I wish I was able to give them no star, the place is mess and very very … slow, they don’t care if you have appointment, I waited 1 hour (even I had appointment)

The women are definitely out dated and work as if they are in third world countries

You guys really need to set up your game when it comes to organization. I don't know if this is a lot of management or a lack of communication between the staff but there seems to be a lot of redundancies and mismanagement when it comes to staff I see people going in and out in and out. I feel like strong leadership is the problem here wait times when you have an appointment is over 35 minutes. And watching the board on the wall for walk-ins it was over 3 hours.

I think you guys could better manage your team and better manage client expectations for wait times.

PRO TIP: make an appointment online or else you may have to wait 1.5 hours or more. Extremely understaffed with just 3 nurses. They do try their best in keeping your appointments so come a bit early before your appointment for giving them time to process your paperwork. The place is tiny with just 4 booths to take blood samples. I came in 30 minutes early for my appointment but was only able to see the nurse 10 minutes after my supposed appointment time.

It’s a very slow clinic. I was served by one of the technicians, named Ella, who was incapable of printing out the requisition form in a jpeg format. She advised me that she could only print out requisition forms in a PDF format so I sent her the PDF format but she kept looking at the previous email and said it’s in a jpeg format. It was frustrating to talk to her and had to wait another 15 minutes to get my blood drawn. As there’s only few rooms in this clinic and the front staff was so slow, if you are trying to fit in an appointment on a weekday, I’d expect some delays or try to avoid here if possible. Not a great experience.

What is the point of an appointment if you sit around for 40 minutes.plus very rude receptionist.

The Lab technician name “Nagham” was so professional and she have a magic hand, she was so quick and I couldn’t even feel it, she is a very good employee even way better than hospital staff, good bless here, you made my life easier, thanks again.

If I get an option to give 0 star I would love to do that! No professional behaviour, they keep asking if you have appointments but they never accommodate people as per their appointment schedules. Disgusting will never book my appointment here.

Because of all the negative comments, I was reluctant to come to this location for my blood test despite its convenient location until mom reassured this location accepts walk-ins and has some skilled nurses. So I gave it a try first thing in the morning as soon as they opened. I was greeted immediately and served in 5 min.as there were only 2 people before me. The lady who helped me has a dark skin and her name started with TH. And she was awesome! She was very gentle with her needle, so it didn't hurt at all. She was very supportive and pleasant until the moment I walked out of the location. I don't know why there are so many negative comments but I would definitely return here for my next blood test and hopefully have her help me again.

Be aware to book, and add time estimate! Really bad at time management and rude reception staff. Nurse was friendly and fast though.
Their printer was not working and delayed my appointment on top of the lady getting distracted by other things until she finally printed it with another printer!

I had booked an appointment at 12: 30 pm, was out and got here 40 mins earlier hoping I may walk in. The screen showed walk in wait time is 45 mins and recommended to go book online because we send the walk in on time, so I decided to go back to the car due to the crowd in waiting room. I came back 12: 20 and the printer issue and careless reception staff led into me finally going in near 12: 50 and I'm late for my next appointment.

Everyone is nice and kind to patients. Estimated waiting time of each person is shown on the screen. I love everything here.

This location is really awful. Staffs are extremely disorganized and irresponsible. I always go by appointment, but I always have to wait for hours. They work really irresponsibly.

A lot of the negative reviews here are a bit harsh. Yes they are behind schedule and no you will not be seen at your appointment time, so be prepared for that. Otherwise the staff were fine and the nurse who took my blood was very nice and made me feel comfortable as I have anxiety around taking blood.

Terrible place! Total mess is this place! Receive different answers to my questions! Keep me waiting with no service while fasting!

I want to share my experience. This is the worst place and service I have ever seen. First of all very disorganized, very rude staff at the reception. I also want to say to take the appointment senselessly, as they make you wait more than an hour. One woman was shown documents and was not recorded, and she waited for more than an hour, although she had an appointment. Worst service!

My experience was very smooth, when visiting on a weekend. Staff were professional and friendly. Yaniv was the person that took my blood. Very friendly and professional even though they were pretty busy on a Saturday. Few people were pretty grumpy (which you expect to find in blood labs as most had nothing to eat and that impacts their emotional regulation). My experience was overall, very good. Expect to wait 10-15 min for your time, even with appointment but that is understandable, and no big deal!

I have to wait 1 hour and the. The girls are nice and polite but they give a lot of appointment and only 2 peoples working.

Terrible customer service. Made an appointment, and waited outside in the cold for over an hour. Not a single technician came outside to explain whether or not I have to wait in the long lineup despite my appointment? There was noone to ask. After one hour of coldness, I was still far from getting in and decided to cancel my "appointment" and leave to another clinic. Shouldn't use online features if they don't know how to handle them.

DO NOT GO HERE unless you want to stand outside for hours.

I get the Covid thing and the limited number of people in the building but what the heck is the point of booking an appointment 3 weeks prior when I still have to wait in line outside when I get there?

The staff is nice but they said they have submitted all the results to the clinic when they indeed haven't.

We've visited here just to simply drop off the blood drawn by our family doctor. It was 11: 55am on Saturday, at which they still have 5 mins before closure. We only needed to drop off and leave but the staff just stared at us through glass door and did NOT open the door for us! How rude! We had to knock hard several times to eventually drop off our blood work and it was still 3 mins before closure when we were leaving the building. They clearly do not understand what the customer service and business hours mean.

I went here 3x already, but my last visit got me so annoyed.ive been waiting for my result for few days now, then i got a call from my doctors clinic saying that lifelabs didnt get my urine sample BUT THEY HAD IT. So unprofesional!
