This Lifelabs team is incredibly efficient, fast and professional. I walked in for blood work and, even with a long line out front, it took me no time to be out of there.

I've been here multiple times and it has been great each time:) The staff are super kind and patient and getting my blood drawn was as quick and painless as it could be. The general atmosphere was amazing as the other visitors were friendly, music was good, and staff seemed to work well together!

I had an amazing experience with this place!

I am a recently diagnosed autistic (previously misdiagnosed/only diagnosed with the co-morbidities of anxiety & depression) who has always experienced MAJOR anxiety with blood draws or needles.

When making my appointment, I called to make it as a autism appointment so that there was a note on my file.

The staff were amazing! This is my first time going to get my blood drawn without family present and I would say overall it was a good experience. Because of my anxiety, I completely forgot my requisition paperwork. The nurse/technician that I spoke to at check-in helped ensure I knew it wasn't a big deal and made me feel comfortable (usually, the stress of this would send me to the point of not being able to do anything for the rest of the day, let alone something stressful like get blood drawn). She let me know that they closed soon (they closed at 4, it was 3: 20), and even wrote me a note signed and stamped I wasn't able to make it back before close asking other techs to get me in ASAP when I came back at my own convince.

I had previously requested a lie-down with my service dog to lower my anxiety and allow for my SD to give me deep pressure. Everyone loved my SD and made me feel so comfortable. I will definitely be returning to this location if I ever need to get blood drawn again.

All around a very good experience, especially considering how anxious I was. Everyone was extremely friendly and made me feel like they cared, not just that I was their job.

The woman at the check- in is a WITCH July 21/2022 10: 30 am … just moved to Dundas 8 months ago this woman is horribly rude and very unfriendly… there’s always some anxiety when you doctor wants a load of test done and this women made it 100% worse… honestly I know they are busy! But if your that unhappy you shouldn’t force your rotten attitude on folks who are in an uncomfortable situation…

I use to love this place it's why I go there, however this place is not as friendly as it use to be not sure what happened but def was not pleasant

It's useless booking an appointment at this location because the staff don't care about appointments and just take people randomly. Today I waited more than half an hour past my appointment time and they weren't even busy! The Queenston Rd location is much better - with or without an appointment. Parking is better there too.

I came here to get a basic test done, and had more than a bit of trepidation because of the other reviews on here. Fortunately, my appointment went smoothly and I did not have problems with anyone working at this location.

I liked the TV screen showing the current names in line, and their scheduled times. The reception person even took the initiative to inform me that they were not deliberately skipping me, but were instead waiting for a piece of equipment to become available before they could do my test.

My appointment ended up starting exactly on time, and it was done in a friendly and professional manner.

Don't forget:
- This location is appointment-only since about January 2021.
- Parking is free.

The site is difficult to navigate as you are never able to get to the appointment booking section, the site just goes around in circles. Very frustrating, does not give info.around Holiday recognition? Like Remembrance Day open? Not able to suggest edits to sites. Unable to get to the location sites, to get info. Seniors find site impossible.

I spent over two hours on hold trying to book an appointment with them that I couldn’t book online. Three times after waiting for 45min plus their system hung up on me. Poor service

The rudest people ever! I had a time sensitive lab requisition. I made the appointment at 3: 30 pm, arrived there on time, knocked the door as instructed.nobody showed up. Still I was able to hear big laughters and to feel the vibration of the big steps since they were shaking ground. They made me wait around 30 min. Then, one yelled from inside even without apologizing or opening the door.the yelling sound informed me that they were closed! I did not recommend this place to anybody.

Two weeks for an appointment for general bloodwork is ridiculous. They don't answer phones to verify if they received requisitions from physicians. If you go to the clinic and knock on the locked door for 30 minutes, as I did, you can clearly hear the receptionist making weekend plans and chatting about her neighbours while they ignore the door. The rest of the building including the pharmacy staff are aware of the complaints but can't do anything. LifeLabs you need to do better.

Used to rely on the Dundas location to get my tests ahead of seeing my specialist. Came in as usual a week ahead for the tests to find that they had changed to appointment only and when I explained that this would cause me to miss my specialist appointment and have to wait for a rebook their "Sorry, you can go to a location in Burlington or Brantford or on the other side of town" or "we can get you an appointment in two weeks but you have to go on line to book it"

Pretty lousy patient experience. Patients have been converted into inventory and are treated by the clinic with the same care as a bag of hammers and it is now the clinic’s practice to issue non-apology apologies lacking in compassion.

Recommend you find a clinic that cares about their patients, like this one used to but no longer does.

Some staff are pleasant and helpful. Just my bad luck to get the one bully, rude staff member. Went to drop of sample for analysis and was greeted with "BACK UP, BACK UP, BACK UP, YOU ARE NOT COMING IN" in a very loud and threatening voice. I backup up only to be threatened again by "If you want to act like that I will refuse to take your sample". I attempted to explain that I was dropping off a sample and that the physicians office had faxed over the necessary paperwork. I was asked if the name and DOB were on the label and I stated that that the information was included on the label. She then wanted to know where I got the kit from and why was I returning it here? I explained that the requisition was sent by fax to them directly from the physician requesting the analysis. She wanted my health card which was in the car. At no time did she ask who the sample was for. I asked if she could take the name and check for the paperwork, but no, she needed my health card to find the information. I worked in a physician's office for 12 years and I know that you can find all the information necessary by using the patients name and DOB that she would be able to find the requisition which would have the OHIP number, contact information etc. I am a 74 year old senior and I find this behavior disrespectful. Her loud voice and manner would be very threatening for anyone but especially seniors. I left with sample in hand and took it to the physician that was requesting the information. I will never visit this location again. There are lots of other locations with nice, friendly and helpful staff. I understand that these are difficult times for everyone especially medical staff but this behavior is not acceptable.

Very disappointed with this location regarding social distancing and symptom checks. I went here because their website said it was a 6 minute wait, yet when I arrived we were told at least 20-30 min wait time. You’re asked to wait in this dark and very narrow hallway of the medical building at first with so many people since their waiting area is very limited to about 6 people. The worst part is they make you wait in this line until you reach the FRONT of the line to ask about symptoms! You could literally be waiting 20-30 minutes before someone screens you for COVID infecting everyone! To make things worse they had someone sitting outside coughing non stop! I asked the lady what was the purpose of their screening since they obviously don’t care and allow sick people to stay.her response was they can’t discriminate and the individual only stated they had one of the symptoms. Well, once I got called in to wait inside I was even more disappointed. They make you stand over these large dots on the ground but they are obviously not 6 feet apart. Everyone working in this facility is fully covered with the maximum PPE they can use yet this company obviously doesn’t care about their customers. I will never go back to this location!

Covid adds complications but this place strikes me as a bit of a gong show. Some staff is very helpful and flexible but others are ‘follow the rules’ mostly about the waiting lines and things aren’t running as efficiently as I would think they could. Trying times but.

I'd like to start off that I checked the wait times online and they said 0-4 mins wait. The overall wait time was about 15 mins to get in the door, but knowing technology isn't perfect and these were estimates I was happy to wait 15 mins as opposed to hours at another location.

Once I got to the door I informed the person screening that I would need to lay down for my blood draw, something I've been given a hard time for at other locations. This was no issue here and the woman screening even checked on me twice while I was there.

Once in the room the woman who took my blood was very friendly, chatty, and helped keep my mind off of the draw. Most importantly though, she was empathetic. I have had poor experiences having blood drawn in the past and this location exceeded my expectations and made it an enjoyable experience. Thank you.

Got surgery on an ingrown toenail here a few years ago. The doctor was incredibly sloppy and unprofessional, and ended up doing more harm than good. Be extremely careful when getting surgery or operations done at this location

Whomever answers the phone is useless.she didn’t seem to know if x-rays were done on site.i called to speak to the Dundas office (which in fact does do x-ray) and she instead referred me to a belleville clinic? What? !
all the while, not bothering to understand a lick of what i was asking.to another clinic i go, i guess!

Very friendly and helpful staff, hardly any wait time. Excellent service, almost painless.
I love the idea of being able to check my results online as soon as the same afternoon.

Staff are very skilled and very professional, and bloodwork is done quickly and painlessly. I can get anxious and tend to faint and they never make me feel rushed or embarrassed. Love this location!

Terrible experience here. The doctor had poor bedside manner. The needle was inserted wrong, into a nerve, causing immense pain. Before nearly losing consciousness I was able to ask for a glass of water which was brought to me about 10 minutes later by a nurse. For someone who already has a phobia of getting blood drawn this exacerbated and reinforced my fears. A year later I was able to bring myself to get bloodwork done at the Charlton location and it went so well that I will be returning to that location indefinitely. If you are nervous about blood work, do not go to this location.
