This is my 4th time visiting this location. Staff is absolutely wonderful. They are quick, efficient and very professional. Nurse Tehmina goes above and beyond, making patients feel comfortable and at ease. Only reason why 5 star not given is because of the building/facility which is out of the control of the staff.

Worst life labs I’ve ever been to.
1. Extremely rude staff. Watched them yell at an older lady because they got frustrated she couldn’t hear them.
2. The filthiest place I’ve ever been.
3. The bathroom is the most disgusting place ever. The size of a bathroom stall and with grime, dirt, and urine stains everywhere. Not a single clean surface in this bathroom.
4. $4 parking and the pay machine has trouble processing certain cards.

Generally a disgusting experience. Do yourself a favour, spare yourself the discomfort of coming here and drive the extra bit to go elsewhere.

My appointment was for 8: 45am. I got there at 8: 50. I waited in line while the receptionist finished some paper work. You have to stop behind the big STOP sign until she calls you even if there is no one in line. Then a line started to form behind me. I got my requisition, health card and credit card in hand. Checking in was quick. Then I was seated. The line grew quickly and most people kept insisting that they have an appointment. Because this clinic accepts walk ins and scheduled appointments, you don't necessarily go in at the exact time you booked. It's like a doctors office. You still have to wait. I was called to sit in a room and waited maybe 5 minutes before someone came in to take my blood. It was quick and I was out of there by 9: 10am.
Yes, the lady at the front desk might seem a bit rude but if you continue to say please and thank you and be polite, she responds well to that. It is also my observation that a lot of people come insisting that their appointment is for right now and already irritated to begin with. Also, a lot of people come in and don't have their stuff in order like they're on their phone with their doctor trying to sort out the requisition or can't find their health card. This holds up the line. The people I dealt with were polite and tried to be friendly but you can see how tired they are.

Other reviews had me skeptical, but honestly people have a huff&puff over the smallest inconvenience. I really like the staff, they are extremely nice and even funny. I don’t mind waiting because they are doing their best and we should all be patient, especially with our health care workers. They took me in while they were extremely busy so I am very grateful for that.

Initial reviews had me on edge before going but experience triumphs. First things first, forego the booking process, I arrived as early as possible at 7 AM and managed to skip ahead of someone with an appointment, the front desk lady had a voice issue (perhaps sick) which made it hard to understand her. The lady taking my blood was nice and made sure I was comfortable, asked my preferred arm. She even informed me that I could check my results online, this was the first time I've heard of that. I had visible veins so there was no issue there. Can't exactly say I had a bad time, everything was very in and out taking no longer than 40 minutes total.

I had a good experience with my blood work. Arrived early and I was out in 10 min. It’s a small office but it wasn’t too crowed. The staff was friendly

I have been coming to this location since 2016. I am a full time unpaid Caregiver to my Mother. I am not able to make an appointment. We arrive as a walk in and the Staff understand the situation. They are professional and courteous and make it a good experience. Thank you for respecting older adults and caregivers. We are thankful that you serve the community.

Came with an appointment and been waiting for almost 30 minutes. 2 people had walk in and bypass me already. My appointment is before my husband and he was seen already! I guess it’s better to just walk in thank make an appointment in the near future. Wish I could give 0 if I can …

This is the lab I use for Vivid testing and blood work for my doctor's. They are always helpful in completing the doctor's requisition. It is recommended to book an appointment on-line. You can view your results on-line also.

Worst experience ever I booked an appointment with them online and because they can’t find my name they said you booked with a different branch which impossible as I have confirmation for that! And then they kept me in a room for more than 30 mins awaiting for someone and when I asked the nurse she said if you don’t have an appointment you need to wait in a very rude way! Why you called my name in the first place if you won’t take the simple right now! They need to consider changing stuff or close that branch totally

This place has to have the rudest staff anywhere. I cannot remember a pleasant experience in a long while. They seem to have more avaulable appointments to book online, probably because people go elsewhere. Sometimes I can't wait 3 weeks for an appointment elsewhere so I brace myself before entering the door.
As for blood tests, they send you in a room, take forever to get to you, then hack your arm to death to get a sample.
Also heard them berating a customer who cancelled an appointment in full disclosure of the room.
Very unprofessional staff.

I have been to this place two times, each time the receptionist is different, but their attitude is very unfriendly and impatient, just because my English is not very good, it may be they repeat two or three times I can understand, but their tone of voice and expression can make you feel so bad, I personally think, they'd better accept more professional training, don't put personal emotions to work on!

I appreciate, special Mrs Carmen, she is polite, smiling and patient with the people. Wishing her success. And if you put a few chairs, it will help, patients with bone and back problems. Thanks

Went here on Saturday & the wait line takes for ever and after waiting the hole time to get blood work done, they then told me they don't do the test I need on the weekend.

Professional, smooth and easy. $4 isn't a big deal for a good parking lot. Good and painless technician, thanks

The lab technicians are always kind and polite. However, the ladies at the reception are always rude and mean!

The most craziest rudest life labs you have to pay for the parking and no matter if you have an appointment there is no difference with the walking bad customer service with lady who takes the results

What is the point of booking an appointment. I showed up on time for my appointment and was told that they are behind schedule and the wait could be 40 minutes, which I highly doubt given the long line. I had to cancel and return back to work, I took off time from work for this appointment and lost wages.

The location was busy when I visited. Perhaps due to the pandemic regulation. The staff was kind and willing to help me with my questions!

I was there two days ago, the staff are very busy, but they are doing their best to help everyone. Their work it very stressful especially at time like this. I think people should appreciate their effort.

Booked an apoitment on the website at 9am, three weeks ago. The staff works very slowly, 9: 55 am I was called to pay for the tests, after which I continue to wait.very slowly, to my questions when I will be accepted - IGNORE. People without appointing are accepted, a crowd of people in the corridor.if you go to do blood to this place, free up half a day for this.

Waited 45 mins. (with an appointment), and then I just walked out. There were still 6 people waiting to register and then after registering people were being directed into a line waiting to get into the waiting room, which was too full to let anyone else in! Everyone had appointments! When people were asking questions about how much more time, the receptionist wouldn't answer. So disrespectful of people's time!

An absolute nightmare trying to get any blood work done. The staff is incredible slow and the service is total garbage.

This location is always busy. Right next to a bunch of doctor offices, a hospital, and the heart of Newmarket. Expect to wait an hour or so.

We went for a blood test. The employees were nervous and rude and worked very, very slowly. I never come back here for a test!

The technicians are always fast and painless. I have to get blood drawn every three months or so, and these girls make it easy on me and never bruise!

Always good services at this lab, minimum waiting time and extremely good service. The staff is really nice and welcoming. I always get the results online and recently I can check in using an app.

Did blood work for my 6 yrs old son, came around 11am, waited less than 5 mins. The lab lady was very patient and nice. She has good skills and my son didn't suffer too much. Very nice place, however you have to pay for parking which is unacceptable. Why?

Exceptionally fast, my first visit there, waiting time 5 minutes, my blood work done less than 15 minutes,

A bit of a wait, have to pay parking but staff have been courteous and quick every time I have gone!

I went there around 8: 15am. Barely any wait (~5mins) and the bloodwork was nearly painless! The entire process from check in to leaving took ~10minutes. If you don’t want to wait either make an appointment or go early. If you don’t want to do either the possibility of a lengthy wait is on you.

Had blood tests taken 3-6 times a year on average for the last 5 years, including this lab. Had another one just on Friday, And 24 hours later I get 3-4” bruise. Never happened before, even in the worst case. It looks like someone doing practice on me. Labs should be staffed with pros.
