Would have been an excellent rating. But they didn't process all of my recent tests and samples, now I have to do more

Convenient location and adequate opening hours. Today I arrived (without a pre-made appointment time) and the projected wait time on screen said 72minutes. I buckled down to wait that long — Ended up being in and out with bloodwork done in under 30min! Everyone was very good humoured while I was there and the phlebotomist got me on the first poke

Staff at this location are very efficient and nice. I always booked an online appointment beforehand and was processed really quickly.

Apparently with website saying 0 min wait time and no one waiting you need appt for blood work.
Turned away due to staffing. So was the tech at the desk the only one there? Might want to put sign on door and on website.

This would be a 0 star if possible, has to be one of the worst ran, worst organized, and over all lazy establisments I have ever had the displeasure of going to. Staff are more concerned with leaving early than doing their job. Digital requisition sent lab staff stated is was "too blurry to read" and when they were told what the test was they stated that we were not a reliable souce and the doctors office would have to resend a new req. On a seperate occasion they pulled the requsisition for the wrong person and took multiple titers of blood from my wife (none of which were the for the tests she was actually there for) so we had to go back again. The Brockville site is an absolute dumpster fire, AVOID IF POSSIBLE.

Never have i been so disrespected. I had set up an appointment for blood work and arrived 5min early. I asked where to go if I had an appointment I was told to stand in line so I did. 20min after my appt time I was still waiting so I left
