The staff was doing their best, but it was so busy that each was doing many tasks at the same time. I have an appointment at 10: 50 and I arrived at this exact time, but I waited in front of reception desk till around 11: 10 and then someone came to take my health card and requisition.really, at this location, they need a receptionist. It's not fair for the patients and the staff as well!

Worst lifelabs I have been to and I have been to many lifelabs! There is a lady who is REALY REALLY rude to everyone! She speaks down to people like they are stupid! In addition their timing is very off although I had an appointment I had to wait 25 minutes for my test!

Terrible experience. Appointment was 45 mins late. No one was at reception and lineup out the door with about 20 undirected, frustrated people. This seems like a systemic issue. Terribly short staffed. The staff that were there, were clearly in distress and working as fast as they could. Thanks to them for showing up.

The spaces did not look clean and I didn't see anything be wiped before or after or in-between any patients. This is a cause for concern. I hope someone that can make a difference reads this review. These conditions are not right for patients or staff

Very disorganized. Appointment no appointment doesn’t mean anything. Long lineup for registration and nobody is at the desk! I made an appointment and I’m still waiting like walk ins!

Don’t come to this location. Short staffed, rude people. Not organized and don’t care. They don’t have a formal receptionist and folks need to stand to wait to get checked in for more than 30 mins. These are folks of all ages and most can’t stand for that long. Unacceptable.

Did my test here. Was treated exceptionally rudely, with the employees laughing at me when asking simple questions. I asked if I was good to go home and they laughed and condescendingly spoke back to me (the lady who checked me in had disappeared). I hear nothing for 3 days but my symptoms persist so I call their head office. They tell me that I should've received a lab visit number to check online. None of this was mentioned to me, I'm lucky that I called or I wouldn't have found out I need medication. This place has terrible service, have never seen employees so unprofessional - specifically one Russian lady.

It’s Friday afternoon- the waiting time to get a blood test is 30 mins. Waited additional 5-mins in the room. Quite some wait with appointment. The doctor is nice but they are short staffed. Without the receptionist it’s a long unorganized waiting line. Comparing to other life labs, I would recommend only come here when you can’t find an appointment somewhere else.

I tried to call to figure out but no one pick up. So I have to cancel the appointment and book another one in other location.

Save your sanity. Choose another place. Rude. The receptionist is exceptionally rude - specifically to the elderly. She does not leave time for the older crowd to get from their seats to get their blood taken. Also, the receptionist is unskilled at stopping rude comments between customers.

I would never recommend this center for ultrasound, because the employee who did the ultrasound for my wife, I think, was a Filipino woman who was very rude and angry. I mean when a pregnant woman has stress and worries and needs support and kindness but is treated with anger and frustration, but I am sorry for the management of the collection that despite the negative comments and numerous complaints can not make a difference

Very organized lab. The staff is also very friendly. With an appointment, I am in and out of there within 20 minutes for a blood test.

This lab lost my blood work, never send report to my doctor. Emailed and called but no response.

I've seen that a few patients already posted bad reviews about the attitude of the woman working at the reception I believe she is Filipino background. She is still working there having the same rude and very unprofessional attitude. How many bad reviews in order for your company to take some action with regards to provide good customer service. Will LifeLabs care of keeping patients or losing them.

Overall the staff are very friendly and Jacintha was especially careful when she was drawing blood from me! She made me feel very comfortable and I am really glad I chose to come to this location. There's a reason why it is always booked up here!

They literally "forgot" about me. I waited for 1 hour, while several people that arrived after me was called first and even left first (even though they were walk-in too). I tried to ask one of the receptionist, she was EXTREMELY rude, raising her voice and saying "SIT THERE, SIT THERE" and left. She didn't even wait to listen what I was saying and kept passing people in front of me. That was a very bad experience, mainly for the rudeness of the receptionist.

This is the third time I've been here for a blood test. I've always seen bad behavior from employees. I have witnessed the ill-treatment of everyone here. Here, the most rude treatment begins with the reception. The woman working at the reception is rude to people.

Today May 12,2021,8: 45 a.m came here for blood test, I do every 3 months for my sickness, asked about one of blood test which is not covered by OHIO? Three months ago, paid 12 dollars, right now she told me 13 dollars while pay for this test 10 dollers in Dayna care.she answered me rudely! She should be polite with people! Simply asked a question! This my right to know it.considered that she behaves with others like me!

I have been there twice this week for blood work. I walked in, without an appointment both times. I was in and out both times within 10 minutes! The staff was really nice and professional. Will be going back for any other blood work in the future.

I had the worse experience of blood work at this location. I never had any problem with blood work in my life. The phlebotomist didnt communicate what was she doing and used a larger needle than normal.
Also they didnt pay attention to the flow of the patients, i was asking a question regarding my test and the person behind the desk was holding another persons requisition and telling me about that!
Totally unprofessional and bad service at this location.

One of the best lifelabs I have been to. The girls are very welcoming and are always working hard. Most places I go to, they poke me 2-3 x until they can find my vein but the girls at the life lab get it on the 1st try.

Front desk reception was good, job was done. Been there once but I'll be their patient for 6 months. Over all it's good.

We didn’t have an appointment and But did not wait long to get service. The front desk staff is nice and patient. The lab tech Raquel De Leon is amazing. She got 13 tubes blood samples by one shot. She figured out how the different samples sent to different doctors correctly (our case is a little complicated). She is very professional and skillful. Recommend this lab and would come again.

Don’t go this branch folks, front desk is really rude, take extra 2 minutes drive to Sheppard ave,
There are a bunch down there, they will treat you better.

Walked in without an appointment and they took me in regardless. Had to wait for maybe 12 minutes.
All and all, I received great service and the staff were very nice.

No complaints here!

I went to this lifelab today for myself, my mom and mother in law. Booked appointment for the three of us. Waited only for about 5 minutes and started calling each one of us. Receptionist and the staff are very friendly an professional. Much better experience with this lab. I highly recommend this place due to the friendliness of the staffs and their efficiency.

This Lifelabs has excellent staff. It is a smaller location, located in the basement and it is a bustling medical arts building. As such, I don't recommend just dropping by to get your blood work done, without a book, as there can be a fair amount of a wait at times. Lifelabs does offer the ability to book an appointment at this location. I've done that several times and have been in and out often before my actual appointment time. The staff ensure that those who make appointments get in an out quickly. I definitely recommend making an appointment. Lifelabs also allows you to check our labs online, about 24 hours after you have your draw. This is extremely helpful. But for the occasional long line for drop in patients, they would get a 5.

As far as labs go it’s fantastic, especially compared to other LifeLabs I’ve been to recently. It’s large and organized and the staff is very efficient. The wait it usually under 20 minutes. I’ve recently been to another location and I had to wait for a little under two hours. It made me appreciate this place a lot. Well done!

Made an appointment online and was in and out in 5 min. Staff is professional. Checked my results online in 24hours.
