implies how many sheets I brought.
And she lectured me where all sheets are belonged each with attitude of she is in health care service field.
LOL
So what.
My point is the wrong question and the attitude.
If you can find another location avoid here.
I would never come here again.

I went for early morning blood work yesterday, September 10,2020. There was only 1 nurse (Indian/South Indian or West Indian) was doing the blood work. She has no bloody experience in taking blood. I didn't take blood on my vain which is still painful. She has no clue how to put a needle too. It was very painful. She should not be near to any patients taking blood. I still have the big needle mark. She said that she is at this location for a long time but I never seen her. I like those 2 black ladies and a Philippine lady. They are very gentle and very softly put the needles. This bloody Indian woman must be "FIRED. " She is not allowed to touch needles on patients. Thank you.

I had to drop off a sample at a later date. Was told by the technician that I didn't have to wait in line and all I had to do was drop off. That was pretty much a lie. I had to line up. Line did not move since I got here.

The apathy of the staff at this clinic is atrocious. Blood tests and other medical tests are already generally unpleasant experiences - well come in here if you really want to witness and experience misery.

Specific details. Came to Carmen at front desk for booked appointment. Had Dr sheet on my phone as was emailed to me. She said they can’t print and don’t have email. When asked if there was anywhere in building to print, she bluntly said that was my issue and she could not muster any humane energy to even provide a suggestion.

BRUTAL waste of time. Will not return.

Extremely clean.short wait. Carmen the nurse was amazing.good technique no pain at all.she was also very friendly and funny because she knew I was scared at made me feel at ease with jokes during the bloodtest

I booked my appointment online with them for 10: 40 am online i got there 10: 35 am they did blood work at 11: 00 had to pay 7.00 dollars for parking.

Not happy at all front desk staff are not polite at all.

Went today for blood and urine test, Carmen took care of me and she was nice, but that old lady (with white short hair) was so rude. The way she talked and treated me was so unpleasant. Will never go back there

I dealt with two people on a Saturday. The Asian lady was very nice. But older lady her name is Nasreen was absolutely so rude and she gave attitude to me and to other two people that were there. She made me wait on purpose. Poor customer service from Nasreen.

No respect for customers. On feb 16 even though people were inside and the opening time is 8am, at 8: 35 it is still not open. We found out it was closed for the long weekend but no sign was present. MOH should look into this typical health service

I did lots of blood tests in different locations of Lifelabs, this is the best location I’ve ever been. The staff are so kind, professional and friendly. All the time I did my blood test with a nice and kind woman called Marrie and she is really professional and helpful. Thank you so much.
