If I could give them a zero I would. Incompetent is an understatement. Dropped a sample off that was time sensitive, the wait line almost expired it before I made the desk. Then paperwork. Oh, and LifeLabs didn't fill out some of THEIR papers so the testing facility tossed the sample. Took me calling to enquire to find out why my doc didn't have results. Now, I'm out parking ($4), plus another parking fee to get another sample jar, and another to drop it off. If I'd dropped the ball like this I'd have been fired. As it is they seem comfortable being this careless and incompetent. Next big lawsuit against them I'm joining

Worst service ever!
The first time I went, they forgot to give me a test on my requisition form…so I had to go back…. Waited for 1 hour…. They forgot to call my number.
Very careless and incompetent staff!
Do yourself a favour and find a better location.
This one sucks!

Staff were kind, quick, and very efficient. Waiting room was full with walk-ins, but I was still able to get in and out of the building in less than 30min.
Don't bother paying the $3 for parking - go around back and 'grab lunch at one of the restaurants' there.

I couldn't wait to post this review! I visited this lab this morning as a drop in as there were no appointments online. The waiting room was empty, I arrived just before 8am. I had specialized labs from my functional doctor. The tech at the front desk was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable and had me sent to a room immediately to be seen. She also explained she wanted to handle the request herself so she could ensure the courier was contacted in a timely manner as these tests have time sensitivity. I have NEVER in my years of lab work, been seen by someone who was so kind and helpful. Highly recommend this location, well done!

I went today as a walk in. It was surprisingly busy but still went relatively quick. The team was hard working and efficient. The board on the wall with the estimated wait time was very helpful. I wish I had gotten the male employees name who did my blood work. Even though it was busy he was still engaged and appeared to care. I could see other employees engaging with the clients similarly too. Compassion fatigue can be a reality sometimes but didn’t feel that today. Thanks for all the hard work and making something I find very stressful a good experience.

The staff is very rude and unprofessional, doesn’t seem like they know what they’re doing and gave me false test results. Do not go here!

I hate needles? And the last thing in the world I want to get done, this place is very professional and kind. They where on time and I would go back again for sure if needed.

I go for bloodwork every three weeks for the past ten years. I went to this location this morning and they couldn’t find my requisition, which is fine it happens, but the woman at the desk was so extremely rude I couldn’t believe it. I was being polite and saw no reason for the rudeness. I definitely won’t go back to this location again.

Customer service is very poor. I keep calling and waiting 20 min + and no one picks up the phone. I send a contact form through the website and no one reply back. Is there anyone here?

What I don't under why a person has to pay for parking at $3.00 dollars for the day when people have appointments for medical reasons.parking should be free.
It's all about the dollar, money hungry business.

Had an appointment for bloodwork and got in fairly quickly, there was a small lineup but it was mostly walk-ins who hadn't booked ahead, and the front desk got through them as quickly as they could. Didn't get the name of the gentleman who took my blood but he was incredible - I'm very nervous about needles but he made it quick and easy.

Line long. Line inside and outside get mixed together so you don’t where you are. 2 hour wait left and went to hamilton. They closed the one on Fairview. Should not have happened as there are a lot of people in burlington for one in the Center of the city. Bookings are a month away. Doctors must be upset with the long time to receive tests

Worst service ever! For weeks lineups were outside. There was no notification that had changed so people were waiting outside unaware the line inside was growing from people entering through the back door. The security guard has no idea of social distancing. The staff couldnt move more more slowly if they tried and they were understaffed. The lineup was around the building before 8: 30 am.lnstead of having people, including children, babies, seniors and pregnant women lined up in the back where it was shaded they were forced to wait in the sun more than
an hour when it was over 30 degrees. Burlington has twice the population of Milton and yet there are no more sites.l will be going to another lab next time.

Convenient location. They have cubicles for tests also open area with desks set up for quick tests. It can get very busy especially in the morning. Early afternoon might be better time to walk in. I couldn't book appointment online. There is a parking fee for the building. As of Feb 2021, the fee is $3.

Good staff, asked if I needed water or amusing after. Wait times are short. Staff is very helpful if you have questions. Only downside is the waiting room is quite small.

Website and call center wait times and customer service are absolutely horrendous i just waited 1 hour on hold for someone to answer because their website is broken and keeps telling me my order number doesn't exist even though its been emailed to me from lifelabs and as soon as someone answers the call hangs up immediately, I will probably now have to wait another hour to get my test results because I am flying out tomorrow and I need them asap, but these people are so unorganized its not even funny. Don't go here for anything related to covid.

Very efficient, we walked in and waited only 10 minutes. You can also schedule online so you don't need to wait. Parking is $3, but worth not waiting.

Even though I have to pay for parking, I have switched from Dynacare to Life Labs permanently. The space (including the washroom) is immaculate, the technicians are polite, efficient and highly skilled. We can't really fault their lack of space during the Covid pandemic - no one saw this coming. I went today at lunch and the place was filled with seniors. Why are they going at peak times? Check on line for wait times. Have a relative check for you if you can't. And BOOK AN APPOINTMENT. It DOES make a difference.

Worst service ever, I booked a blood test 2 weeks in advance for there was no available time, after waiting that long I accidentally discovered that they reschedule my test in another two weeks later rising the total waiting period to nearly 4 weeks, FOR A SIMPLE BLOOD TEST!
They did not even notify me of the change so I nearly got to the lab without even knowing that my appointment had been cancelled.
Moreover, nobody picked up my call after waiting nearly 30 minutes on the phone to ask for clarification.
Steer clear from this garbage place.

The staff are lovely for the most part despite the environment they are working in but the set up for clients/patients has not been thought through. The line up goes past the elevators making social distancing difficult and elderly have to stand and wait for varied lengths of times. Not ideal.
And holding a spot doesn't speed anything up not sure what the point is.
Still wait in line, still wait at reception and system doesn't always allow to book appt.
Odd.

Great place! Staff are friendly, and extremely efficient. The phlebotomists are very skilled. Even when it’s busy I’ve never waited more than 15 min. I would definitely recommend!

The clinic itself was clean and the staff were very friendly, however I was not pleased by the fact that I had to pay 2 dollars for parking less than 20 minutes. I probably won’t return to this lifelabs for that exact reason.

So appreciate the ability to avoid line ups for medical tests. Staff are always pleasant and are usually able to take me within minutes of arrival for my appointment.

Thoroughy impressed with the staff here. Saturday morning walk in crowd was abundant. 40+ requisitions at 8am.they opened the door at promptly and set right to it! Professional, and enthusiastic technicians worked thru the group in no time. Great job gang!

I’ve always had a positive experience here as someone who requires bloodwork and other testing on a monthly basis. I always book my appointment ahead of time which ensures I am in and out in record time. The only downside is having to pay for parking and why I chose to give 4 stars instead of 5. Even with that considered, this lab is always my go-to for my lab work!

I wish 0 stars was an option but its not. Life labs has now screwed me over on getting my requisition multiple times. To begin I brought my test and healthcard like instructed by my physician.i was informed by the woman at the desk that one of my tests needed to be drawn before 8 am but I would not need an appointment. Simply if I were to return before 8 am they would ensure my blood be drawn before then. I have no faster and shown up as directed to on 3 separate occasions and every single times they have made me sit and wait past 8 am. So I find myself wasting my time and gas multiple times because I'm am constantly mis-informed and miguided by the employees at this location.
